« We arrived very late to this hotel but the staff were still happy to ask our many questions .They helped us to our rooms which were amazing . I really love the design of the room and the warmth of it. The meal in the morning was also good. I enjoyed the Yak milk tea with butter. This place was very special to us and very memorable . »

« The staff and receptionists were so friendly, hospitality, they helped me so much to find scenics informations in Li County (although this hotel is in Heishui). The quality of this room is excellent, automatic curtain, air conditioner, toilet... always in very good condition.

« Our stay at this hotel near Dagu Glacier was amazing. It’s close to the entrance, which made our trip so convenient. The room was beautiful, very clean, and we even had a mountain view right outside. The toilet was automatic, which was a nice surprise. I requested a halal breakfast since we are Muslims, and they kindly granted our request. I even thought there was no TV — turns out it was a projector, and I was so amazed! 😁 Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.💯👍🏻🫶🏻 »

« Just back from a stay at the Ga er Hotel and the highlight was easily the incredible view from our room—waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The hotel restaurant also deserves a special mention; we had dinner there twice because the food was so tasty and authentic.

IInvitéThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

There is no lift in hotel but the staffs will help you to carry luggages. Hotel is situated separately from other business and need to drive if you forget slomething and want to go convenient store. IInvitéThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

IInvitéComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

NnaruTongI am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale.
The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
