IInvitéThis was the perfect start to our first trip to China — the hotel was right beside erhai lake and the views from the hotel cafe and the rooms were fantastic. The rooms were very clean and facilities modern and good (particularly the hotel cafe which serves coffee (each guest can redeem 1x coffee and unlimited cornetto ice creams and snacks from the cafe). It is also a ~6 minute walk away from a family-run bicycle shop where tourists can rent a bike from (20 元 for a full day) (there are rent-as-you-go bikes along the area too but they require a Chinese ID card in order for you to book). The service was also excellent and all the staff were very attentive. Each time we returned to the hotel, the staff would greet us with an option to get a bowl of rice noodles (mi xian 米线） or chinese dessert, depending on what time we arrived. There were also free flow fruits (some small apple-like fruit and cherry tomatoes) in the hotel lobby that was stocked through the day. Fantastic stay. We will definitely return if we come back to the area. (We had entered another hotel further down the same stretch for a coffee and that other hotel’s coffee and cleanliness paled in comparison; made us very thankful that we had booked this hotel instead). 10/10!

IInvitéUn séjour inoubliable ! La propriétaire de cette chambre d'hôtes est une dame charmante et souriante. Chaque jour, elle nous préparait des petites friandises et des fruits. La chambre était impeccable et il y avait deux adorables chats dans la cour, l'un s'appelait Tiantian (Doux) et l'autre Haidao (Pirate). Elle a même eu la gentillesse de m'acheter des produits d'hygiène intime quand j'en avais besoin, c'est vraiment une personne attentionnée ! Je recommande vivement !

KKatherineliewtanWe stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

One of the highlights was the stunning view of Erhai Lake, which really added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, especially with arranging pick-up and drop-off services to and from the train station, which made the trip much more convenient. Ssu_explorerI recently stayed here as a solo traveler, and this hotel was the highlight of my trip to Dali. The hotel is located directly opposite the South Gate of Dali Old Town - truly steps away from the ancient city walls, only 3-4 mins walk yet it's quiet at night. There are also many delicious local eateries all within a 2-minute walk and also foot massage place. After you explore and have tired feet, I highly recommend that place - only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Calling a taxi (DiDi) to any attraction is also very convenient. The hotel owner is an incredibly kind and genuine person. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Even though I speak very little mandarin, they made an effort to speak very slowly for me. The most memorable moment was when she invited me to join her and her friends for a home-cooked dinner at the hotel. As a solo traveler, that gesture of community was truly special and something I can't book on trip.com. This hotel made my Dali trip unforgettable. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
