De retour à Sarajevo, j'ai réservé cet hôtel, car ma 1ere expérience y a été fantastique. Je remercie infiniment Mme Mirela pour son accueil toujours aussi chaleureux! L’hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Grand choix pour le petit déjeuner et le personnel est au petit soin avec vous. Cet hôtel est devenu mon chez moi à Sarajevo! Je vous le recommande chaleureusement.

Nous avons changer de chambre a notre arrive 1ere chambre la fenêtre n'ouvre pas. Deuxième chambre je vous laisse voire l'etat de la chambre catastrophique pour un 5 etoiles facture a 100 euro la nuit. Le petit dejeuner a etait ok, beucoup de client du moyen orient. le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas a la hauteur des prestations nous y avons séjourné pour un mariage. N'avons pas profiter des infrastructures par manque de temps.
