IInvitéThe hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

Tout d'abord, le patron est vraiment très enthousiaste, le service est également très bon, la chambre est très grande après avoir séjourné à l'hôtel, très propre, les installations sont également très avancées, deuxièmement, si vous mangez, Plus de cent personnes sont complètement suffisantes et particulièrement délicieuses, il s'agit de plats spéciaux locaux, les cow-boys doivent boire de la soupe, particulièrement beau, et enfin, je souhaite au chef un bond de service! Si vous reviendrez, vous resterez à son hôtel.

IInvitéThe hotel was great, the bed is very comfy and even has a bed heater, the hotel also has AC can be used in winter and summer time.. if you plan to go to dagu glacier, this hotel is perfect match.. the owner very helpful and very kind.. overall this hotel is very recommended

IInvitéThe room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

IInvitéLa chambre est propre, il y a un nettoyage quotidien, il y a un climatisateur et un chauffage électrique dans la chambre, il y a tous les vents chauds, et il est conseillé de ne pas laver la tête avant de monter sur la plage. Le patron est très enthousiaste, offrant un transfert vers les glaces et les stations de transport de passagers

IInvitéComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

UUtilisateur anonymeThe road up was a bit challenging, but once we arrived, it was totally worth it. The hotel is lovely with a peaceful mountain atmosphere. We had hot pot for dinner at the hotel, which was both tasty and perfect for the cool weather. The breakfast room was especially beautiful — such a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a quiet and scenic getaway.
