This hotel is fantastic, large rooms, beautiful decor, all new and very clean, excellent hygine standard are maintained througout the hotel. Beautifull garden. Staff is extremely professional and helpful, everything asked for was sorted straight away, they don't keep smiling at you unnecessarily, so, to some that may come across as unfriendly. Wyn-et restaurant food is delicious. Brekfast buffet is basic yet good, it is served in different dining area on the higher floor which opens out to a terrace where you can enjoy a city view and passing traffic. This hotel is less than five minutes walk away from Gulsuyu metro station which is an added bonus. Good quality toiletries including shaving kit and toothpaste too! 👏 ( this might seem a small thing but when it comes to packing it's a huge load off one's shoulders especially nowadays with the rules on travelling with liquid.) All the hotels need to start giving toothpaste it will reduce so much hassle of packing liquid in the carry on bag. Bad smell from shower drain, if that is sorted out regularly than this hotel is a perfect place to stay.

Nous cherchions un hôtel avec un parking qui ne serait pas trop loin d'Istanbul et cet hôtel répond aux critères car nous ne pouvons retourner notre voiture que le lendemain et le parking d'Istanbul est très coûteux. L'hôtel semble nouveau - la chambre était confortable et le personnel de la lobby était très utile. Je n'ai séjourné qu'une nuit pour ne pas chercher de magasins ou de restaurant à proximité. Si vous avez des préoccupations en matière de repas, vous pouvez demander un premier check-in.

Je suis moi-même un gestionnaire d'hôtel mais puisque je suis accompagnant ma sœur pour un traitement cosmétique, je n'ai pas dit sur le choix de l'hôtel Indépendamment de l'hôtel que je représente en tant que gestionnaire n'est pas parfait, voici quelques observations que je suis actuellement dans la salle 1201 Et il y a encore 8 nuits à partir, de sorte que mes vues peuvent changer et ils seront révisés en conséquence... Reception - le service le plus inamical et inaide que j'ai rencontré jusqu'à présent. C'est le département qui devrait prendre l'exemple dans ces termes, mais chaque département que je rencontre a été grand (magasin, nourriture et boissons, spa) ... ce département manque le facteur de bienvenue. La réception est souvent la première et la dernière impression. Petit déjeuner - de base mais de bonne qualité. Je ne peux pas demander plus de spa - je dois encore essayer ça mais l'audience qui m'a montré à l'endroit était utile et patiente. Grâce à son approche, je donnerai certainement cet endroit une chambre d'essai est grande, confortable et bien équipée... nettoyage à l'arrivée non aussi grande ... silicone jaune en forme autour de la douche, cheveux des occupants précédents, accessoires en poussière. L'industrie souffre et alors que je le mentionne, je suis prêt à fermer un oeil Highlight de l'hôtel - loin - le restaurant de toit ... le bélier a été à mourir pour et certainement le meilleur bélier jamais... service est 10 sur 10 et 2 personnes se défendent loin ... La fille avec des lunettes travaillant le mardi soir 11e tour ... et le Mohammad toujours si étonnant et charmant... impressionnée et tout aussi jaloux de leur approche client. Voici les gens que je vais recruter en un coup d'oeil, Mohammad, surtout j'attends avec impatience de passer les 9 prochaines nuits ici.

C’est un petit hôtel très sympa, un petit déjeuner, un bon service de chambre.. On peut s’asseoir à la réception dans les fauteuils. Il y’a un parking pour garer les voitures. Les chambres sont de tailles moyennes et les salles de bains sont un peu petites mais super bien équipées. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde dans cet hôtel, il est situé au dans un endroit tout près des commerces. C’est un hôtel très sympa si on veut visiter Istanbul. Il y’a aussi un spa
