Après l'enregistrement, il y a eu un problème avec la carte. Si vous saviez déjà qu'il y avait un problème, vous n'auriez pas dû le donner au client. Après avoir appelé la réceptionniste, il a fallu environ 20 à 30 minutes d'attente pour que l'agent vienne changer la carte, car l'ascenseur était plein. Même si la distance est différente, je suis monté à l'étage pendant environ 10 minutes et l'ascenseur n'était pas plein... cela a pris du temps et cela m'a endommagé les yeux. Les toilettes semblent fuir, l'eau de la chasse continue de couler. donc l'eau est un peu bruyante. Les murs de la pièce ressemblent à des traces sales comme ça, Masaiya nous l'a donné. Déjà la porte de la pièce vacille, les murs de la pièce ont des problèmes, l'eau de chasse ne semble pas s'éteindre complètement. La distance jusqu'à MOI à pied s'avère être assez... je pensais que c'était proche, merci de passer par Lottemart car ça ne joue pas. plus; Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, le pain est délicieux mais le beurre devrait être le point d'ancrage, hier ce n'était pas délicieux. zonk, du pain délicieux s'il vous plaît. le climatiseur de la chambre est agréable et froid, tous les articles de toilette sont complets. Il n'y a pas qu'un seul ascenseur, donc lorsque vous vérifiez la masse, il y en a un autre. Le processus de paiement est également très rapide au moment du paiement.

Les réceptions de nuit n'étaient pas très utiles, à notre arrivée, notre carte-clé avait du mal à entrer dans l'ascenseur et nous ne pouvions donc pas monter. Puis il utilisa sa master card pour accéder aux étages supérieurs. Nous lui avons demandé comment nous pourrions entrer dans la chambre si notre carte-clé ne fonctionnait pas ? Il a dit que c'était juste un problème avec la carte-clé de l'ascenseur et non avec la chambre, même si elle se trouve sur l'accès à l'ascenseur, mais nous avons besoin de renouveler l'accès. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la porte, la carte ne pouvait pas ouvrir la porte. Nous avons dû retourner faire pression pour obtenir une nouvelle carte-clé de chambre. Le personnel de la réception n’a présenté aucune excuse à ce moment-là.

L'hôtel est situé au cœur du centre-ville, car le trafic est extrêmement lourd et occupé, le passage à des endroits peut être extrêmement difficile et consommable de temps. Il faut plus de temps pour arriver à l'aéroport en tenant compte du trafic lourd. Il y a des boues partout, derrière l'hôtel et des boues de nourriture sales à proximité. Ces boues doivent être retirées de la proximité. Les Beggars et les sans-abri sont partout même à l'extérieur de McDonald's, à côté de McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks et à côté de Café. Brsides, nous sommes très déçus de la propreté de l'hôtel. Nos lits sont teints avec des pieds et des peintures sales. Les cockroaches sont partout sur le siège de toilette, craignant partout sur mes jambes pendant que nous étions assis. C'est si gros. J'espère que cet hôtel peut améliorer sa propreté.

Bel hôtel économique avec un lit propre et confortable. La taille de la chambre est correcte, pas aussi grande que celle montrée sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas mal. Pour les articles de toilette, ils fournissent uniquement un ensemble de brosses à dents, des serviettes et du gel douche dans la salle de bain. Vous pourriez avoir un problème pour charger vos appareils, il est donc préférable d’avoir une fiche adaptée à la prise électrique, c’est une fiche à broches rondes. Ils ne fournissent pas de bouteilles d’eau mais disposent de plusieurs distributeurs d’eau que vous pouvez remplir de bouteilles d’eau. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était vraiment sympa.

Grande location à l'ouest de Jakarta, juste à côté du centre-ville de Ciputra et à environ 15 minutes à pied du parc central. Le lit est vraiment bon, ce qui fait une différence. Toutefois, l'odeur des aliments en eau de fer tout au long du corridor était assez énorme (résisté au niveau 8).

L'hôtel est situé à 30 minutes de route de l'aéroport et traverse le parc Kalijodo. Il y a beaucoup de personnes à entrer dans l'hôtel et il est encombré, donc si vous venez d'une autre région de Jakarta, vous devez gérer votre temps. Si vous avez besoin de nourrir des mosquées, la nourriture fournie ici est un problème majeur, car beaucoup de restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel ne sont pas des restaurants de mosquées. La taille de la chambre est pas mauvaise, et la chambre d'hôtel offre un réfrigérateur et un coffre-fort. Je n'aime pas les fenêtres de l'hôtel parce qu'elles sont très sales et qu'elles ne semblent pas être nettoyées depuis des années. Le distributeur de savon dans la chambre est vide. Le petit-déjeuner est commun et le goût n'est pas spécial. Il est facile de trouver un taxi devant l'hôtel. Le mini-marché est près de l'hôtel, à 10 heures.

IInvitéL'hôtel est relativement récent, les chambres sont très grandes, et il est facile de prendre un taxi. C'est très bien. Il y a un centre commercial sur le côté droit de la réception. La nourriture au restaurant en face des magasins le centre commercial est très délicieux.

Nous avons réservé une suite parce qu'elle est la plus grande chambre pour nous prendre une photo de maternité et il y a un bain avec une vue de la ville de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est bon et surtout indonésien traditionnel, vous devriez essayer leur porridge. Kit dentaire utilisant de grande qualité avec la paste dentaire marque. Checkout processus très rapide et après cela nous allons passer bar avec 3 minutes de marche. Nous vous remercions en particulier pour vos services amis, et nous reviendrons si vous avez une chance.

IInvitéService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

MMarc DijkstraVery difficult to tell. It is totally not an Okura prestige from Bangkok. The staff is very polite, but too many small errors: +++ Eagerness to help staff Breakfast very good and abundant enough Deep bath Electric heated toilet with internal bidet Room atmosphere. Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

SSutobrotI booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again

Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.
