位置不錯，樓下就是地鐵站。酒店設施匹配不上它的價格

環境不錯，附近有商場和很多餐館。唯一不足的是網速很慢很慢，不適合電腦辦公。

We stayed here recently for 5 nights as the hotel was booked by the clinic for my mum, however I had booked my own room directly with the hotel. The property is beautiful and modern located next to the metro station with direct train to Uskudar and the ferry to Europe side. After the first 2 nights i had some maintenance issues in the room with the shower not working properly as no water pressure was coming out and electrical sensors in room not working however upon letting reception know about this they changed the room for me straight away. The rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is super clean and staff are very professional. Reception staff spoke good english too. We also had breakfast daily and there was a good variety of items however keep in mind mostly were Turkish style which we loved as we got to try something new. We ate a few times dinner at the restaurant and the food was really good. Prices at the cafe bar and restaurant are very well priced and not too expensive compared to other hotels in the area. We were also impressed by the level of service the young guy from the cafe bar (we forgot his name) as his service skills are excellent and does really good cappucinos and hot chocolates. Well done! Overall if we do visit Istanbul again on vacation we will return to this hotel. Highly recommend it!

I stayed here for a total of six nights. It was booked through a clinic and it was perfect for my needs. The room is quite big (I got the standard room with a double bed). The shower is good as is the AC. Room service was great as were the receptionists. They were friendly and nice to chat to. Twice they organised a taxi for me and the first one was great, but I was ripped off by the second one. That is life in Istanbul unfortunately, most taxi drivers will do that. The breakfast is probably the best one I have had at a hotel - and I have travelled a lot. They have different dishes and my fav was the traditional Turkish one - kind of stew with tomatoes, cheese, vegies etc. So good. For dinner I usually ordered the Chicken teryaki which was really nice. Cost 220 as far as I remember. Sometimes it came with bread, sometimes not. I will definitely stay here again if I visit. There is a large shopping down the road and plenty of ATMs. I would recommend booking directly through their website as it is cheaper.

I highly recommend Aspera Altunizade. It is very clean, warm, and welcoming. The staff are very helpful, especially Kemal the bellboy, he went above and beyond to help us, he was so kind and always had a smile for all the guests.

Very good hotel. Staff are very friendly especially the staff of restaurant Gülcan,Erkut ,Meryem, Fatih ,çaģlaq. Room was very clean and the food was so good. Very close to metro and bus station. Definitely will go back again.

Have been here for three nights during my hair transplantion at Esteworld whose clinic is closeby. Hotel is refurbished, rooms are nice and spacious but a bit dark. Wifi was bad in the room, after complaining a bit better but still mediocre. In the lobby and restaurant it worked perfectly. Breakfast is fine, ask the waitress for omelets or scrambled eggs. Diner is absolutely worth while, with the current inflation very cheap: most expensive main dish costs 240 TL which is 12,50 euro. They tried to charge me twice 10 USD because of some blood and moisture on the bed linnen. I mentioned at the clinic and they took care of it.

I had a wonderful stay and experience at the Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I stayed during my last trip in Istanbul and its all thanks to the best members of staff I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and a manager, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived very early and they made an exception of me to check-in earlier so that I could rest. I really appreciate it. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, to the cleaning staff were absolutely delightful and eager to help! The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to the amazing Kübra Gürbüz, she is beyond exceptional. I needed a very specific help with the flight and she went above and beyond to help and was so patient and professional and resolved my issue with great determination and spent tremendous amount of time to achieve it. I am eternally grateful to Kübra. She is an absolute delight, beautiful inside and out, professional, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, observant, fluent in English. Kübra gave me all the tips on places to explore in Istanbul and I enjoyed visiting all those places so much. I can’t praise her enough. What a lovely girl! I want to thank Engin as well for his friendliness, all the help, positivity, encouragement, professionalism and for always being so helpful, approachable and smiley. Wonderful people, feels like a family! They made my stay so enjoyable. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me, a true sample of excellent hospitality! The room was very pleasant, it was cozy, clean and comfortable. Hotel and the room had a fantastic charm. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. I stayed at the hotel for 8 days and every morning there was something new. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The location is just perfect. The service was exceptional. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Aspera Hotel Altunizade Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone! Thank you again for everything! I stayed there in September for 5 days. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly especially the restaurant staff. The food was so good. The hotel is next to metro and bus stations. Two things need to be improved. Rooms need more light and it's good if they put toothbrush , tooth paste and loofa in the bathroom. Definitely will go back again.

This is a place where we used to stay before many times but under a different name and different franchise. It has been thoroughly renovated and became more expensive. Overall rating for the Hotel is very good. The only complaint I have is with the room facilities. Unfortunately there is no comfortable sitting place in the room. If you are travelling for business and spend time in the room for only sleeping that is OK. Otherwise you cannot spend comfortable time in the room. Another minus was the WiFi connection in the room which can be considered as non existent. The signal is quite weak and connection is bad. Internet in the lobby and the restaurant is good. Apart from these the service and the friendliness of the staff was extraordinary. Excellent.

***et başarılı bir otel diye düşünüyorum personel yaklaşımı yardımı memnun kaldım menü bakımından daha ileri gidilebilir diye düşünüyorum biraz zayıf geldi çeşit bakımından cheese cake ***et başarılı ama kahvesi için aynı şeyi söyleyemem hoşuma gitmedi ama genede memnun kaldım herşey için teşekkür ederim görüşmek dileğiyle hoşçakalın ☺️

酒店環境很好，睡覺很安靜，很整潔。接待人員都很熱情，主動幫你拿行李。 前台接待真的熱情！路線，定出租車，換美金，告訴我們哪裡有shopping center.also她會一點點中文，很喜歡中國人。 酒店下面就是吃的，離購物商場很近，出門就是公交，銀行各種。很方便，不用擔心到了這裏一臉懵逼。 Also Spa等服務各種免費！ 早飯有一丟丟吃不慣，但是每天吃太多，早飯吃不下的。雞蛋是真的好吃。 At the end.You will like Ramada

Ho soggiornato in coppia per 6 giorni in questo hotel, che ho prenotato direttamente sul sito. È stato tutto perfetto. L'hotel è molto moderno, la camera era confortevole, ed avendo prenotato una suite disponeva anche di una salotto con un grande divano, tavolino con sedie, secondo televisore, e piccolo giardino. Sia la stanza che le parti comuni sono ben curate, e tutto funziona bene. Avevo letto un po' di recensioni negative sul wifi, ma devo smentirle: il wifi funziona perfettamente in tutta la struttura (4 tacche su 4). Dispone di un ristorante sempre aperto che è ottimo, sia come qualità che per il prezzo. È situato nella zona di Altunizade, a 10 metri dall'ingresso della metropolitana da cui potete partire per  visitare la città (es. In mezz'ora raggiungete il Grand Bazaar). A fianco c'è un centro commerciale dove potrete trovare negozi, ristoranti, ecc. Praticante attaccato alla clinica Vanity Estetik (2 minuti a piedi). Lo staff parla inglese, ed stato è davvero gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel e ve lo consiglio!
