1. 交通便利，城市與自然兼得 酒店位於pik核心區，距離蘇加諾-哈達國際機場僅20分鐘車程，打車出行超方便！周邊既有高端購物中心和商務中心，又能步行至Pantai Indah Kapuk海灘，感受海風與城市繁華的完美融合。 2. 房間設施，細節拉滿的“移動之家” 寬敞明亮，客廳配大屏電視和舒適沙發，卧室床品柔軟親膚，連浴巾都疊得整整齊齊！廚房餐廳冰箱、微波爐、電熱水壺一應俱全，長租自炊完全沒問題。 3. 別墅每天清潔人員都會徹底打掃，床單毛巾一天一換，住3天像住星級酒店一樣安心。4. 性價比之王， 對比雅加達其他高端酒店，這裏的中式早餐讚不絕口房，早餐品種豐富到吃不完！工作人員7✘24時間微信中文管家服務，有任何問題秒回，完全超出預期。

The service not bad, but my stay here didn’t meet my expectation, as i set the bar high for my stay in Keraton, as Keraton under spg, back then, was my favourite hotel in Jakarta. The room size is same as before, huge for Jakarta’s standard room, however, the vibe is totally different. I feel like Keraton now is too bright, under spg , used to be more elegant, solid, luxurious. The quality of breakfast is also too much different from before. And the most irritating one for my stay now is the strong paint smell, since it’s just newly renovated, make my stay uncomfortable.

I didn’t expect such unpleasant experience given that it’s a luxury hotel. Firstly, during my stay when I was in the room alone, I encountered the staff claimed to be operation manager to open my door room without any prior notice. It was later, explained that it’s because the room is under DND and almost been 24 hours no cleaning by housekeeping hence they just want to make sure we are doing fine in the room. Understand that the room bell was off and put under DND but if you were to check perhaps can ring the phone too beforehand ? Secondly, due to plans of change I requested early check out through trip.com. Long story short, the hotel due to the T&C and prepaid room. They unable to allow early check out. But in the midst of the request , they pushed the responsible to trip.com and it was later found out it was the hotel themselves whom not allow early check out. The staff was impolite too as they spoke bahasa and thought that we did not understand. Lastly, the operation manager called and indirectly try to put the blame on trip.com. After confronting, then only they mentioned is due to their management decision. Frankly, it’s a horrendous stay to me

Le service de la concierge était rapide, utile, polie et si attentif que nous n'avons pas vu combien vite nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre. La chambre était parfaitement propre et magnifiquement conçue. Le Langham Club était incroyable, avec son design sans soudure mélangant dans la vue de la ville. L'une des meilleures expériences culinaires que nous avons eues à Jakarta a été de manger au restaurant japonais « Morimoto ». Heartfelt remercie Eki pour son service de concierge exceptionnel; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris et Stevi pour la décoration de la chambre délicieuse; et Mme Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega et Joey pour leur service exceptionnel au Langham Club. Vous avez tous fait notre séjour vraiment inoubliable !

Très déçu , vérifiez l'attente pendant si longtemps ( environ) 30 minutes, type de chambre non comme nous avons réservé demander un supplément pour la taille du roi mais enfin ils nous donnent, si possible plus d'hôtel Mulia pour nous la prochaine fois 🤔🙃🤑👎🙅

It's my 1st time to Jakarta to meet some friends. Therefore I decided to try this property by booking a one night stay, Raffles King Room during this trip. I was warmly welcomed by Dul who was on the ground, making sure I am not burdened by my baggage and my entrance was welcoming. He never failed to be great and asked my well being from time to time. Checkin was done with Ardi. Ardi was very professional and accommodating, guiding me through how I can maximise my stay based on my needs, recommending me amenities and recommendations both in and out of the property. Really helpful and thankful, especially for the option to have my breakfast in room as I had to leave the hotel early. Eky was very dedicated and friendly, I experienced it first hand as he helped me with my breakfast needs and requirements. Rest of the ground staffs were very dedicated people whom represent the brand and property well. I will definitely be back for a longer stay on my next visit to jakarta.

Le service était assez inégal car les heures de fermeture de la piscine diffèrent toutes de la télévision / application (22h30), de l'enseigne (21h30) et du personnel (19h). Au bord de la piscine, les clients se sont vu offrir un bol de fruits mais il n'y en a pas qui m'est offert. De plus, le minibar ne propose pas de collations gratuites, comme mentionné dans leur menu. Le service de couverture devait être demandé au lieu de le faire automatiquement. Mis à part les points négatifs, les installations et l'intérieur de l'hôtel étaient magnifiques. Les chambres étaient comme une suite avec un salon et une chambre. Le petit déjeuner était bon même s'il manquait des éléments comme des craquelins pour le plateau de fromages mais a été rapidement ajusté par le personnel après. Dîner en chambre, Milano Burger n'est pas savoureux mais le déjeuner, Nasi Goreng était sympa avec du satay, des crevettes, du sambal et du pain offerts.

We took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that.
