The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Geo Resort Hotel. It’s a luxury hotel with elegant interiors, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The service was attentive and the overall ambiance made it feel like a true getaway. However, I do think it would be even better if the rooms came with a bathtub for added comfort and relaxation. I absolutely love staying here—especially when the rates are more affordable. Definitely a place I’d return to for a relaxing escape!

Je suis satisfait de l'hôtel. On ne peut pas demander grand-chose. Le petit-déjeuner était suffisant pour mon petit-fils et moi. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture. Après le petit-déjeuner, nous irons nous promener au parc/aire de jeux pour profiter de l'air frais. La piscine était superbe. Elle est nettoyée trois fois par semaine. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances à l'hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le ménage était bien fait.

Avantages L'hôtel est idéal pour les familles. Nous avons réservé la chambre six car la chambre quadruple a été évaluée par d'autres clients comme étant loin du hall. Notre chambre six était juste au-dessus du hall au niveau 2. L'espace était suffisant pour notre famille de 5 personnes avec un enfant en bas âge et nous avions une chambre communicante. Notre chambre avait un lit superposé. Donc au total, il y avait 3 grands lits. 2 lits en bas et 1 sur le lit superposé. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'est très pratique car les parcs à thème, les restaurants et le supermarché se trouvent juste en face de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi une petite aire de jeux pour les enfants à la réception du hall. Les inconvénients La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine séparée pour toilettes et douche. Mais la salle de bain n'a pas de porte ! Vous devrez vous changer dans la cabine de douche. Je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un hôtel où la salle de bain n'a pas de porte, donc si vous séjournez avec un grand groupe, soyez prêt ? La chambre n'a pas de ventilateur mais il fait froid dehors, donc ce n'est pas un problème pour nous pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement du buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel. Il se trouve dans les locaux du parc à thème couvert, vous devez donc marcher 10 à 15 minutes pour le petit-déjeuner. Sinon super séjour pour les familles et prix raisonnable aussi si vous partagez.

The hotel hardware is all correct but staff is a bit lacking. We had a super late check in. The first night we stay on first floor only hear the furniture dragging around from mid night till early morning. Hotel manager cannot explain but they found me another room. I suspect noise is from casino platinum club. Don't get me wrong. The staff are helpful trying their very best but hotel is just short of manpower in peak season in terms of housekeeping. We stayed in Junior Suite. We had breakfast but food doesn't match up to a five stars hotel. I supposed it is hard to get staff to work in Genting highland. Until we checked out. I dunno how the Crockford exterior looks like and it remains as a mystery. Renovation is on going so one has to be careful to pick the right room. We pay a lot for two nights of stay. Late check in and early check out that actually make us lose out quite a fair bit. Shuttle bus is provided to Genting Grand but we figured a lot of outsider are using that service without approval because driver won't check and the bell boy also care less. That is what I mean by hardware is right but staff are not quite right. Hotel staff also can hop in for a free ride without queuing. I doubt if anyone really care.

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious decor of the hotel, which truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The room was incredibly comfortable, with top-notch cleanliness that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The cool weather in Genting made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me and my husband to unwind both physically and mentally. One of the highlights of our stay was simply walking around the hotel area in the evening. We found steamed chestnuts and sweet potatoes, which were the perfect treat after a peaceful stroll. The food options in the area were never an issue, and everything we had was delicious. Overall, our experience at Le Verts was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highland. It’s a beautiful, serene spot that offers great service and a comfortable stay – I’ll definitely be returning!

It is more like a service apartment style instead of hotel. - Nice onsen experience and public session was not crowded even though we went on Sunday. 1 hour free onsen is more than enough. - Got aircon in the room. - Housekeeping service is good. - Water with good heat and pressure. - No phone in the room but very fast response from WhatsApp reception service. Cons： - Parking is not easy. No clear signboard and hard to find. Hard to find our way back to the hotel tower after parking. - Sofa is too small for 4pax. - Limited choice of food at this location however you can always drive back to Genting first world if you have a car or take shuttle bus. - Disappointing pool. Small and noisy. It’s very crowded too as it’s a shared facility among the 4 towers. Not as pretty as it advertised. Same for the gym room. - Lift door open and close mechanism is weird. You have to press the front facing panel for the front life door to open. Experience it then you know, hard to explain here.

AAzreen RamliAlthough it states apartment with Balcony & 3king bed but unfortunately it has No Balcony. It's all wrongly advertised but the customer service from trip.com is so efficient and helpful to try and get me a room with Balcony. But the new room that we received had a Balcony but only with 1 king bed. First picture is the first room we got and the second picture is with the Balcony and few thin mattress to make up for the less of bed

ZZid NizamArrived at the hotel a bit late in the wee hour (11.50pm) but nevertheless was able to check in. As usual, the place is huge and chances to get lost is high for a first timer. The amneties and services is good.

Ssao.Please do not book rooms at Midhills, try to read through the reviews first. To check in at a room at Midhills you'd have to first go to Geo38 residences, which is above 2 km away, not easy for walking after a journey. Even if you have a car it is incredibly inconvenient to check in and check out at a location that is 2 km away from the residence area. Beware of that. Book rooms at geo838 directly instead. We upgraded our room from midhills to geo38 for 50 rm despite already paying for the room. They don't mention it in the app.

IInvitéLa navette est correcte et proche d'un hôtel First World. La chambre est spacieuse. Le ticket de bus coûte 7 RM à l'hôtel. L'achat en ligne coûte 6 RM. Le service client est bon. Le comptoir d'enregistrement et de départ se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de la tour 2.
