Toutes nos chambres sont situées dans un immeuble de grande hauteur avec de grandes fenêtres dans chaque chambre, comme indiqué sur les photos. VEUILLEZ VÉRIFIER À DEUX REPRISES ET SOYEZ PRUDENT LORSQUE VOUS ÉCRIVEZ UN AVIS, CELA AFFECTERA NOTRE NOTE POUR DES CHOSES QUI NE VIENNENT PAS DE NOUS ! Je vous souhaite le meilleur et j'espère que vous serez plus prudent la prochaine fois.

Réponse de l'établissement: Dear, You checked in at 12.30pm that was early than check in time and asked us to upgrade room ( you booked the studio with 2 beds but want us to give you 2 bedrooms ) and tried to bargain it cheaper but we didn’t agree with it. Then after 13 hours after checked in, you wait until middle of the night to complained about the a/c not cold and mosquitoes and asked again to change room tomorrow for free. So our concerns : 1. You have 13 hours to report us about the a/c , why you have to wait until 1-2am to tell us ( you have a little kid so we definitely know you we’re in the room ) . Why didn’t you report it earlier so we can easy to change room or fix the problem ??2. We asked you to move to other room which is same floor but same type of the room as you booked but you didn’t want. All you want is upgraded the 2 bedrooms for free after that night ?? —＞ if you care for your kid, why didnt you move right after we told you to move but still want to stay in the room with no a/c working and full of mosquitos ?? Just want to stay that night then move to 2 bedrooms for free for remaining nights?? Why?? Or because if you move to new room same type then you can not have any excuses to move up for free?? 3. We are the building right to the center, there were no complain at all about mosquito for last 6 years, its central of Vietnam , not India sir . 4. We also đo professional pet control for our rooms every 4 months cirle, also the building also did it too . I’m wondering where are the mosquitoes come from ?? ESPECIALLY THE ROOM IS ON 6TH FLOOR THAT HIGH ENOUGH TO NONE MOSQUITOES CAN BE SURVIVE. ITS NONE SENSE. We are happy that can cancel your booking not to afraid of this review to make you do what you want . PLEASE BEING HONEST. HOPE YOU ALL THE BEST ,

Early check in upon request ( YOU NEED TO CONTACT US BEFORE TO CHECK IF ANY ROOM AVAILABLE OR NOT ) 2. If we don’t have room available, we definitely will keep your luggages until you come back to check in ( we pretty sure that we kept your luggages) 3. As our advertising, please contact us in advance, the building won’t allow stranger inside without us to register your temporary stay. That’s why you couldn’t get in to seat at the lobby . So for those that we get a bad review from you, we are sorry for your bad experience however nothing we could make it better . Wish you the best. Min’ Apartment
