Extremely impressed by this brand new hotel within walking distance to everything in Istanbul old town. The design is modern and luxurious, but warm and inviting. The service is impeccable, they brought a lot of small treats and drinks which was refreshing after a long trip. This is a weird comment, but they had the best electrical wiring of any hotel room I’ve been in - all the light switches were extremely convenient and intuitive which for some reason never seems to be the case even in 5 star hotels. They had outlets compatible with sockets for Turkish and American sockets as well as multiple USB and USB-C outlets. We were able to charge 4 cell phones and 2 power banks. This ended up saving us on our trip as we could only charge one device at a time at all other hotels in Turkey.

有歡迎茶點 接待人員很nice；位置鬧中取靜 晚上睡覺完全聽不到外面的噪音 到核心景區和碼頭步行可達 也可坐T1 很方便；房間很寬敞 能把大箱子都打開 房間燈光也很舒服 亮度剛好 洗澡水熱的也比較快就是淋浴噴頭有些鬆了 需要維修

這個酒店一般，我不會再選擇。當時給我的房間沒有窗户，較為陰暗，很爛。我要求換一間，明明是淡季，卻告訴我，沒辦法。當時辦理並引導入住的那個男員工挺差，衹知道敷衍。湊合了一夜，我還是覺得不能忍，因為要住四個晚上，所以投訴到攜程，才換了還可以的房間。不過玻璃非常臟。後來遇到的一位工作人員比較好，有在聽我的訴求。總之除了位置較好，其它都不值得。伊斯坦堡很美好，但這個酒店不可以。

8點40到 入住了8天，首先酒店除了前台微笑服務之外，完全沒有其他服務。客房打掃每天需要自己去前台溝通才有人打掃，入住第二天地毯發現一根針，有圖為證。床單寫明3天更換，入住至今8天也沒更換。另外提醒睡懶覺的朋友，早上8點有客房來問你是否需要洗衣服。最後一天客房打掃把浴巾帶走也不更換新的，體驗太差了，不會再選擇！

整體來看酒店還是很不錯，特別是位置很方便，距離香料市場、海邊、公交站都很近，周邊有很多吃的。我們房間在二樓，可以看到很好的街市景色，但玻璃隔音效果很好，一點也不吵。需要改進的方面是有一天房間沒有打掃，説了讓下午七點打掃一下，結果服務員沒敲門自己打開門就要進來（還有一次我們在屋裡，讓送雙拖鞋來，然後我帶着孩子洗澡，老公在床上淺睡了一會，後來發現拖鞋不知道什麼時間已經在屋裡桌子上，服務員好像都不敲門的，所以一定要鎖好門），我們讓他七點後再來，結果出去後到九點多回來也沒打掃

酒店超級好，工作人員們都非常的熱情。忘記拍房間的照片了，衹拍了個視頻，視頻裏拍到了自己所以截了幾張圖發上來。早餐很精緻，感謝招待，下次有機會再住。

新裝修營業的酒店，前台接待服務很好，去房間的路上在和我介紹酒店歷史；房間打掃得很乾凈，地理位置很好，許多景點都可步行到達，再來伊斯坦堡還會選擇。

前台服務非常好，房間很乾凈很新，每天打掃的都很乾凈，雖然老城區但是晚上安靜，隔音好。去各個景點都很方便，非常適合第一次去伊斯坦堡旅遊的人。

酒店很新很舒適 就是交通不太便利 因為有限行路段 每次叫車都比較麻煩 但是設施和環境蠻好的 房間定的大一點的房型 但是兩間明明定的一樣的房型 實際不太一樣大小 早上還有裝修聲音 其他都還可以 樓下就有餐廳很方便
