The hostel facilities are well equipped, reflecting the high degree of intelligence, clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet hostel experience. We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is easily reached by buses from high speed railway station and next to the famous TunXi Old Street area. The staff in the hotel, receptionists, kitchen staff, room cleaners, managers...all were super kind and helpful. The chef at the breakfast did the perfect runny eggs for my English husband. The front desk staff helped us with sightseeing options and suggestions. Our special thanks goes to 吴海燕, the manager in sales, who went extra mile in her helpfulness: booked the hotel on the peak of the yellow mountain for us, lend us her sim card to ensure our trip to the mountain was safe and without the risk of unable to call for help, because our mobile don't work in China, she also drawn a map and suggested best route and points of interest for the mountain climbing, which proved to be invaluable, we felt very lucky to have met her.
