The room is exactly same as posted, and very clean when we go into the room. We are group of 3 and being welcomed warmly by lady boss. She even prepared some teas for us even we already checked in late around 8pm at night. Simple breakfast prepared by lady boss very delicious, and she was very kind enough make us 3 cup of coffees. This is a very good place to stay while enjoying beautiful scenary, and quiet neighbourhood. 👍🏻

Given the urgency, we immediately contacted Trip.com—and this turned out to be one of the most impressive customer service experiences we’ve had. Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-designed, with smart features that made everything convenient and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain view — it made the stay even more relaxing. The host was also very kind and friendly, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Overall, a lovely and comfortable place to stay!

เนื่องจากเป็นที่พักเพิ่งเปิดรีวิวยังน้อย พอไปถึงที่พักชอบมาก ใกล้ทางเข้า dagu Gracier แต่จะห่างจากในตัวเมืองประมาณ 10 km แต่ที่โรงแรมมีบริการร้านอาหาร ห้องพักกว้างมาก และสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยสะดวกครบ ชักโครกเป็นระบบอัติโนมัติ ถ้าคนกระเป๋าเดินทางใหญ่ไม่ต้องกังวล มีลิฟท์บริการค่ะ ห้องไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ค่ะ เจ้าของน่ารักมากค่ะ พวกเรา 9 คนอยากไปลองกินร้านในเมือง เค้ามีบริการไปส่ง (แต่อาจมีค่าบริการนะคะ) เรากับเพื่อนประทับใจมาก

This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

I received a warm welcome. Even though my luggage was heavy, I received good assistance. I was able to leave my luggage. The bed was comfortable. The hotel owners were very helpful. They were like family. They took me to eat delicious food. I didn't want to go back to Thailand. They were very lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. If I have the chance, I will stay here again.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

L'hôtel est géré par une famille. La fille peut parler anglais, elle nous a aidé à répondre à toutes nos besoins. Elle a également réservé les billets à Dagu Glacier pour nous. Cet hôtel dispose d'un restaurant et vous pouvez demander des aliments non épicés que mes filles appréciaient. La chambre est propre et les lits sont assez grands pour 2 personnes.

Installations: l'hôtel à chaud et à eau chaude est très nouveau et satisfaisant dans son ensemble Sanitaire, les toiles ont aussi une toile sexuelle, les toiles de maquillage sont intelligentes et soigneuses, la qualité des dents et les remorques sont très générales. Les chambres doubles sont de 2 toiles, les parents veulent que le patron prenne plus de toiles, il n'y a pas besoin de toiles quand la chambre est pleine, les toiles sont très chaudes, nous pensons tous un peu trop bas Environnement: près de Daga, il est pratique de manger, mais il n'est pas recommandé de manger trop cher chez eux. Le poisson acide n'a pas demandé le prix est 358. J'ai pensé que c'était plus de 500 un jour, et il a abouti à près de 1000 fraises. Service : OK
