Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

Excellent hôtel, sans hésitation le meilleur que j’ai fait dans le Dongbei. Il remplit toutes les cases de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel urbain de très haut niveau : propreté irréprochable, excellente qualité de la nourriture, chambres spacieuses, confortables, bien chauffées et parfaitement adaptées. Les infrastructures sont remarquables : salle de sport fantastique, piscine très agréable, sauna (qui pourrait être légèrement plus chaud). L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facile et fluide. Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et qui parle anglais. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

The Renaissance Shenyang West Hotel is an outstanding choice for travelers seeking a modern and luxurious stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating, always going above beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. With a great indoor pool and a well-equipped gym, the amenities are excellent. Chambre: chambre grande réservée, réception petite (comme Mary) a mis à jour le type de chambre. Les procédures d'hébergement sont très rapides. Merci pour l'introduction active des installations et autres services ～ La zone de la chambre est bonne. Le lit est très bon. Il est très confortable. La salle de bain est équipée de salle de bains. Il est recommandé d'éliminer la fatigue: Faites un siège à coucher, il est peu pratique de charger un siège 😓 Stipendium: une salle de sport spécialement choisie, excellente, très complète, bien que certains soient vieux, mais suffisants, bien entretenus Déjeuner: réserver un petit déjeuner sans repas. Vous pouvez utiliser le volume de petit déjeuner acheté en ligne. Vous pouvez expérimenter. Bien ～ Un grand nombre de types de restaurants sont très actifs pour les serveurs, dan et Dingjiang. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 enfants à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et utile. Les chambres sont également confortables et propres. La situation de l'hôtel est proche de la gare et de certaines attractions touristiques. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas le « véritable puls de Shenyang », car il est plus dans une zone « comme le chemin de fer ».

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

Wonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
