Je l'ai réservé parce que c'était un hôtel cinq étoiles, mais la chambre était effectivement différente des hôtels cinq étoiles les plus chers. La chambre était un peu humide, mais le service était très bon, il y avait du thé gratuit l'après-midi et l'emplacement C'était très bon. Dans l'ensemble, cela valait le prix. La salle de sport n'est pas très bonne.

C'est un hôtel qui a non seulement un design extérieur unique, mais l'intérieur de la chambre a également un style chinois. Tous les meubles sont en bois et même les poubelles sont conçues en urnes. Bien que la piscine ne soit pas grande , il a un bar de style chinois, ajoute beaucoup de saveur ! La chose la plus attentionnée est le thé de l'après-midi et la musique live, qui est une expérience formidable !

Emplacement parfait pour profiter de votre séjour à Ho Chi Minh Ville, le service est parfait et la chambre dégage une véritable atmosphère vietnamienne. J'ai également apprécié la piscine sur le toit et le bar ainsi que les expériences culinaires. Je reviendrai certainement !!!

Bel hôtel original avec le meilleur petit-déjeuner d'hôtel en Asie (je suggère de payer pour le petit-déjeuner). Personnel très propre et charmant. La salle de sport était fermée et nous ne pouvions donc pas l'utiliser le matin. Piscine agréable et calme. Belle chambre.

L'emplacement et l'intérieur de style asiatique étaient merveilleux. Le petit-déjeuner et le thé de l'après-midi étaient tous deux satisfaisants et j'ai personnellement apprécié le repas. La piscine était petite, mais il y avait beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et ma fille l'a apprécié. De plus, le personnel de la salle du petit-déjeuner (M. NGHEA ?) était très attentionné, ce qui était très utile puisque je voyageais avec des enfants.

L'hôtel est définitivement différent avec son mobilier traditionnel vietnamien et son charme d'antan. Je dirais que les chambres ont légèrement besoin d'être rénovées, mais en réservant ce type d'hôtel, vous savez que vous n'obtiendrez pas un établissement 5 étoiles moderne. Une chose est sûre, le niveau de service de tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré est fantastique. Ils étaient serviables et se sont mis en quatre pour s'assurer que nous passions un agréable séjour.

La baignoire du balcon est extrêmement sale et j'ose même m'asseoir dessus, sans parler de prendre un bain. J'ai aussi vérifié la chambre de trois de mes amis, c'est pareil ! Horrible!

le nettoyage de la chambre n'est pas propre, s'il y a quoi que ce soit concernant la détérioration des matériaux de construction, cela doit également être noté sur le papier afin que les clients ne se sentent pas mal à l'aise car ils pensent toujours que c'est sale mais expliqué par le personnel Le ménage est dû à la pierre de marbre oxydante, au vieillissement avec le temps, au sentiment que le service n'est pas vraiment professionnel, ne mérite pas d'être qualifié de 5 étoiles, je pense que 4 étoiles, c'est bien

L'hôtel est un peu mystique et spécial. C'est donc une exception super sympa dans cette mégapole bondée avec beaucoup d'hôtels « normaux ». Hautement recommandé.
