It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. Our recent stay at Hotel ***ohar on January 10, 2024, was a regrettable experience that I feel compelled to share. As a group of seven, including two senior citizens and a seven-year-old child, we were met with disappointment from the start. The hotel staff displayed an alarming lack of enthusiasm and a pervasive sense of frustration, with only a few exceptions from the kitchen and front desk. However, their efforts couldn't co****sate for the evident dissatisfaction that permeated the establishment. The most glaring issue was the deplorable state of our rooms—unacceptably dirty and lacking basic hygiene. This discrepancy between the promised five-star service and the reality of our stay is disconcerting. I implore the Tourism Ministry to investigate and address these issues promptly. Until Hotel ***ohar undergoes significant improvements, I strongly advise against considering it for accommodation. The misleading allure of a five-star experience is merely a façade, concealing a disappointing reality that potential guests deserve to know.
