Hotel is far away from airport except that it is less than 10mins away from the Whoosh train station. Staff was great but there is not much things around the hotel and the hotel stuffs is abit old.

spent one night here. quite great, comfortable & spacious room. but i need to wait for more than 30 mins to check in. overall good

Les réceptions de nuit n'étaient pas très utiles, à notre arrivée, notre carte-clé avait du mal à entrer dans l'ascenseur et nous ne pouvions donc pas monter. Puis il utilisa sa master card pour accéder aux étages supérieurs. Nous lui avons demandé comment nous pourrions entrer dans la chambre si notre carte-clé ne fonctionnait pas ? Il a dit que c'était juste un problème avec la carte-clé de l'ascenseur et non avec la chambre, même si elle se trouve sur l'accès à l'ascenseur, mais nous avons besoin de renouveler l'accès. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la porte, la carte ne pouvait pas ouvrir la porte. Nous avons dû retourner faire pression pour obtenir une nouvelle carte-clé de chambre. Le personnel de la réception n’a présenté aucune excuse à ce moment-là.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room was great. It had good wifi, a comfortable bed, and a nice workspace. The breakfast was also good. I was a bit worried that I may be given a smoking room, but they sorted me when checking in.

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Après l'enregistrement, il y a eu un problème avec la carte. Si vous saviez déjà qu'il y avait un problème, vous n'auriez pas dû le donner au client. Après avoir appelé la réceptionniste, il a fallu environ 20 à 30 minutes d'attente pour que l'agent vienne changer la carte, car l'ascenseur était plein. Même si la distance est différente, je suis monté à l'étage pendant environ 10 minutes et l'ascenseur n'était pas plein... cela a pris du temps et cela m'a endommagé les yeux. Les toilettes semblent fuir, l'eau de la chasse continue de couler. donc l'eau est un peu bruyante. Les murs de la pièce ressemblent à des traces sales comme ça, Masaiya nous l'a donné. Déjà la porte de la pièce vacille, les murs de la pièce ont des problèmes, l'eau de chasse ne semble pas s'éteindre complètement. La distance jusqu'à MOI à pied s'avère être assez... je pensais que c'était proche, merci de passer par Lottemart car ça ne joue pas. plus; Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, le pain est délicieux mais le beurre devrait être le point d'ancrage, hier ce n'était pas délicieux. zonk, du pain délicieux s'il vous plaît. le climatiseur de la chambre est agréable et froid, tous les articles de toilette sont complets. Il n'y a pas qu'un seul ascenseur, donc lorsque vous vérifiez la masse, il y en a un autre. Le processus de paiement est également très rapide au moment du paiement.

Good location, next to lots of cafes and fast food. It was mostly clean, sasly linen was stained (what is wrong with Indonesia and stains?). Breakfast was overpriced, it's much cheaper to order includinf breakfast from trip.com, but it was mostly Insonesian and western options very limitted (to toast), also they make eggs but it's either very oily or very runny.

Front Desk and Hotel Staff are all very friendly. Deva and Teguh were particularly friendly and acommodating. My trip fell on birthday, and they planned a surprise birthday cake and song at my doorstep. It was a very heart warming experience. I will definitely go there again!

Bel hôtel économique avec un lit propre et confortable. La taille de la chambre est correcte, pas aussi grande que celle montrée sur les photos, mais ce n'est pas mal. Pour les articles de toilette, ils fournissent uniquement un ensemble de brosses à dents, des serviettes et du gel douche dans la salle de bain. Vous pourriez avoir un problème pour charger vos appareils, il est donc préférable d’avoir une fiche adaptée à la prise électrique, c’est une fiche à broches rondes. Ils ne fournissent pas de bouteilles d’eau mais disposent de plusieurs distributeurs d’eau que vous pouvez remplir de bouteilles d’eau. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était vraiment sympa.

I couldn’t compare with other hotels, but the air quality in this hotel is fine. It’s near the ocean Floyd area with next big mall in Office . Easy to taxi there two big shopping centers nearby gym is small but location is OK. There’s within 2 km radius good amenities food high-quality reasonable ones. They’re all fine so this is a good location. But the weekends really is the problem. It’s really easily sold out and priced very pricey over the weekend
