Cette chambre était la plus chère que nous ayons eue à Dali, et c’était aussi l’hôtel pour lequel j’attendais le plus. Elle ressemblait à un hôtel reconverti en appartements. Avantages : Bon emplacement, nouvelle décoration, globalement plus proche du style de la photographie de célébrités sur Internet. L'appartement que j'ai acheté fait face au lac Erhai et la vue depuis le dernier étage est bonne. Inconvénients (très objectif et non malveillant) : 1. Le parc Erhai et la jetée de Xiaguan en bas sont trop bruyants pour chanter la nuit et klaxonner pendant la journée, et le bruit de la décoration le matin est trop scandaleux. On a l'impression qu'ils ont été ouverts sans préparation. 2. La pièce entière fait 60 mètres carrés, et l'espace n'est pas du tout bien utilisé. La décoration est très simple et même grossière. La douche et les toilettes dans une si grande pièce ne sont pas aussi grandes que celles de 30 mètres carrés. Il n'y avait même pas d'endroit où mettre et enlever ses vêtements. Les toilettes et la douche ne sont pas ensemble et il n'y a pas d'endroit pour jeter les poubelles. Il faut aller du côté opposé pour les jeter. 3. Il est difficile de comprendre qu’il n’y a pas de porte-penderie dans une si grande pièce, seulement un simple sèche-cheveux accroché au mur et un cintre en forme d’arbre. 4. Parce que la pièce est trop neuve, les bouches d'aération des fenêtres sont petites et sentent l'herbe et le sol. Si vous n'ouvrez pas la fenêtre, il y aura une odeur. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre, ce sera bruyant. 5. La différence de couleur du projecteur est très importante et extrêmement jaunâtre. 6. Puisque l’ensemble de l’hôtel veut être géré intelligemment comme les autres chaînes hôtelières, mais qu’il ne peut gérer que les lumières, les rideaux et le matériel de projection, c’est vraiment déroutant. 7. Personnellement, je pense que les produits de douche en plastique, les pommes de douche qui fuient et les tables carrées exiguës réduisent considérablement le goût et la texture de la pièce entière. Le prix est encore plus incroyable... Pour résumer, si on me demandait de le noter, je ne lui donnerais que trois points. Un point pour le service fourni par le patron, 2 points pour l'emplacement et la vue, et 3 points pour ce n'est pas facile à faire. gagner de l'argent en tant que travailleur.

« Excellent emplacement a 3 min la vieille ville, dans une rue calme. Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée mais lit très dur (on a très bien dormi pourtant). Fenêtre donne sur le mur voisin. Personnel très gentil, nous a aidé à organiser les transports plusieurs fois. »

Le soir, de nombreux stands de nourriture se tiennent à votre disposition. La chambre est propre. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, la propriétaire vous aidera à porter vos bagages jusqu'à votre chambre. Je peux dire que la propriétaire offre un service impeccable et fera tout son possible pour vous aider. J'ai participé à l'excursion d'une journée, mais j'étais en retard et je n'avais pas le temps de prendre mon petit-déjeuner. Elle le savait et m'a préparé du pain et des bananes. J'ai été très touché. Nous avons loué un vélo électrique à l'oncle d'à côté pour seulement 40 RMB par jour. Merci, madame la patronne, je reviendrai si je reviens. »

« Après l'enregistrement, j'ai été très surpris par ce B&B, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est très pratique. Juste en bas de la route se trouve le parc Erhai, et en face se trouve une rangée de spécialités locales ! Ensuite, l'esthétique du patron est complètement en ligne, la décoration est super confortable, et les baies vitrées ont une super belle vue mer ! Finalement, pendant la haute saison estivale, le prix n'a pas beaucoup augmenté. C'est mieux que ceux de Puzhehei et Maitreya qui coûtent plus de 1 000 yuans. Ils ont également soigneusement préparé des serviettes pour le visage et des serviettes de bain, et ont pensé à ne pas trop dépenser. beaucoup d'argent, c'est vraiment bien. Ça fait que les gens l'adorent ! Il vaudrait mieux renforcer l'isolation phonique de la pièce hahahaha ! Revenez la prochaine fois si vous en avez l'occasion ! »

« Merci à la petite sœur et au petit frère de nous avoir aidé avec les bagages à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Vous pouvez également voir la montagne Cangshan depuis la fenêtre de la chambre. Il y a une petite table et des chaises sur le toit où vous pouvez vous asseoir et attendre le lever du soleil, ce qui est très agréable. Les amis qui sont revenus après 10h30 communiquaient encore mais leur voix était très basse. Le respect de ce délai montre que les amis qui choisissent de venir ici sont tous bien éduqués. Quelqu'un passera la serpillère le sol le matin et la tante nettoiera la chambre à temps lorsque quelqu'un partira. La chambre était conforme aux photos. Reviens la prochaine fois »

Hier, j'ai participé à la cérémonie d'extinction des lumières et j'ai eu l'honneur de rencontrer le directeur général, M. Tang. Washing machine is also available, which makes it super convenient. The service was great from the staff. Although location was a bit confusing to find, the staff came out and led our driver to the right place for check in. You can see Cangshan and erhai from the apartment. There's not a lot of food places around as the apartment is on a small mountain apartment complex. However ordering take out is very convenient from your room. Overall a great stay.

JJane.TI recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. But would like to comment on the photoshooting service that this hotel provided, although they stated it’s free, but each room ONLY FREE 5 PIECES NON EDIT photos no matter how many days you stay. So please don’t ask for this service if you don’t want your pocket to have a hole 🤣, would recommend you to have the traditional costume shoot in Lijiang or Shangrila which will cost in cheaper price where they can provide costume rental and full make up. This hotel they charge a very high price for the photoshooting if you want to buy the photos from them. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang, if they like photoshooting. Or else you can stay in other better choices hotels.

RricandoThe guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

RR.T.xDuring my recent stay at this hotel I had an excellent experience. The hotel itself was modern and spacious, offering all the comfort I needed. It was also located just outside the ancient town, which was only a short five-minute walk away, making it very convenient. There were also plenty of food options nearby, so I never had to worry about where to eat (thought honestly even if the restaurants nearby are not your liking it’s quite easy to get food delivered using one of the food delivery apps). What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service from the manager. She was genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. Since I arrived two days before the May Day holiday, she advised me to plan my trip around Er Hai Lake a day early to avoid the holiday crowds. I’m so grateful for this advice because my trip around the lake was smooth and enjoyable, with minimal crowds. By the time I was heading back to the hotel, I could already see the traffic building up with the incoming holiday tourists and I can only imagine how bad the traffic was around the lake the next day. According to the driver it is not uncommon to encounter standstill traffic at around parts of the lake requiring around 2-3 hours to clear during the peak periods. Not only did she provide valuable advice, but she also arranged a driver for my lake trip on very short notice, and at a price much better than what I could find elsewhere. Her local knowledge didn’t end there—she recommended great places to eat and gave me tips on where to buy local specialties and what to avoid, which really helped me make the most of my time in Dali. One general tip would be to be selective of the stores in the ancient town as they might not offer the best value. I would however recommend adding the hotel on WeChat prior to arriving just in the event that you encounter some difficulty in locating the hotel since it is not located along the main road, there is however direct road access to the main door of the hotel. Overall, the hospitality here was outstanding, and I genuinely felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dali.

Ddeci16Je ne peux que recommander Sunyata Homestay à Dali ! Dès notre arrivée, il était clair que c'était plus qu'un simple endroit où séjourner : c'était une expérience de chaleur et d'attention authentiques. Le thé de l'après-midi et le petit-déjeuner qu'ils servaient étaient tout simplement extraordinaires. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 4 à 5 étoiles à travers la Chine au cours du mois dernier, mais la cuisine gastronomique ici les a facilement surpassés tous. Chaque bouchée a été préparée avec soin, ce qui m'a laissé en admiration devant les saveurs et la qualité. L'emplacement de Sunyata Homestay est également parfait. Il est juste assez loin de la foule animée pour rester paisible et calme, mais suffisamment proche de la vieille ville de Dali pour n'être qu'à quelques pas de bons restaurants et du cœur de la vieille ville. TT.W.LBooked the family room at courtyard level as I had elderly and wanted an accommodation which is easy to access. I also did not want to be hoisting luggages up and down and over cobbled streets in the old town and somewhere along the city wall so it is easy to start our tour of the sights around Dali in the morning. Room: Simple efficient clean layout with open concept. Rooms are relatively new. Sink area is located outside the bathroom which is good. The beds are hard in my opinion but elder felt the bed was comfortable. Bottled water was provided everyday (left outside our door). Room Temperature control was ok and the hot water for the shower heated up quick and could maintain at a stable level which is a plus unlike some other hotels in Yunnan. There is flight of 3-4 steps to room which is manageable for our elder as the room is slightly raised above the courtyard. We had an early check-in as the room was ready. The staff helped us move the luggages to our room. You could also book the entire courtyard for larger groups. The owner is building additional new rooms in the annex but the construction happens during the day and it is not noisy as most guests would be out. Location: It is near the South Gate (there is a local market nearby check the maps or ask the owner) and our local driver could stop right outside our accommodation. We didn’t get breakfast from the bnb as there were food shops offering noodles, congee and fried dumplings around that open early at 7am. You can also make your way to the local market near the gate. You could also go up the South Gate for free to catch the sunrise or sunset view. Touring around Dali If you can comms in Chinese, you could message the owner ahead to assist to arrange for a car transfer from Dali Fengyi Airport or the Dali Railway station to the BnB. It cost RMB50 for us from the Railway station to the BnB. You could also arrange with him for a day driver to take you around the sight seeing places around Dali /Erhai Lake, Mt Cang or a driver to send you to Lijiang. We felt was more efficient and relaxing with an elder. It took ~3h drive instead of travelling south to the Dali train station to ride the train to Lijiang and finding a cab from Lijiang railway to the old Lijiang ancient city. You could also easily catch a Didi or a cab which could be cheaper. A cab/car ride to the 3 Chong Sen Temple pagodas was about 10rmb for 3-4pax which is comparable to waiting for Bus 4 which cost 3rmb per pax.
