La chambre était absolument superbe et magnifique. J'avais une belle vue sur la piscine et la ville. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon premier séjour au Hilton PJ. Le service est excellent, le personnel est aimable et serviable. C'est un endroit pratique pour séjourner, car il y a de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité.

C'est mon troisième séjour au Mossaz en quatre mois et la qualité de l'établissement baisse progressivement. La première fois, tout était dans la chambre, y compris les brosses à dents. La deuxième fois, il n'y avait ni brosses à dents, ni bouilloire, ni fer à repasser, ni planche à repasser. Cette fois, il n'y avait ni brosses à dents, ni sèche-cheveux, ni chaise de bureau. Soit le personnel est négligent, soit il retire intentionnellement des objets de la chambre pour les facturer plus tard. Je vous conseille de prendre des photos à votre arrivée et d'envoyer les photos manquantes sur le compte WhatsApp de la réception.

Le lobby est si spacieux et luxueux, le processus d'enregistrement s'est très bien passé. La chambre est assez petite et un peu chère pour cette taille de chambre. Cependant, le buffet du petit-déjeuner au restaurant Cheks propose de nombreux menus (cuisine malaise, indienne, japonaise, station de nouilles, station d'œufs, station de salades et desserts), tout est si délicieux. Tout le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Cet hôtel dispose également de grandes piscines à débordement avec vue sur Kuala Lumpur et d'une salle pour enfants au bord de la piscine. Cet hôtel est très pratique pour utiliser mrt car ils ont un pont relié juste à côté du hall et vous pouvez également aller au centre commercial OU.

Nous avons la chambre de club de coins, spacieuses lits de taille doubles queens. L'hôtel est confortable. AC est un peu bruyant. Plongée au sol et plug besoin de réparation. Les portes de voisinage balayant peuvent être entendues loud. Il faut plus de son. L'hôtel est devenu un peu vieux. La chambre au 28e étage devant la voie ferroviaire, de sorte que le bruit ferroviaire puisse être entendu tout au long. Le personnel est excellent et amiable. La diffusion du petit déjeuner est bonne. La nourriture du club est bonne. Nous resterons la prochaine fois de nouveau

SsoohueyL'emplacement était génial, le centre commercial Curve est juste à côté et il y a des ponts de liaison vers le centre commercial Lotus, KidZania, IKEA et IPC. Mon objectif principal est d'amener mes enfants à KidZania, donc c'était parfait pour nous. Le petit-déjeuner était bon avec des stations live. Le seul inconvénient était que la chambre était un peu vieille, assez usée. Mais le service était bon car le personnel est venu régler les problèmes rapidement.

GGenevieve PearlyHonnêtement, le séjour était bon pour le prix que nous avons payé. Il y avait quelques points que nous pensons devoir améliorer.
1) 6 ascenseurs étaient presque perpétuellement pleins. Nous avons séjourné au n°16 et il nous était impossible d'entrer dans l'ascenseur pour aller au parking. Nous avons dû prendre l'ascenseur pour aller au parking. Surtout pendant le check out.
2) une meilleure signalisation pour localiser le bâtiment
3) la chambre est bien équipée mais pas de boîte à mouchoirs ni de pantoufles fournies.
Nous adorons le service ! Leur service était superbe et rapide, même au milieu de la nuit.
J'ai demandé à changer de nouveaux draps, aucune question posée et une réponse rapide pour qu'un membre du personnel de service vienne changer mon drap dans les 10 minutes.
J'ai demandé un stand pratique à proximité. Leur première réponse était qu'il n'y avait pas de stand pratique à proximité. Mais après environ 1 heure, le service client m'a envoyé un SMS pour me dire qu'il y avait un nouveau stand pratique qui serait lancé le lendemain. C'est très gentil de sa part de me tenir au courant.
La climatisation et le chauffe-eau fonctionnent parfaitement ! 😊

I don’t know if it was the system’s fault or his, but someone get in my room - he has a key but I dont check out yet. And at that time, I had just finished showering - not proper dress , only towel and we not wear hijab. We not ready check out because its only 11.30++ . Imagine that—suddenly, someone opens the door. You think I wouldn’t be mad?!
There was zero communication between the front desk and the woman I spoke to in the room about the incident. That’s why Ugesan didn’t know, you didn’t know—but instead of sorting it out, you kept asking for my booking number, code, email, and so on. Meaning? You already knew there was a mistake but didn’t want to admit it. No apologise to!

I get it, I’ve dealt with many staff like this—playing the victim. But as front desk staff, don’t be rude. This hotel isn’t exactly five-star, so don’t let poor service drive guests away.

LLATINAH1. Check in process is made simple, I like that very much. I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early.
2. The room is clean . Other then bath foam & syampoo was given late ( accidentally missed to be put in the toilet), the rest of amenities were ok.
3. The TV channel are limited and the picture quality of the TV is not good. Please look into this.
4. Many restaurant are walking distance around 200 metres. MyNews shop 24 hours is available at ground floor of the apartment.
Overall I had a nice stay.

The room is spacious, well equipped and clean. Staffs who attend to you is friendly and helpful. It is a home away from home.

HHaziqThe hotel was fine. The room that i checked in was good for the price although some parts of the room has its share of wear and tear. The room and bathroom was clean but a bit of dark spots at the corner of the bathroom. Parking is only available at the basement and will charge you per hour capped at RM9 maximum.
The privacy is mediocre as we already place no disturb sign at the door but still staff entered our room for room service. We expected no one will come in if the sign is placed on the door. One of the lamps also not working. The switches for the do not disturb and make up room also not functional. The lighting is not too bright and a bit dark as only warm lights are used.
Overall, for a king room i can it is quite satisfactory.

AAnlimWe checked in at almost midnight. No problem as the counter is open 24/7. Our stay was 4 nights. On the night we checked in, I walked bare footed in the room & found the floor quite dusty. I mentioned it to the receptionist the next day & after that, everything was cleaned well every day. For stay that is more than one night, you have to request for room cleaning. The cleaners do not go into your room without permission. I would request for room cleaning each day when I was going out for a few hours at least. The toiletries that we have used are replenished each day. There is even a shower cap which many budget hotels now no longer provide. 2 bottles of drinking water are given daily & there is also a drinking water machine you can use for free. The quality of the water is good, no chlorine taste. The TV has only local channels. The room was mostly quiet except for occasional honking of cars. Location is good & safe even when late at night. There are all sorts of food shops, from coffee shops to restaurants. Watson & Guardian are on the same row as the hotel. We had good roast duck dinner less than 5 mins walk away. There are 3 convenient marts nearby. The public market is 2 mins away & there is a hawker food court beside it. All clean with many types of food offered. Cons: There were a few spots in the room that showed wear & tear as you can see from my photos but It did not affect our comfort. I dislike that there is only a rain shower which means we would get our heads totally wet each time we shower and the shower head is almost right above the toilet bowl meaning it is all wet after our shower. In fact, the whole bathroom gets wet. Unfortunately the hose for cleaning after toilet use is just left lying on the floor. I don't know why the management doesn't bother to put in a holder at least.

WWeiQiao HuangI had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, being conveniently close to public transportation, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The pillow had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and I even noticed ants around the cups, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel's response time via WhatsApp was slow, making communication frustrating. Despite the great location, the cleanliness and service issues need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.
