I had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

Pros: Clean, amenities, free breakfast was good Cons: -We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign. -We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it. -we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly. -the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

ECheng Hotel near Shenyang North (Shenyangbei) Railway station has great amenities, convenient location being literally steps away from Shenyang North Railway station from which my party arrived, not to mention truly friendly staff as well as a fabulous breakfast that impressed us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who go to Shenyang to experience this fine hotel, its wonderful hospitality and nearby conveniences. La chambre est propre et bien rangée, l'environnement est très bon, l'emplacement est dans la rue Taiyuan, entouré de nombreux grands centres commerciaux, pratique pour voyager ! Lorsque vous amenez des enfants, préparez spécialement des articles de toilette pour enfants et offrez des cadeaux aux enfants au moment du départ. Merci à tout le personnel de l'Hôtel Jen pour son service chaleureux ! Le personnel de la réception, Tong Yuewei, a surclassé la chambre gratuitement et le service était chaleureux et attentionné. Le personnel qui a glissé la carte au petit-déjeuner servi avec le sourire, ce qui était super ~ le personnel qui a vérifié et stocké nos bagages était très enthousiaste. . L'attitude de service de tout le personnel a vraiment amélioré mon impression de Shenyang ~

L'hôtel est très agréable et le style appartement le rend confortable avec des enfants. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, ce qui est idéal pour préparer des repas rapides et faciles avec des enfants difficiles. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant servant une cuisine occidentale. Il est situé à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et galeries marchandes souterraines. La gare est à environ 10 minutes à pied et l'hôtel se trouve entre deux stations de métro, chacune à environ 8-10 minutes à pied. La salle de sport est excellente et bien équipée. L'aire de jeux pour enfants est également agréable ; quelques jouets supplémentaires seraient appréciables, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour qu'ils se dépensent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Mes enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié le cinéma.

Cet hôtel, je suis la deuxième fois, est toujours très satisfait. La salle est large et lumineuse, et la première sensation est que le chaud est confortable. Le point le plus désavantageable est que le niveau de service de la réception est très élevé, il a effectivement accepté l'idée de service, peut écouter sérieusement les exigences des clients et faire tout ce qui est en son pouvoir. La chambre est large et propre et il y a un séjour très tranquille. Tout au long de l'examen, l'hôtel est bon pour les enfants, a pris les mesures appropriées et a fourni aux enfants un climat chaleureux et heureux. L'expérience de séjour est très bonne!

Le service de la réception est super, gère un séjour rapide et efficace, l'attitude du personnel est enthousiaste et patiente, il y a des problèmes pour aider à résoudre en temps utile, soigneusement et professionnel, l'expérience est extrêmement louable. La chambre est propre et propre, les produits de lit sont confortables, la tante est particulièrement enthousiaste. La position est également très pratique, le rapport coût-efficacité global est très élevé, la prochaine fois que je viens à Xiyang, vous choisirez ici, fortement recommandé!

I always enjoy closeness to ikea lunch/dinner and hotel breakfast. Actually great staycation place, will stay there every time I'm back to Shenyang. Large rooms, large desk, bathroom, just relaxing stay every time. The only downside is crowded elevator and breakfast restaurant but packed hotel means it's good

Great location is close to metro station, eateries, and imperial museum. Hotel personnel are friendly. Hotel is an older building, and need to be renovated. There is sewer odor in elevator, and hall. Lighting in hall is dim. Breakfast offers a variety of food and fruits. Room is clean and average size.
