Stayed in Schloss Hohenkammer in October for a corporate training. Overall my impression is good, despite some negative points as noted below. Hotel is around 35-36 kms from Munich airport and if you come from there most convenient is to take a taxi. It seems quite popular for corporate events and at the time i was there it has been pretty packed. Surrounding area is quiet and nice for short walk and enjoy the nature. Pros: My room has been clean and spacious enough. Bed was comfortable but little on the hard side in respect of mattress. Bathroom looked fancy with interesting tile design. There has been functioning heating in the room, which has been very good, having in mind the days and especially nights in October are getting chilly. Our conference room has been fine and interesting, preserving the old style of the building. The breakfast choice has been same all days, but with enough variety. Lunch and dinners have been more various with thematic cuisines and offers, overall quality and tastiness of the food is very good. WiFi quality is good. Saw also umbrella stands with umbrellas, which is pretty handy for the guests. Cons: Room service/houskeeping has been negligent - on my last day prior leaving next day, they have taken my own face towel as well as the soap dispenser has been left empty, though there has been some soap in it prior room cleaning. The room is rather modest and on the minimalist side, there is not safe, some basic toiletries that hotels usually offer to their guests are missing, not minibar, no AC, no net on windows to preserve from the mosquitoes (some other hotel guests from our group mentioned there are mosquitoes, maybe depends on the room location). There have been only German speaking TV channels. Restuarant is one big hall and can get pretty packed with lot of people gathering and all buffet food on display (Covid is still not away, so to my opinion they could be little bit more diligent), the restaurant ventilation is not so efficient as often your clothes can get the cooked food aroma. Despite they promote to buy some of their organic produce items, when i checked at the reception prior leaving, all the products i asked for have been out of stock.

Little hotel, près de l'aéroport de Munich, A9 et la ville de Munich. Très vert quartier - belle pour une promenade. Les chambres sont confortables et équipées de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec de nombreuses options. Personnel très aimable. Je vous recommanderais certainement cet hôtel.

Comme l'enregistrement s'est fait après 23h00, j'ai eu le numéro d'admission et le numéro de chambre envoyés par e-mail à l'avance, mais il n'y a pas eu de réponse lorsque j'ai actionné la machine sur le côté gauche de l'entrée. . . Cependant, il y a il y avait une machine à la porte d'entrée, alors j'ai mis le numéro et elle s'est ouverte. C'était un moment où je devenais un peu mal à l'aise. La chambre était très propre et avait des lits superposés, donc c'était un séjour agréable. S'agit-il de shampoing et de savon pour le corps, d'un sèche-cheveux, d'un lit et d'une télévision dans la chambre ? Rien d'autre. Je n'ai rien pour faire bouillir de l'eau chaude, donc si tu en as besoin, je pense que tu devrais l'apporter. Le lendemain matin, j'ai pris la navette jusqu'à l'aéroport pour prendre le S-Bahn. Je me les ai fait envoyer pour 7€ par personne. Le chauffeur était une gentille dame avec un beau sourire. Ce n'était que pour une nuit pour dormir, donc il n'y avait pas de problème particulier. Good location close to airport. Welcome was pleasant on reception and room was very clean and modern. Reception loaned my a phone charger and was very grateful. Very happy so far. I had travelled for most of the day and was very hungry. When I requested food I was told kitchen was now closed. I asked if they could accommodate me with anything, sandwich or a bowl of soup as I had not eaten for 7 hours. I was told crisps and chocolate. I asked what time did the kitchen close, 10pm... the time was now 10.02. How disappointed was I that no effort to offer me anything under the circumstances or even attempt to speak with anyone. It was a case of closed and tough. i asked to speak to a manager and was told we didn't have one on until the morning. As a diamond member I have shown my loyalty to Hilton but this sheer lack of care and customer service was a big disappointment. I asked why she could do nothing and she said they had a big group in.. I see a table of 10, I do not constitute this as a big group and if a restaurant cannot cope with 10 people, they shouldn't be running a restaurant. Not often I get around to writing a review but I feel very strong about the lousy attempt to try and help a customer who by the way pays your wages.

Sehr schoenes ,sauberes Zimmer in Airportnaehe,trotzdem ruhige Lage,Parken kostenfrei moeglich direkt vor dem Hotel,ansonsten gibt es einen grossen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz.Mitarbeiter freundlich,Fruehstueck sehr gut,ebenso das Restaurant mit Terrasse,Balkon zweckmaessig,aber erinnert eher an einen Bretterverschlag.

Hotel is fine, the staff is nice. Novotel airport is easy to reach by the public bus shuttle. No issue to catch a flight even very early in the morning. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The squarish ”sleeping factory” design of the hotel features long corridors flanked with rabbit holes doors... Depending on where your room is located by reaching the lift, your daily jogging is done.

L'hôtel était propre et très bon (les bonnes fenêtres ont isolé les sons du jet très bien). Vibe froide dans le lobby et le bar. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Dégoûts: 25 Euro pour un check-in précoce - Pourquoi? La chambre était prête à partir - Vacances hautes à cet endroit ... Profiting je pense. Ils ont peut-être été pardonnables si ils ont offert une assistance pour arriver à ma chambre ... Non ... Dans un parc d'affaires sans signe à l'extérieur (c'est un défi pour mon conducteur de cabine de trouver) Une bande sombre à étroite (de 30 cm) pour la fenêtre, une matinée très lumineuse.

The hotel, however, does not have a direct telephone number neither a direct email address, hence, when I wrote an email to the ”main” address the answer came back almost a week later, a second one written on April 30 still has not been answered. So why not have the possibility to write or call the prizeotel of your destination/stay? Something to think about I would say. Unfortunately, when asked about bus timetable in front of the hotel the receptionist could not provide any information - had to go to the stop to see the timetable. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel to travellers: courtesy, friendliness and fantastic breakfast choices.
