Hôtels 5 étoiles à Shenyang

Wow! Très impressionnant! Notre famille est restée ici avec nos amis de retour à la maison pour une nuit. Tout a été très agréable! Tout était de haut niveau. De la décoration jusqu'aux derniers détails de la propreté vivent jusqu'aux normes 5 étoiles! Le service était amical et efficace. La plupart des personnes peuvent parler un peu d'anglais pour nous aider. Belles grandes fenêtres avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner était probablement l'un des meilleurs de tous les 5 étoiles que j'ai essayé en Asie! Ils ont une superbe machine à café expresso et REAL bacon canadien, plus une très bonne variété de pâteries et de nourriture chaude ! Il a été entouré de la piscine au 5ème étage et il avait une vue panoramique sur la ville et l'eau était très propre. Alors oui! Bien, il vaut l'argent! Le seul regret était que nous aurions voulu avoir réservé une autre nuit de séjour ! Gardez-le ! Nous reviendrons !

Excellent hôtel, sans hésitation le meilleur que j’ai fait dans le Dongbei. Il remplit toutes les cases de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel urbain de très haut niveau : propreté irréprochable, excellente qualité de la nourriture, chambres spacieuses, confortables, bien chauffées et parfaitement adaptées. Les infrastructures sont remarquables : salle de sport fantastique, piscine très agréable, sauna (qui pourrait être légèrement plus chaud). L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facile et fluide. Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et qui parle anglais. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

The Renaissance Shenyang West Hotel is an outstanding choice for travelers seeking a modern and luxurious stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff is incredibly professional and accommodating, always going above beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. With a great indoor pool and a well-equipped gym, the amenities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is also top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and facilities.

Clean and spacious room with a nice city view. Front desk and staff were friendly and courteous. The room was out of conditioner and I needed extra towel and they brought it right away. Breakfast had western and Chinese which were delicious. We also enjoyed the pool~

Our stay was great. Good service, a good food and a new pool. Very helpful staff when asking directions. Look forward to staying again.

Our stay in the Longemont hotel was very relaxing and felt like home. The staff was very friendly, kind and always helpful. We stayed in the 18th floor and the view was spectacular. Always felt secure during our stay. One of the duty managers Mr Damon exceeded our expectations. All the amenities provided were easily accessible. Overall my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.
