Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

Excellent hôtel, sans hésitation le meilleur que j’ai fait dans le Dongbei. Il remplit toutes les cases de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel urbain de très haut niveau : propreté irréprochable, excellente qualité de la nourriture, chambres spacieuses, confortables, bien chauffées et parfaitement adaptées. Les infrastructures sont remarquables : salle de sport fantastique, piscine très agréable, sauna (qui pourrait être légèrement plus chaud). L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facile et fluide. Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et qui parle anglais. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

Cette fois, je suis venu visiter la famille de Xiang et choisir de rester à l'hôtel de l'amitié, et je n'ai pas été déçu. Il n'est pas seulement un hôtel national célèbre, mais depuis l'entrée dans le hall, je me sens plein de sincérité et de chaleur, et la réception gère la résidence rapide et intime. En vacances de anniversaire, j'ai reçu accidentellement un joli petit bonbon de cheval comme cadeau de fête, les détails sont très chauds. J'ai séjourné au 15ème étage de l'hallo à une distance. Le gestionnaire de l'hallo a organisé de manière active un camion de voyage pour me faire rentrer au bâtiment avant. Le service est très attentif. J'aime généralement les sports. J'ai couru autour du lac de l'hôtel. L'environnement jardinier est calme et élégant. L'air de la matinée est frais et l'expérience est superbe. Que ce soit le service, les installations ou l'environnement, il est digne du nom de l'hôtel national. La prochaine fois que je viens à Xiyang, je choisirai ici et je recommande.

L'hôtel Renaissance Shenyang West est un excellent choix pour les voyageurs qui cherchent un séjour moderne et luxueux. Le personnel est très professionnel et confortable, toujours au-dessus pour assurer une expérience agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est également à la pointe, offrant une grande variété d'options délicieuses pour commencer votre journée.

L'hôtel était très bon pour la position près de la gare, mais c'est là où il se termine. Il y a alors la construction à côté de la porte, il y avait des marteaux de jack jusqu'à 10h00 au soir qui ont littéralement réverbé par l'ensemble du bâtiment. L'entrée de l'hôtel a été équipée d'un cran qui fonctionne sur la voie de la route et vous devriez marcher sous charges suspendues sans contrôle, sans danger grave.

The hotel service staff is warm and timely. It is located in the centre of the city with a good city view. In particular, Mr. Peter Zhang's service is very good. I will choose the Marriott Hotel in the future.

Our stay was great. Good service, a good food and a new pool. Very helpful staff when asking directions. Look forward to staying again.

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

the location is not good, no shop around, even food delivery is complicated. the staff is great. the breakfast lacks of diversity. the sauna was not accessible
