L'intérieur de la chambre était exactement comme sur les photos, et je l'ai beaucoup apprécié. Je ne suis pas anglophone, j'ai donc apprécié pouvoir discuter tranquillement avec eux. Lorsque je remplissais la baignoire, un peu d'eau giclait, mais cela ne gênait pas son utilisation. J'ai été surpris de constater que le gâteau que j'avais mangé à la pâtisserie du rez-de-chaussée était le meilleur gâteau que j'aie mangé depuis des années. J'y retournerais sans hésiter si je reviens à Jakarta.

I didn’t expect such unpleasant experience given that it’s a luxury hotel. Firstly, during my stay when I was in the room alone, I encountered the staff claimed to be operation manager to open my door room without any prior notice. It was later, explained that it’s because the room is under DND and almost been 24 hours no cleaning by housekeeping hence they just want to make sure we are doing fine in the room. Understand that the room bell was off and put under DND but if you were to check perhaps can ring the phone too beforehand ? Secondly, due to plans of change I requested early check out through trip.com. Long story short, the hotel due to the T&C and prepaid room. They unable to allow early check out. But in the midst of the request , they pushed the responsible to trip.com and it was later found out it was the hotel themselves whom not allow early check out. The staff was impolite too as they spoke bahasa and thought that we did not understand. Lastly, the operation manager called and indirectly try to put the blame on trip.com. After confronting, then only they mentioned is due to their management decision. Frankly, it’s a horrendous stay to me

Everything fine as usual. But thera are several problems with their Elevator: the buttons, access card readers, and some noises when moving. Also the water pressure for shower can be stronger.

This gem in the center of the city is an Oasis of relaxation and chill nestled within a Heritage Hotel . Comfortable and peaceful with everything you need. My partner and I had a too-short staycation there and we were beyond pleased . Great for business, couples or families . a gem - ask for Hamra - he is the connect after checking in

The St. Regis promises elegance and attention to detail, and while my stay at The St. Regis Jakarta was luxurious, it fell short of being perfect. This reflects the high standards expected for the price. Some areas could be better, like the check-in, which wasn’t as prompt as I’d hoped. I also requested a late check-out because of a massage on my last day, but no one followed up, so I had to rush during check-out. These small details, which are part of the brand’s promise, were missed. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, but paying more attention to guest requests would make the experience even better.

The hotel is at a great location and directly connected to the mall. The rooms are nicely designed and the view is just stunning

Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel. Not even snacks or drinks. The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged. The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry. The variety is not really interesting. Not really have expensive and wow taste neither. Have two day breakfast and did not even bother to repeat on the second day. Tips i have read from other review, make sure you enter 2 adults during booking because if it stated only 1 adult even you paid for two person price, they will only let 1 person to have breakfast. Other are just make sure you are really a behave client who knows how to take care of the room and dress nicely (no slipper and wet) because this hotel is for rich and ViP people. Otherwise you’ll be treated less.

J'y ai séjourné avec ma mère pendant 4 jours et 3 nuits le 31 mars, et j'ai été surclassée en suite avec vue sur le jardin au 22e étage. La chambre était équipée d'une kitchenette, d'un hall et de deux toilettes. L'accès aux installations du Raffles Club comprend le petit-déjeuner, le goûter et un cocktail en soirée pour deux. Vous pouvez choisir de prendre votre petit-déjeuner au Raffles Club ou à l'Art Café (buffet).
