I had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

這次入住，本來衹是一次再普通不過的差旅，卻意外被前台的兩位年輕人治癒了。 那天我拖着行李箱到酒店時，已經快晚上十一點了。連軸轉了一整天，腦子像灌了鉛一樣沉，整個人疲憊得連説話的力氣都沒有。接待我的是晚菀和澤宇。晚菀看起來是個很温柔的姑娘，她看我狀態不好，沒有像常規流程那樣機械地背誦歡迎詞，而是輕聲細語地幫我辦完手續，還特意幫我安排了遠離電梯、相對安靜的房間。她遞給我房卡時，小聲説了一句：“您今天辛苦了，早點休息。”就這一句話，突然讓我這個異鄉人覺得鼻子有點酸。 第二天退房時，我因為工作出了點岔子，心情煩躁到了極點，在收拾東西時手忙腳亂，不小心把身份證和車鑰匙掉在了大堂的沙發縫裡，自己卻渾然不覺。等我走到酒店門口，正急得滿頭大汗準備翻包時，是澤宇一路小跑着追了出來。他喘着氣，把東西遞給我，笑着説：“您的東西落下了，還好沒走遠。”我連聲道謝，他卻擺擺手，説：“沒事的，出門在外難免着急，您路上注意安全。” 其實，我們之間並沒有發生什麼驚天動地的大事，也沒有超出服務標準的特殊待遇。但在這個匆忙、甚至有些冷漠的城市裡，晚菀那句輕聲的“辛苦了”，和澤宇那一路小跑遞來的鑰匙，卻像兩束微光，剛好照進了我疲憊的生活裏。 他們不是冷冰冰的服務機器，而是兩個有温度、有共情能力的年輕人。在這個連打招呼都嫌麻煩的時代，能遇到這樣真誠待人的工作人員，真的很難得。 真心推薦這家酒店，更推薦晚菀和澤宇。謝謝你們，讓這趟原本枯燥的行程，多了一份人情味。 —— 一個被你們温暖到的普通旅客

Pros: Clean, amenities, free breakfast was good Cons: -We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign. -We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it. -we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly. -the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

La chambre est propre et bien rangée, l'environnement est très bon, l'emplacement est dans la rue Taiyuan, entouré de nombreux grands centres commerciaux, pratique pour voyager ! Lorsque vous amenez des enfants, préparez spécialement des articles de toilette pour enfants et offrez des cadeaux aux enfants au moment du départ. Merci à tout le personnel de l'Hôtel Jen pour son service chaleureux ! Le personnel de la réception, Tong Yuewei, a surclassé la chambre gratuitement et le service était chaleureux et attentionné. Le personnel qui a glissé la carte au petit-déjeuner servi avec le sourire, ce qui était super ~ le personnel qui a vérifié et stocké nos bagages était très enthousiaste. . L'attitude de service de tout le personnel a vraiment amélioré mon impression de Shenyang ~

I had an excellent stay at the Atour X Hotel (Shenyang Marshal Zhang's Former Residence Wenyi Road). It had very similar basic features that I have found in other Atour hotels, and I like those features so much that I have made reservations at a number of other Atours hotels in the next few months. However, I found that the staff, and especially the manager (English-named Alex), were exceedingly helpful, and I definitely needed that help. I had left my phone on the train that brought me to Shenyang, and not having a phone to use makes it almost impossible to do anything when you are a tourist who can’t speak Chinese. Alex and the staff helped me by contacting the police, lending me a phone, and doing other things that were much more than I would ever expect hotel staff to do for a guest. Amazingly, my phone was located on the train 700 km south from Shenyang, but I got it back the next day! But I might not ever have found if without the help of Alex and other hotel staff. So, once again, the hotel itself was standard Atour excellence, but the help that the staff gave me was extraordinary. I can’t praise them more highly. My entire visit to Shenyang would have been ruined without their help.  

La chambre est propre et propre, les produits de lit sont confortables, le service de la réception est enthousiaste et intime, la position est confortable et l'expérience est excellente. L'environnement de l'hôtel est élégant, les installations sont complètement sanitaires, l'isolement sonore est bon, le rapport coût-efficacité est élevé, vous choisisserez la prochaine fois. Le service est soigneusement soigneux, la chambre est large et lumineuse, les produits de bain sont complets et le séjour est très confortable et satisfaisant.

L'hôtel est à la place de la plus haute qualité, il prend environ 10 minutes pour conduire n'importe où vous voulez (principales attractions et restaurants, parcs, gares, etc.). Il y a un marché de nuit juste derrière l'hôtel. Si vous ne voulez pas manger, vous pouvez commander des aliments en ligne et le robot vous en fournira (une des caractéristiques que nous aimerons vraiment ici en Chine). Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. La chambre est très confortable, mais vous pouvez choisir de la nourriture. Le lobby a des activités propices aux enfants, où les enfants peuvent jouer et socialiser. En d'autres termes, l'écoulement est assez mauvais et la propreté de la chambre est inférieure à la moyenne, c'est-à-dire il y a de la poussière sur les étuis, les boues sur le sol et les cheveux en lin. Il y a un homme qui fumait comme un chiminé dans le hall. Il y a des signes partout qui disent que le tabagisme est interdit. L'homme n'a pas pris soin et le personnel n'a pas interféré. Nous sommes surpris de voir un tel rang élevé de cet hôtel via Trip. Nous envisagerions d'autres options la prochaine fois que nous sommes à Shenyang.

L'hôtel est très agréable et le style appartement le rend confortable avec des enfants. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire, ce qui est idéal pour préparer des repas rapides et faciles avec des enfants difficiles. L'hôtel dispose également d'un restaurant servant une cuisine occidentale. Il est situé à proximité de nombreux centres commerciaux et galeries marchandes souterraines. La gare est à environ 10 minutes à pied et l'hôtel se trouve entre deux stations de métro, chacune à environ 8-10 minutes à pied. La salle de sport est excellente et bien équipée. L'aire de jeux pour enfants est également agréable ; quelques jouets supplémentaires seraient appréciables, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon endroit pour qu'ils se dépensent. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Mes enfants ont également beaucoup apprécié le cinéma.

C'est une mise à jour pour un récent examen que j'ai fait. Ma femme et moi avons séjourné pendant une semaine et je suis allé à Shanghai pendant 4 jours. Lorsque nous avons quitté l'hôtel, j'ai livré l'adaptateur de puissance qu'ils m'ont laissé utiliser et leur ont dit que je l'aurais besoin quand nous sommes revenus. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel après notre voyage à Shanghai, je n'ai même pas fait le check-in au bureau et la jeune dame m'a envoyé l'adaptateur de puissance. C'est le service client à son meilleur. Merci au merveilleux personnel. Nous nous retrouverons.

Room were well maintained and staff were overall friendly and helpful. Room was clean as well as with other Holiday Inn hotels. However, location is not very good as the entrance is not very obvious so many didi drivers are unable to find location. The guard is also not there 24/7 to raise tue barrier so taxi drivers are unable to enter at night. You have to walk out to find the didi riders which was a little inconvenient given the rainy weather. Breakfast buffet was a typical breakfast in China, not much meat options avilable. But it was free so no complaints. Overall, given the price and quality, I will still recommend this hotel for family and business travellers on non-rainy periods. It is very value.
