Everything here is honestly, rlly rlly satisfying The room is well equipped with smart tech and everything even little things u need are provided🤣❤️ They rlly took care of us well and the place is clean, service is 100/100 Best part of the hotel is rlly the service, the staff are super friendly 🤍 Location wise is good too!

Bâtiment traditionnel caché dans un village Bai au pied de la montagne Cangshan, c'est un hôtel au trésor. La maison en pierre porte les traces du temps, et sa texture chaleureuse et épaisse a une histoire. Il y a une détente et une tranquillité qu'on ne trouve pas en ville, faisant oublier le temps. Les tantes et les femmes de ménage de l'hôtel sont toutes locales. Elles sont chaleureuses, amicales, attentionnées et attentionnées. On a l'impression de rentrer chez soi. La nourriture est également très délicieuse, avec des ingrédients locaux et des spécialités de Dali, et vous pourrez goûter au travail acharné de la tante. Le petit déjeuner est sain et copieux, et très agréable à manger. L'agencement du lobby est très mixte, avec de nombreuses collections du propriétaire, ce qui est très intéressant et artistique. Les installations et services de l'hôtel sont bien pensés, confortables et pratiques. L'environnement calme et reposant est très agréable. Le pommeau de douche est également un atout pour un voyage comme celui-ci. Les repas sont tous préparés avec soin et le petit-déjeuner est plutôt bon. L'insonorisation est un peu faible en raison de la rénovation d'un bâtiment ancien, mais cela n'a pas affecté mon séjour de manière significative. L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans la vieille ville de Dali, après la fermeture de la route, rend l'accès assez difficile. La vieille ville est pavée. L'accessibilité et les recommandations pour les attractions et restaurants à proximité pourraient être améliorées.

We stayed here from 12–15 May during our honeymoon and decided to do our Yunnan trip entirely on our own. Dali was our first destination after landing in Kunming the night before, and it turned out to be the perfect start to our journey. Since our train arrived early at around 9:00 AM, I contacted the host a few days in advance to ask if an early check-in would be possible. Not only were they happy to accommodate our request, but they also kindly offered to pick us up from the station. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Mei, who gave us a tour of the property after check-in. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, from the outside, it feels like staying in a beautiful traditional palace within the old town, while the interior is thoughtfully modernized with every comfort you could need. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the heated bathroom floors and the bidet, which was a pleasant surprise. There is also a rooftop area where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise view. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Guests are given several options, and parts of the menu change daily, which kept things interesting. What we looked forward to most every morning was the amazing yogurt served with homemade rose jam, it was honestly the best we've ever had. We mentioned how much we loved it, and at the end of our stay, Mei surprised us with a jar to take home. Such a thoughtful gesture! Every evening, the hotel served a warm dessert, introducing us to flavors that were completely new yet delicious. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea. To make our honeymoon even more special, Mei and her team surprised us with a personalized cake, which was incredibly touching. The location is very convenient, with several Muslim-friendly eateries within a 10-minute walk, as well as convenience stores nearby. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. Out of all the accommodations we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, this was by far the best. Mei went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, constantly sharing recommendations, travel tips, and local insights to help us make the most of our time in Dali. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for honeymooners and newlyweds looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience. InsyaAllah, we will definitely return on our future trips to Dali.

The best experience in Dali. The room is such a dream. The hotel provides everything including biscuits for the seagulls. We are able to feed the seagulls from our room and husband said it’s the best experience ever. The hotel staffs took care of us and everything that we need. They are friendly and helpful. Making sure our stay is comfortable. I’ll definitely recommend and will stay here again probably try another room type when I’m back again. Thank u Ting Hua Island for the hospitality.

1. L'aménagement du jardin est globalement réussi ; le style est manifestement soigné. 2. Le petit-déjeuner était déplorable. La vaisselle devait être débarrassée à 10h30, et à 10h, elle était à peine réapprovisionnée. Tous les plats, y compris les sautés et les plats à la vapeur, étaient très basiques. Cela ne vaut absolument pas le prix. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Pullman Junfa il y a quelques jours pour 798 yuans, et même là, le petit-déjeuner n'était pas exceptionnel. Alors imaginez pour un hôtel à ce prix-là ! 3. La gestion est chaotique et le service impersonnel. J'ai lu un commentaire qui disait qu'ils étaient plutôt indifférents, et je suis tout à fait d'accord. 4. Les produits d'entretien ne sont pas affichés aux murs ; ils sont éparpillés partout, et des paravents servent à dissimuler les saletés de façon hasardeuse. La chambre est un vrai désordre, avec de nombreux problèmes d'hygiène. 5. Le service laisse à désirer. Par exemple, à notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et des serviettes chaudes nous ont été fournies. C'est une attention appréciable, mais le personnel n'a pas remarqué l'odeur désagréable des serviettes. Elles étaient probablement restées trop longtemps à l'air libre et avaient pourri. Mes mains sentaient mauvais après les avoir utilisées. 6. Le service de préparation de la chambre pour la nuit se résumait à entrer dans la chambre, refaire le lit en laissant un peu d'espace entre les pieds, ajuster l'éclairage pour favoriser le sommeil, déposer un verre de lait ou un petit cadeau, et enfin une simple pièce montée. En résumé, je trouve que 1 000 yuans ne sont pas excessifs compte tenu des prestations globales, mais même 500 yuans seraient trop chers pour un service aussi sommaire.

We stayed at Lishe seaview resort hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded us to a two-room apartment which I did not expect! The apartment had spectacular view of Erhai in the living room and master bedroom. I had the foresight of having one free and easy day and we pretty much stayed in most of the time to soak in the view. The staff service was amazing. The team reached out to me via trip.com the day before we check in (fantastic initiative) as overseas visitors like me are not familiar with the WeChat usage. When we arrive, the staff were on standby to receive us and bring us to the apartment as we got there via our own driver. The hotel sent nightly desert (white fungus) to our apartment. One important aspect of the hotel is the delicious and wide spread of breakfast. The breaky was on the highest floor offering great views of Erhai, and the lady attendant there was polite, cheerful and has great service. When we checked, the hotel staff came to the apartment and send us to the car. They also presented a farewell bag of goodies - including rose Chinese cakes (which were super delicious!), tea and sweets. It was an awfully thoughtful gesture. I had the rose Chinese cake during breaky and loved them. So I was super happy to find them in the farewell gift. I would strongly recommend a stay here if you are in Dali. Fellow Singaporeans- you would love this place! I think even if I did not get the upgrade, I would have loved the view too. Just keep one day of doing nothing and enjoy the beautiful view and the hotel hospitality. The hotel staff were service oriented, always smiling, polite and helpful. I mean every staff we encountered, even the cleaning staff! This hotel was a great highlight of our Dali stay. I would definitely come back to stay at Lishe when next back to Dali.

Les avantages et les inconvénients sont évidents. Avantages : Cet hôtel incarne l’essence même d’un boutique-hôtel, offrant un service attentionné et prévenant (prise en charge et retour des vêtements, majordome très aimable et réactif), un café et un thé de qualité (le café Baoshan est vraiment excellent), et un emplacement relativement calme, à l’écart de la rue principale du centre historique, idéal pour faire du shopping et dîner. L’atmosphère y est très agréable les jours de pluie, et le thermos offert en cadeau était une délicate attention. Inconvénients : La circulation est extrêmement dense et les installations sont vétustes. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est bon ; espérons qu’une rénovation soit possible.

Overall experience average at Dali Ocean hotel Not up to expectation for the price paid for a should be kids-friendly five star hotel in China. eg: breakfast not much choice, and also not feeling very welcome by front desk staff. When i called them through phone, they just hang up the phone without me finishing the conversation yet, this shock me. Hotel not really kids friendly. Normally what I expect from a 5 star hotel which is into kids theme hotel should be more friendly to kids like giving out some small gifts for little ones, but Dali Ocean Hotel did not have such thing. And also price paid not include visiting the oceanarium. Unexpectedly the dinner we ordered through hotel restaurant and truffle pizza (complimentary in my package) are delicious. Room view Ok, can stay for a night to experience it yourself.

This hotel is honestly so photogenic, perfect for Instagram :)) There are flowers everywhere and the whole place has a very calm, chill vibe. Their service was really impressive. They contacted us one day before our stay and even arranged a driver to pick us up from Dali train station, which made everything super easy. The butlers were also very helpful, always quick to respond and attentive to anything we needed. They even gave us a free ride to our next hotel, which was such a nice extra touch. On top of that, they gifted me a cute elephant keychain for good fortune, so thoughtful and memorable. The location is great too, very convenient to get around.
