**Excellent Stay with Perfect Location & Thoughtful Services**
I recently stayed at Atour Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is **super central** – it’s surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options, making it very convenient to explore the area.
The **front desk service** was exceptional – staff were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. The cleaning team was also very attentive and kept the room spotless throughout my stay.
One small but **much-appreciated detail** was the hot water available in the lobby. Especially after coming back from the cold outside, having a cup of hot water ready was truly comforting and thoughtful.
Another highlight was the **laundry service** – it was super convenient and completely free! All I had to do was leave a note, and my clothes were cleaned and dried neatly. It made my stay so much easier.
Overall, I highly recommend Atour Hotel for its prime location, outstanding service, and those extra touches that make a stay feel welcoming and hassle-free. »

« Cet hôtel, situé à proximité du Palais du Maréchal (Dashuaifu) dans la rue Zhongjie, propose un service de consigne à bagages après le check-out, ce qui a grandement facilité l'organisation de mon séjour. On nous a également fourni de petites cartes très pratiques. Le service de la réception est excellent et l'environnement est très agréable. La rue piétonne est juste en bas, et on peut facilement se rendre à pied aux attractions touristiques comme le Musée du Palais (Gugong), le Palais du Maréchal (Dashuaifu) et la petite église de Nan. L'accès à la station de métro est également très pratique. Globalement, c'est un excellent choix avec un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. L'hôtel est aussi très accueillant pour les enfants et dispose d'une aire de jeux. »

« The location is very good for a transit layover due to its location right next to the train station. Our ”skylight” room had a terrible air circulation and a bad room layout. The bed was good. I could shower for 3 minutes before the shower floor would flood and iwater would enter the room. Overall not very impressed. The international Ibis brand was upgraded a few years ago but don't let the wineglasses next to the reception fool you, the”red” Ibis brand remains a rock bottom budget hotel hardly ever worth of its 3 star rating. SSona ChichyanI had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

VVyyc94Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

WWu Hwee JooLa chambre d'hôtel est grande et propre. La location est d'environ 5 à 8 minutes par voiture. L'hôtel offre un service de navette gratuit pour nous envoyer à l'aéroport. Le seul point faible est l'hôtel à proximité n'a pas de restaurants. Il faut marcher environ 15 minutes à pied au petit restaurant que nous n'avons pas mangé là. Enfin, nous rejoignons l'hôtel et demander au personnel de l'hôtel de nous commander la livraison de nourriture. Les personnels de l'hôtel sont aimables et utiles. Il est très recommandé si vous prenez un vol précoce et de vous rendre à l'aéroport de Shenyang.

Juste au centre financier de la station nord de Xiyang, sortir de la station nord pour aller jusqu'à la voie souterraine, le transport est pratiquement inconfortable! Et fournir également un service de réception, le grand frère est venu nous aider à prendre nos bagages, très enthousiaste! L'hôtel est à côté de la place de Greichen, du centre de New Place, le magasin environnant, la rue de la cuisine, les achats et le repas sont super convenables. Au fond, c'est la station de métro 2, la station de métro 4, la station nord de Xiyang, qui veut aller à la rue centrale, au Palais du Proche et à la Sitta, et se situer à quelques stations de métro 🚇

Underground parking.
The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

HHaiyan這個酒店是我每次來瀋陽必住的酒店，很舒服，服務也很到位，早餐也豐富，還有一點我特別喜歡，就是酒店二樓直接能通到宜家家居商場，特別方便，而且酒店還有地下停車場，很有保障，特別推薦。因為比較匆忙，沒有拍照片，借用酒店的圖片。跟現場的設施設備一樣的，大家可以放心住。

SSeonghyeonIt was totally nice hostel for me. Rest room in the each room was incredible. Host were very kind and easy-going people. Location was very center of the Shenyang representative street. Nearby, there were many restaurants and supermarket. it also connected to imperial palace where I’ve been many times back and forth in short period. So, location was perfect for me.
You can find this hostel when you find the huge rocked door.
As well as, it was clean and bright. When you close the window you can hear nothing about outside sound noise, but also when you open the window you can feel the fresh wind.
This hostel offer breakfast amazingly.
Thus, everything was nice and good, perfect.
I can’t wait to visit here again for the next time.

Chaque fois que vous voyagez ou que vous voyagez, vous choisissez l'hôtel comme un trésor jusqu'à ce que vous rencontrez cet hôtel de trésor caché dans le coin de la rue, vous ne saurez pas ce que vous appelez ”un trésor”. Depuis le moment où je suis entré dans le hall, chaque détail dit : ”Bienvenue à la maison, ce confort et cette attention, mérite de me faire une vague de mots!
📍 Location: Port de la ville dans le cœur
L'hôtel est situé au cœur du magasin XX, mais il a échappé à la chaleur. À pied, il est 5 minutes à pied du métro et 10 minutes à pied des attractions chaudes/champs, qu'il soit très pratique de prendre des chemins de fer ou de chauffer des cartes. Les magasins de confort, les pharmacies et les restaurants rouges entourés sont en pleine tente. Tout ce que je veux manger de la soupe chaude à la nuit est facile à trouver. La plus surprenante est qu'il y a un petit jardin au toit, s'asseoir sur le soir pour regarder le soleil, les chaises de la ville se leverent et se dispersent.
🛎️ Service: Votre ménage est plus timide que la famille
Le sourire de la Miss Reception est comme le vent de printemps. Lorsque vous prenez votre séjour, vous ne faites pas seulement un petit tour de formalités, mais aussi une carte de la semaine dernière: vous aimez la pureté ou la pression? La pression de la frutte de mer est superbe si vous voulez marcher la nuit, le paysage de la nuit à côté de la piste est magnifique. Le jour où vous partez, le bureau m'a aidé à faire un rendez-vous en avance et a mis deux petits gâteaus en bois indépendants : le panier a été mis sur la route. Ce genre de fantaisie que vous voulez faire est plus excitant que la décoration de luxe.
🛏️ Chambre d'hôtes: déplacez le lit de cinq étoiles dans la chambre
Le type de chambre de base est réservé, mais est étonné par l'espace d'utiliser la terre pour s'étonner de la larve de la chaussure, bien que les petits cinq sales soient complets! Les articles de lit sont 60 soutenus, le coucher est comme un piège dans le coucher, la dureté de la tête de la chaussure est juste de garder le coucher (c'est trop amical pour moi de ce genre de chaussure!). Les fenêtres sont désactivées, la chambre est noire après le tirer et le sommeil est devenu doux. La salle de bain est séparée de la peau, les soins de la peau sur le lavabo sont petits (O'Shudan/Carrie est aléatoire), même les couteaux et les étiquettes sont prêts. La plus belle de moi est la suite gratuite de l'eau minière dans le minibar, il y a des sacs de glace dans le réfrigérateur, et le froid est très pratique pour boire en été!
🍳 Bien-être: le petit déjeuner est chaud et le goût de la ville de Xiaojiang
Le petit-déjeuner au deuxième étage est un paradis d'eau douce! Les fruits de la boulangerie sont en pleine boulangerie, comme les fruits de grand-mère quand ils étaient petits; les waffles de style occidental sont doublés de sucre de canne, les cornes de bœuf sont en pleine boulangerie, les herbes de la zone de fruits sont toujours frais. Le plus surprenant est que les plats locaux présentent des caractéristiques telles que xx poudre de sucre, xx sucre. Le patron dit que les aliments sont achetés dans le vieux magasin, et que tout est rappelé. Le serveur va changer de poche, et ne sera pas pressé d'œil parce que vous mangez lentement, et vous serez en agrément à votre maison.

• Le salon offre un café gratuit à l'heure actuelle et un verre de thé à l'heure actuelle;

Après avoir passé 3 nuits, je me réveillerai tous les jours en attendant une nouvelle surprise pour ouvrir la porte. Il n'y a pas de bonheur, mais de confort, sans plaisir intentionnel, mais avec une préoccupation interne. Que ce soit un voyage d'affaires efficace ou une volonté de relaxation du voyage, il peut être parfaitement accepté.
Si vous êtes également fatigué de l'hôtel en chaîne de mille personnes, vous voulez trouver un endroit aussi étroit que la maison de la maison, fermez les yeux sur cette maison! Je l'ai ajouté à la liste de retour sans limitation de la maison de la prochaine fois, il est toujours la première option ～
En résumé: il n'y a pas seulement une chambre, il y a une tranquillité, un temps de séjour chaud. ❤️
