Avis : Jq Checkedinn Hotel

One of the rooms booked was handed to me in a very poorly and dirty conditions. The room smelled bad. Couldn't capture the musty smell on camera 🤢 The bed had plaster bagworms or also known as dustworms and linens were dirty as well. The walls and the edges were wet and clumpy and i didn't even want to see the bathroom. I requested to change room but they were out of the same type of room. So i requested for other type, and there were 1 available but it had to be an upgrade, which meant i have to pay extra. I feel they should have upgraded me without extra charges as this was entirely the property responsibility. The upgrade room wasn't too great but so much better than the initial one. There were hairs on the sheet which i had to dust off 😒 I only wanted to have a moderate & simple place to sleep for a night! I hope the owner/management is aware of this. And if they are oblivious to my complaints, well, i hope other travellers give this place a miss, unless there is no other choice, like me, as I didn't really have much choice last night.

I recently stayed for one night, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room was dirty, with the cleanliness being one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The toilet was filthy, and no amenities were provided, which was really inconvenient. To add to the frustration, the check-in process took far too long, and the reception staff’s attitude could certainly use improvement. The location also felt unsafe, which only added to my discomfort. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Worst experience ever aircond not cool have to change room but still this another room aircond not cool…Bathroom condition like public toilet smelly n also no amenities 😬What I see in picture n wat I get are totally different 😡TV not working also🙂↔️

Convenient , easy find foods for eat

Need to wait for check in due to housekeeping issues but the room is clean and acceptable for this price. Near to exit highway KL

Please avoid at all cost. Sleep in your car is better than in this **** hotel. Provided towel is dirty and smelly. Even the bed sheet is dirty and not change. No hot water for shower. Pillows is from dinosaur age as it already hardened like stone. Receptionist told as no more room to change as all are fully booked this day. Checked out in the morning at 7.30am have to call their staff as they have gone for breakfast. Stay in other hotel please.

Location just nearby Aeon Mall Station 18. Quiet place. Basic room with air conditioning and hot showers
