This was our first stay at the ME after selecting it as our wedding venue for 2024 ! We were sold as soon as we pulled up and saw the view straight through the hotel to the pool & beyond, what an entrance. The staff couldn't've be more attentive, but not in an overbearing way, simply there when you need them & nothing is too much trouble. We were apprehensive about a late October stay as the weather want looking great, but we were lucky enough to have some blue skies & enjoyed the Bali beds by the pool, highly recommend for a chilled day by the pool. The rooms are modern & well stocked with amenities and most importantly, spotlessly clean much like every other corner of this hotel. The rooftop is lovely if you like to escape the vibes of the main pool and have a little peace and quiet ( adults only) We had the most amazing stay and cant thank Julia & the team enough Bring on 2024 ....

We have just returned from 10 nights at the Azuline Club Cala Martina. We upgraded our room to a premium room and opted for all inclusive. The first thing I would say about this hotel is do not be fooled by the hotel website pictures or the travel company brochure pictures. They are extremely flattering and not a true reflection of the place. Our room felt like a dark cave more than a hotel room. The room was very dark with very little natural light and the room was dirty. I had to complain to reception various times about the cleanliness and lack of room cleaning but gave up in the end. We have squashed mosquitoes splatted on the bathroom wall and a moldy shower. We upgraded our room so that we had the outside space whilst our baby slept. The outside area was also disgusting and dirty. The overhanging trees meant our outside space was covered in bird poo. The sun-loungers were not usable as every morning there was fresh poo on them. Most of the outside areas will have this problem as there are a lot of trees around the hotel site. Azuline, please consider putting canopies above the terraces so that they are actually usable!!!! The food at the hotel is abysmal, it was so bad that we apart from breakfast we hardly ate there. We even ended up having to get 2 takeaways delivered to the hotel reception. If you are happy with cereal and toast for breakfast you can just about put something edible together. The hotel do some really frustrating things. For example, the juices at breakfast are disgusting but if you go to the pool bar you actually get a nice glass or orange juice out of a minute maid carton. This is obviously a cost cutting exercise by the hotel. I must give a special mention to Maria who worked in the hotel restaurant as the worst member of staff I have ever come across at a hotel in my life. After watching us scan our cards to the restaurant, she proceeded to grab the arm of my wife and pull her back, whilst she was holding our baby daughter!! Not only a disgusting thing to do during the COVID pandemic, but also very dangerous whilst holding our baby. We were lucky with the pool are that due to COVID it was very quiet. We didn't have any trouble getting a sun lounger. From the numerous reviews that I've read I would not want to stay at this hotel during a busy time. Pool and pool area is actually ok and is as described on the hotel website. The ladies on the front desk were very helpful and a special thank you to Alexandre who helped us with restaurant reservations (ironic when we were all inclusive at the Azuline!) and some ideas of things to do. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel and I would certainly never return. I read a lot of Trip Advisor reviews when I was there and by far the most accurate reviews are the 1 and 2 circle reviews. A hotel to be avoided.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici pendant une semaine au début d'octobre. C'était tout inclusif mais les boissons semblait très étrange, je les ai vus ouvrir de nouvelles bouteilles et je les jeter dans ma tasse mais boire toute la journée et ne se sont même jamais faites bouteilles. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. Beaucoup de gens n'ont pas séjourné à l'hôtel le soir et ont quitté pour entretenir ailleurs, ce qui est un coût supplémentaire quand vous avez payé pour All Inclusive. Tout est parfait .... petit déjeuner royal.. chambre vue sur mer...les piscines...la tranquillité...le service,...nous sommes des habitués d IBIZA...et la ct Hôtel est pour nous le top...pour un court séjour relaxant et agréable n hésiter pas...nous sommes restés 6 jours que du bonheur...on reviendra..

The hotel is spotlessly clean as all other reviews have stated.It has a lovely pool area and rooms are lovely and immaculate.The breakfast was fine .There is no entertainment or atmosphere in the hotel . There were 5 of us.3 staying for 2 weeks and 2 staying for 1 week.we we’re all half board. The evening meal was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel I have ever stayed in .We all had the same opinion.the selection of food was an absolute disgrace.The main dishes were set out in small bowls ,the portion sizes would not have satisfied a 3 year old never mind an adult.The food was dried up and Luke warm.We complained to the restaurant staff and also the management .We received a shrug of the shoulders and it’s not my fault .They were not interested.The restaurant itself was like a works canteen.Very bright lighting,no table covers,no candles,no wine glasses,no music,nothing.usually on holiday your evening meal is one of the highlights of the day.Not here it wasn’t.We ate out 9 of the 14 nights we were there.We paid £1000 between the 5 of us for this crap then had to pay again to eat out.most nights.The restaurant was practically empty most nights.You had to see it to believe it.Such a disappointment. Lovely hotel though.With some nice staff.

Positives: staff were always friendly, really good price bar food available for all 3 meals, air con in the room worked really well & the rooms were spacious for me, partner, 2 kids and my parents, I also can’t fault the pool (this made our holiday). No one reserved the sun beds too which was a nice change! Negatives; can’t use the mini golf without been bitten by bugs, uncomfortable sofa bed, language barrier at the bar meant we were unable to order drinks throughout the day, had to ask 3 times for extra pillows and the beds on top of this are very uncomfortable, only one room had a wardrobe so all 4 adults had to share one rail, electric tripped twice so we struggled boiling hot water for our babies bottle, Wi-Fi doesn’t work in rooms and the walk into town is a bit of a faff with kids.

L'équipe d'animation sait faire son travail, un grand merci à Mohammed, Jennifer, Ariana, Leo et Kris et nous reçoit très bien, c’est comme à la maison, ambiance familiale et très chaleureuse, de très bonnes personnes que ce soit à l’accueil comme derrière le bar, l’organisation est très bien effectué et le service de chambre est impeccable.
