Hello there. First, the hotel is a little far from the bus station, but to be honest, it is a very good spot, especially if you want to sight see the beauty of Baguio because of the amazing views when you eat at their restaurant or dining area. The staff is quite accommodating but not so friendly. We also need to rent a hair dryer worth 200php deposit, but it is okay for us. My sister ordered a beef burger steak which is quite similar to the Jolibee burger steak, which is quite delicious, she said, but for me, I ordered a chicken teriyaki, which is just okay for me. The room has no window, so we need to go downstairs to feel the breeze of coldness in Baguio in the morning and do a little jogging. And the restroom is quite a little smelly and dirty when the yellow stains are in the toilet bowl, which is quite annoying. But overall, even though there are disadvantages, I still enjoyed the experience of this hotel because of the baguio feel. I hope next time they will improve their services and facilities and also the staff will be nice and more friendly. Thank you uphill hotel Baguio

Un peu déçu par le dîner parce qu'il est entièrement réservé très tôt et pas si propre à l'intérieur de la chambre.
Un beau jardin et une éco-promenade à proximité de l'hôtel.

The hotel is quite far from the city but still accessible.
We stayed in a corner unit with 2 double bed and private bathroom.
The room is clean, spacious and has a balcony with a view of pine trees. The only problem we had was that the bathtub is slippery even with the mat they provided.
From the hotel, it is easy to go to the city center. Just call the receptionist, and ask for assistance on getting a taxi.

Whenever we go to Baguio, we always stay at Forest Lodge. Why do we keep coming back? Because they will always make you feel at home. Sometimes unexpected situations come up and that’s the time you will actually witness what cuts this hotel above the rest.
I was recently diagnosed with asthma and since I wasn’t aware of all my triggers, I didn’t know that the fumes and the delicious smell from the kitchen would worsen my condition. Our rooms were close to the kitchen and I kept coughing so hard that my husband called the nurse. The manager (Neil Dominic), the nurse and the bellboy came to my rescue. They transferred us to a different floor in just a few minutes. The nurse checked my oxygen and even bought me my prescribed meds from the drugstore to make me feel better. After that, I was getting well already and yet, the manager and the nurse kept checking on us. They also told us that there is a standby shuttle ready to take us to the nearest hospital anytime. They delivered service beyond my expectations in such a short time. Our whole family feels we are really safe and well-taken cared of whenever we are there. Because of this, I will always call Forest Lodge my home in Baguio. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay there this Jan 2024. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Bien que l'hôtel ait beaucoup de points positifs, il y a eu quelques facteurs qui ont fait mon séjour moins que idéal.
La location est confortable, surtout si vous voyagez par bus, car c'est juste près de la gare. Cependant, cette proximité vient avec quelques défauts. Il est assez bruyant la nuit, avec des gens qui font des flûtes et des bruits aléatoires de la rue. Ce qui était vraiment étrange était quelqu'un qui explosait la musique techno à 6 AM certainement pas le appel de réveil que j'espérais.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la qualité est meilleure que prévu pour un petit déjeuner d'hôtel.
En général, si vous cherchez un endroit propre et amiable pour rester avec un bon petit déjeuner, Microtel fournit.

An enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night

We stayed at Chalet Baguio during a recent trip and had a generally okay experience. The location is great—close to Burnham Park, Session Road, and other Baguio attractions. It’s convenient if you want to explore the city without spending too much time in transit.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel had a welcoming vibe overall.
However, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations. It felt more like a quick fix rather than something to look forward to in the morning. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this, as breakfast can really set the tone for the day.
Also, parking space is limited, which can be a challenge during peak times.

Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏

SSMB-RLe centre de Baguio est situé dans le centre de Baguio, à proximité de la ville et dans la ville. Il est facile de trouver, tout de suite, avec un grand parking.
La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable. (Ce que vous voyez est ce que vous obtenez sur la base de leurs photos postées.) Cependant, il y avait un peu d'odeur de décharge du toilette qui pourrait être améliorée.
Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Ils ont pris part à nos demandes avec patience et nous ont même aidé à réserver un tour dans la région.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee.
Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv.
However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it.
One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Je me sens comme le coûteux sya dahil lang sa location. Wala rin view young room kait may window. Yung ambiance ng hotel est médio-ancien. Vous pouvez avoir un prix similaire pour un hôtel de luxe sa Baguio pero hindi walking distance sa pasyalan. Marumi yung cabinets na napunta samin na room so we chose to keep our clothes in our bags. So weigh nalang ano isasacrific. Yung ganda ng hotel or distance.
Di rin sila nagbibigay ng extra key card. Ainsi, si aalis kang kasama peut, vous devez coordonner sa réception ou boucler sa kasama tout le temps.
Mabait à l'aide de receveurs et gardes d'angoisse.
Ok rin parking peut être inclus. Mahirap magpark sa Burnham ou la route de session de sorte que parking notre voiture sa hôtel nous a sauvé le problème sa paghahanap o pila sa parking sa Burnham Park.
Pas le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'avais à Baguio. J'attendais plus, comme un buffet de la Nga sa prix ou au moins plus attractif petit déjeuner. Hindi mentionne yung fried rice naserve samin, donc un peu décevant. Yung ulam est si long din. J'espère que cela pourra être amélioré.
Si nous revisions ? Pwede, pero ne profitera pas du petit déjeuner na siguro et si prioritaire parin namin mamasyal sa Burnham ou Session.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKitkaatzThe Best thing about this Hotel was it's near from the city proper. They gave us a room that's not we booked for and they responded quick when we ask for a much better room. Not much clean tho we understand that the hotel was undergoing a minor renovations. No complimentary drinking water and one of the receptionist keep us waiting for almost 30 mins to check in and she don't know how to smile. All in all a 7 out of 10 review for Tuscany Hotel.

IInvitéI thought I had booked the newer hotel, but when I got there, there were two hotels, the Hotel Supreme, old and new (not so new). We got there around 10 pm and felt hungry. There's no open store or restaurant nearby, but luckily, there's available grab food delivery. The Hotel looks old and dark, but the area is clean. The room is suitable for two people, but the lighting is dark. It's clean, and the price is right. I requested an additional bed since another person would stay for one night; I paid 500 pesos. There is a complimentary breakfast for two, and you must pay 200 for an extra person. My other friend stayed only for one night, which I mentioned to the helpdesk. When I called the helpdesk, I requested to pull out of the bed and told her that my friend would not stay anymore and was unsure if they would charge us (another 500 for an extra bed) for another night if they did not pull it out. The helpdesk told me that we would need to pay since the checkout was only at noon. They should have informed us if this is the protocol for additional beds. What if the bed will stay in our room for four days? I will be charged 2000 pesos since the extra bed has yet to be pulled out. Anyway, it was a good stay. The service crews are approachable, and they clean the room every day.
