Great location. Great sea view from the sea side rooms. In addition to the indoor spa the hotel has a pleasant outdoor swimming pool area on the shore. My reasons not to give a 4 star rating: 1. The quality of food served at the dinner buffet does not meet my standard of 4 stars. 2. The way service is organized at the buffet dinner should be changed: The waiters whom incoming clients expect to serve them with their dinner drink orders have an overlapping responsibility of cleaning and remaking the tables after previous clients. This responsibility seems to have higher priority, which gives the clients that arrive later an experience of not being noticed in the way they expect in a 4 star restaurant. 3. I was swetting during the firsts nights in our superior room even though the room temperature was not excessive. We found the reason to be the fabric with plastic cover placed under the sheet of our bed. This kind of cover prevents the “ventilation” that cotton sheets otherwise provide. 4. During the last sunny days of our stay the temperature of our room was annoyingly warm, 25-27+ degrees C. I tried to cool the room with the help of the air conditioning by choosing the cooling mode alternative. This, however, did not worked. I was told by the reception that this is due to the fact that the mode of the air-conditioning of the hotel had been switched to the heating mode and therefore the cooling feature is not available. 🥵

Résidence Casa Monténégro Après avoir passé 2 semaines dans cet établissement, nous pouvons donc avoir une idée assez précise de la qualité de la prestation. Cette Residence hôtelière est plutôt bien placée. Elle permet de visiter la région sans faire 3 heures de route… Près de Tivat et son aéroport, bien pratique (mais sans les nuisances), la résidence est à quelques kilomètres de Kotor (compter entre 20 et 30mn avec les embouteillages estivaux). Celle-ci est calme est bien aménagé (grande piscine (15x5m)) logement climatisé et bien équipé (TV, réfrigérateur/congélateur, L.V + lave linge, micro onde, etc…) mais tout les logements ne sont pas équipés pareil, ce qui n’est pas normal). La finition est inégale elle aussi…(c’est beau..en apparence) il manque aussi des ustensiles de cuisine. Les travaux d’extensions de la résidence ne sont pas dérangeant non plus et l’accès pas toujours aisé en voiture (indispensable) sont les seuls points à améliorer. Pour le reste la qualité et le dévouement d’un personnel chaleureux, efficace et souriant, vous permette de passer un très agréable séjour. Vous pouvez leur demander n’importe quel service, il se débrouille pour satisfaire votre demande. Nous pensons particulièrement à Niko qui se décarcasse pour trouver la bonne solution. Merci à lui et à tous ces collègues qui tout fait, pour que l’on garde un bon souvenir de notre séjour chez eux. Ouvert cette année et avec l’expérience acquise au fil des mois, cet établissement fera bientôt référence

L’hôtel est situé au bord de la grande route mais une fois à l’intérieur on oublie la route on admire la vue mer ! Il y a des places pour stationner devant l’hôtel. Les chambres sont propres, design et la literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon : buffet varié + 1 plat à la carte. On peut le prendre en salle ou en terrasse. Le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. La piscine à débordement est agréable. Nous n’avons pas pu faire de massage car il n’y avait pas de places les 3 jours de notre séjour. L’hôtel propose une navette vers une plage à proximité. Le restaurant est très bon et il y a des thèmes chaque soir comme spécialités monténégrines, repas en musique live, bbq. C’est très agréable de dîner en terrasse face à la vue mer.

Deux semaines idylliques au sein de cet hôtel en all inclusive. Des prestations de qualité sur l'ensemble des services liés à l'hôtellerie. Une équipe d'animateurs au petit soin des vacanciers engagés dans les diverses jeux ou activités de qualité qui laissent à ces vacances des souvenirs indélébiles. Lors de l'enregistrement, l'attitude était très bonne. Je suis arrivé tôt et je me suis enregistré ! Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon et je l'aime beaucoup ! Si vous avez le temps, vous devez vous rendre à l'hôtel pour faire l'expérience du spa et de la piscine gratuite et du hammam ! Le service est très bon et aidera à imprimer les documents de billet, les voitures et les locations de voitures sont toutes disponibles ! Le restaurant en bord de mer au premier étage de l'hôtel est magnifique ! Sauf que l'emplacement laisse un peu à désirer car il est un peu éloigné des lieux avec de nombreux restaurants et du centre ville, mais il est pratique de prendre un taxi. Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus à la porte qui permet d'aller directement au centre ville L'enregistrement a été changé en champagne de bienvenue ! La chambre est grande et dort très tranquillement la nuit !
