Un séjour d'affaires d'une nuit sur Nov 28-29, 2019. Ce bâtiment était un bureau, amélioré à l'hospitalité de l'hôtel. C'est une sorte de quartier méditerranéen quand on voit beaucoup de couleur rouge claire et jaune. Un hôtel très propre et moderne. La connexion Wifi était parfaite. Les menus de petit déjeuner étaient assez variés. Con air de chambre fonctionnait correctement. La chose que nous avons senti un peu nerveuse était la chambre choisie par le récepteur. Nous avions un grand bâtiment pilier à l'intérieur. Merci à Dieu que la construction de l'hôtel à côté n'a pas encore commencé.

Après l'enregistrement, il y a eu un problème avec la carte. Si vous saviez déjà qu'il y avait un problème, vous n'auriez pas dû le donner au client. Après avoir appelé la réceptionniste, il a fallu environ 20 à 30 minutes d'attente pour que l'agent vienne changer la carte, car l'ascenseur était plein. Même si la distance est différente, je suis monté à l'étage pendant environ 10 minutes et l'ascenseur n'était pas plein... cela a pris du temps et cela m'a endommagé les yeux. Les toilettes semblent fuir, l'eau de la chasse continue de couler. donc l'eau est un peu bruyante. Les murs de la pièce ressemblent à des traces sales comme ça, Masaiya nous l'a donné. Déjà la porte de la pièce vacille, les murs de la pièce ont des problèmes, l'eau de chasse ne semble pas s'éteindre complètement. La distance jusqu'à MOI à pied s'avère être assez... je pensais que c'était proche, merci de passer par Lottemart car ça ne joue pas. plus; Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, le pain est délicieux mais le beurre devrait être le point d'ancrage, hier ce n'était pas délicieux. zonk, du pain délicieux s'il vous plaît. le climatiseur de la chambre est agréable et froid, tous les articles de toilette sont complets. Il n'y a pas qu'un seul ascenseur, donc lorsque vous vérifiez la masse, il y en a un autre. Le processus de paiement est également très rapide au moment du paiement.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to have a 170-day stay at the POP Hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, and the hotel had a great ambience. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Their warm and welcoming demeanor helped make my stay as comfortable as it was. I am especially grateful for the assistance provided by Mr. Irwan Sunandri, who consistently went above and beyond to address any issues I faced throughout my entire stay. My heartfelt appreciation goes to him and the entire team at POP Hotel. Without their dedication, my prolonged stay would not have been as enjoyable. IInvitéL'hôtel est relativement récent, les chambres sont très grandes, et il est facile de prendre un taxi. C'est très bien. Il y a un centre commercial sur le côté droit de la réception. La nourriture au restaurant en face des magasins le centre commercial est très délicieux.

IInvitéNous avons visité cet hôtel il y a 2 semaines, le réceptionniste nous a saluté avec un sourire, le processus de réservation ne prend que quelques minutes, il y a un lobby confortable pour attendre et une très large piscine. Nous avons réservé une suite parce qu'elle est la plus grande chambre pour nous prendre une photo de maternité et il y a un bain avec une vue de la ville de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est bon et surtout indonésien traditionnel, vous devriez essayer leur porridge. Kit dentaire utilisant de grande qualité avec la paste dentaire marque. Checkout processus très rapide et après cela nous allons passer bar avec 3 minutes de marche. Nous vous remercions en particulier pour vos services amis, et nous reviendrons si vous avez une chance.

From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... MMarc DijkstraVery difficult to tell. It is totally not an Okura prestige from Bangkok. The staff is very polite, but too many small errors: +++ Eagerness to help staff Breakfast very good and abundant enough Deep bath Electric heated toilet with internal bidet Room atmosphere. Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

MMattSchmattLocation very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

SSutobrotI booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again
