Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Mais pas trop mauvais n'est pas si profond dans le véhicule est à environ 5 minutes de cette petite ville. En fait, c'est un endroit très confortable qui est proche de ces magasins de la petite ville Ils prennent le SOP sérieusement où ils ont maintenu la distance sociale, scanner nos applications My Sejahtera, et nous fournir le sanitaire de main. La chambre de la GRV était la grande, très grande comme une suite avec large espace, belle vue et le chauffage de douche fonctionnait parfaitement avec une haute pression. La réceptionniste de Fazila (qui travaille dans cette propriété pendant 3 ans plus) qui gère notre processus d'entrée et de sortie a été efficace et utile. Maintenez le bon travail de Fazila et de son équipe.

Once we realised we were unable to attend the hotel, we offered it to my sister and the hotel disallowed to change names despite contacting them 1 month earlier. We paid for the hotel and wanted to get my family member to check in on behalf, despite doing what they had asked us to do 2 days earlier, wrote an authorisation letter and we were told to do it again on the check-in day. All they was to allow the change of main customer's name. We understood if it was a redemed room, strict control is necessary to prevent abuse. BUT WE PAID FOR THE ROOM. Inflexible management and rules.

Je suis venu avec un cœur qui n'attend pas grand chose. Mon dernier voyage remonte à environ 5 ans. Il y avait de nombreuses variétés de nourriture. Il suffit d'avoir de l'argent et de choisir. Planifiez vos journées avec ce que vous voulez faire ou ******** votre temps libre. First World Hotel... la chambre de luxe était bien pour 2 personnes. C'est bien de se détendre et de jouer avec votre téléphone portable. Il y avait du savon et des serviettes dans la chambre. Bien sûr, vous pouvez apporter le vôtre car First World est un vieil hôtel.

Had a good stay here. Love everything about the room. Especially the bed and shower. The room is very well maintained. View is great when there is no mist.
Location wise it is near to sky avenue.
Service wise, there was a miss and the rest was a hit. Check in/key collection staff can be trained to provide better service. Housekeeping staff were great. Always greeting us and flashing a smile. There was also a front desk staff who helped with our luggage during check out.

Misleading! Be careful with their packages. We booked a package stay which is over RM100 more than room only as it included breakfast for two. In the details section it clearly stated ”breakfast for two” under dining and ALSO INCLUDED ”grab and go at cheeky grind”. when we arrived the hotel told us we are only entitled to grab and go NOT buffet breakfast. The grab and go is a set meal with limited choices for drinks and a pastry or a sandwich (which was bland btw). SO NOT WORTH IT. Other people staying who took the package was mislead too. The manager was not helpful. He told us to contact trip. No compensation whatsoever, didn't try to help us except send an email. Customer service won't help you. Trip customer service will go around in circles but won't help either. Overall customer service sucks. Location is ok. One of the nicer hotels in genting. We got level 24, we were surrounded by clouds which is nice. Superior deluxe gets us two huge double beds. Suitable for couples with toddlers. If not for the breakfast issue everything else was ok. I would recommend getting room only then paying for breakfast when u get there.

We drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable.
Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning.
Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.

First time check in here.. everything was ok n the safety was superb.. i had a room with a nice view really enjoyed the view.. the only thing was during the check in time the que was too long and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our turn to check in.. other than that everything was fine..

Nous sommes cependant assez déçus que l'hôtel n'ait pas répondu à notre demande de décorer la chambre avec des ballons et des fleurs pour notre célébration d'anniversaire, car le contre-père a dit qu'il était sur budget ou pas budget. J'ai partagé avec eux J'ai séjourné avant à Shangrila; Mandarin Oriental même Westin ou pire scénario Eastin Hotel à Petaling Jaya ils feront la mise en place de déco avec des fleurs et une bouteille de vin avec du gâteau pour mon anniversaire. L'hôtel est un hôtel très confortable et confortable, avec un petit déjeuner buffet avec salle de bains et salle de bains. Cependant, le côté de la piscine était un peu désactivé car il n'y a pas de contrôle ou de sécurité pour surveiller le code de vêtement des personnes utilisant la piscine; ce que je veux dire par cela est que l'hôtel permet toujours aux gens de porter des costumes de trace et une t-shirt avec même pas de baignade porter pour les hommes d'entrer la piscine. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

SseraaaaWe check in at night (9pm) and the check in process was super super late. We are already tired the whole day and then check in process is taking a lot of time. Also the deposit required was a bit high.
The room is nice and cozy.
Note that this unit has no airconditioner, minus point for that but overall it was a great stay.
Minus point also for the elevator. The elevator is taking a lot of time and always full. We had to wait almost 10 minutes to get into elevator. Very very unpleasant experience for us.
Please improve the smoothness of check in and check out process.

IInvitéNous avons vraiment apprécié la session de la nuit, en particulier la piscine Sakura, qui était une pièce d'art de beauté. Les autres piscines étaient également uniques, 1 avec nano bubble que nous avons été dits a été importé du Japon. Après avoir souillé, il a fait de notre peau plus souple. Nous avons également apprécié l'autre piscine près de la fenêtre qui était à la plus haute température. Le vent froid brise à l'entrée de la fenêtre nous a fait sentir si relax et confortable. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a offert un excellent service. Merci à leurs agents d'hospitalité dédiés. Nous avons aussi eu un bon sommeil sur le lit confortable. Pour ceux qui voulaient une vacance relaxante et pas trop loin du monde de divertissement de Genting Resorts, l'hôtel Yanné Onsen est une excellente option.

The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walkable distance.
Checkout time is at 11.00am. Plenty of visitors during weekend which cause inconvenient during checkout as waiting time for lift to get in is a bit hassle (depend on your luck), so managed your time accordingly.

I have queue at one operator at first and spent sometimes on queuing and then when is my turn they said it's not under their operation so pls stated clearly who is whom room U are operating

During my check out time, I dunno Ur staff is being trained or not, I was the one she should attend at first but she attend other guest instead of me personally and the said didn't saw me just saw the person who direct to the counter?? What Ur eyes see only straight object is it?????
