Lorsque nous nous sommes montrés, nous avons pensé que le lobby était loué, nous nous retrouvons en Indonésie à l'heure actuelle et nous avons réservé cela comme option budgétaire avant de partir de Jakarta et nous avons pensé que cela ferait l'objet. Malheureusement, il était vraiment déçu et n'a pas dormi un coup. Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avions la piscine prise de nous par l'équipe de réception, le ascenseur n'a pas de bouton d'urgence, les lunettes étaient froides, le réfrigérateur n'a pas fonctionné, la fenêtre ne fermerait pas, de sorte qu'un monde de mosquito's en la nuit, et le bruit, oh mon Dieu, le bruit. Les gens qui sont au-dessus de nous, je ne suis pas sûr que nous étions malheureux ou quoi, mais les gens de la chambre ci-dessus se promenaient partout avec des chaussures jusqu'à 4 heures. Nous avons 2 nuits plus ici et j'espère que nous pourrons changer les chambres en raison de la mozzie et du bruit en haut, mais je serai très heureux de quitter cet endroit.

L'hôtel est très bon. Les installations sont également bonnes. Il est dommage que le mur ait beaucoup de tiges noires, donc il semble moins bien de voir. Le climatisation ne conduit pas au lit s'éloigner dans la fenêtre. La chambre a une grande fenêtre, mais malheureusement elle est sale et a beaucoup de peintures. Il faut être plus attentif que le personnel et la gestion de l'hôtel Petit déjeuner est ok, mais la variété n'est pas trop. Le restaurant est assis un peu, donc il n'a pas été un peu de goût et de petit déjeuner dans le salon qui n'était pas très confortable pour un hôtel avec ce prix.

Dafam Express Jaksa est proche du centre de Jakarta, à seulement 1 km de moins, un nouvel hôtel, un peu calme et dans une bonne position pour la plupart de tout au centre-ville, le personnel a été utile et rapide réponse au check-in et check-out Les chambres sont spacieuses et Decoration moderne, table de travail, TV et partition de verre entre salle de bain et salle de bain, équipements / toilettes de base, mais la salle de douche est spacieuse et bonne douche tapis, toilette moderne (PS : il n'a pas de verre) un lit confortable et propre, Avec une vue sur la ville (demandez la hauteur), et l'eau potable disponible sur le distributeur près des ascenseurs avec pichon d'eau (pour que vous puissiez le remplir).. moins bouteille. (J'ai eu un éclatement, les lumières étaient sur, mais j'ai trouvé quelqu'un piégé dans l'ascenseur et le personnel ne pouvait pas l'ouvrir, parce qu'il n'y avait pas de clé, j'espère que cela peut être réglé) Le parking est limité, mais raisonnable et je recommande vivement de rester ici.

Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel et le personnel était serviable, bon choix au petit-déjeuner et excellente bière pression froide au bar. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes partis, nous avons demandé à l'hôtel de réserver un taxi pour nous rendre au terminal ferroviaire à grande vitesse de Halim. Lorsque le taxi est arrivé, j'ai demandé au portier de confirmer au chauffeur où nous allions. Mais le chauffeur nous a emmenés à l'aéroport de Halim et non à la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse et est parti avant que nous nous en rendions compte. Nous avons ensuite dû prendre un autre taxi jusqu'à la gare, ce qui a pris 15 minutes et coûtait le même prix que le taxi de l'hôtel. Nous étions frustrés. Un peu plus d'attention à la demande et à la transmission cela nous aurait évité du stress et des dépenses. Sinon bon séjour.

J'y ai passé 2 nuits, c'était vraiment confortable... l'hôtel est bien, propre, les installations sont correctes, le personnel est également très sympathique... l'emplacement est également génial, la nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, surtout nager avec un vue directe sur les bâtiments de Jakarta. donc l'expérience la plus récente. recommandé pour les voyages en solo ou en famille. la prochaine fois, revenez certainement ici.

All the staffs are very kind and sincere. The room facilities are top notch. The view is amazing, especially from level 80, I can see city lights at night and see the fog covering building of Jakarta in the morning. The location is very close to Bundaran HI landmark, MRT dukuh atas station n Transjakarta bus stop which can bring you to airport or even to outskirts of Jakarta. However there are areas for improvement: 1. I requested a birthday greetings, but apparently they forgot. After I told to the reception, they then did it. It will be better if it was ready from the beginning. 2. The housekeeping forgot to provide daily water bottle. It will be better if they provide water gallon in the room to reduce efforts of the staff and improve sustainbility & efficiency. 3. Menu offered in buffet breakfast was very limited. Its like a 2-3 stars hotel. Most product sourced from imported goods. If the hotel really commit to sustainability please consider using local/indo made products which are cheaper n reduce the carbon footprints. Then you can allocate your budget to provide more variety to the food. 4. The hotel have 3 elevators. But only 2 were functioning. During busy hours like breakfast in the morning and check out time, we waited very long for the elevators. It will be better if the hotel operate all three during busy hours.

IInvitéL'hôtel est relativement récent, les chambres sont très grandes, et il est facile de prendre un taxi. C'est très bien. Il y a un centre commercial sur le côté droit de la réception. La nourriture au restaurant en face des magasins le centre commercial est très délicieux.

IInvitéService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Location (very near many clubs, also Brexit club, but dont recommend going there, was in and out within 5 minutes, 200.000 rupiah. Not a lot of people, no atmosphere). Massage Japanese Special Japanese things - - - Foodplates left outside of the room for too many hours at daytime (at least 5 hours) while the dirty sheets just a couple of hours. Not hygenic cleaned room. Shower and bedroom had too much dirt that you can remove with your fingers. Also some old small hairs. The floor carpet in the second building is very in need for a replacement. I felt unease with a wedding that was there. Instead of escorting me past it or tell me another route in advance, i had to ask for what is allowed. Later i tried to leave my room, but they were doing photoshoots. Again i asked for a different way out, but they told me i had to just wait. Luckily it didn't take hours for them to finish. A loud music band was practicing earlier then 7 am already i think. Because i went for breakfast at 7 am. I asked explicitly if the massage specialist were schools and had knowledge of all the muscle names, insertions and origos and know how all muscles were alligned. I was reassured. But the 30 minutes cheap massage i got (just 125.000 , paid 150.000) was horrible. The i think 30+ woman told me she hardly spoke English but had training at the hotel. But when experiencing it, i saw no knowledge at all of the basics of how to massage. Not feel the tissue below and respond, or to start with big hand surface, slowly go to kneeding and then smaller more intensive finger massage. When she finished she pointed at my **** later. So ofcourse these were not massage women, but just *********** for ******** with no massageskills at all. (I studied massage for 2 years in the past during a physical therapy university program). Is it worth the price? I paid around 48 euros, including breakfast for 1 weekendnight. I think a fair price would be 20 to 25 or upgrade quality. But the staff is really helpfull and always willing to assist in any way. For this i still had a good feeling about the place. Even received a personal call that the dining area was open till 22:00 and a live band was there??? I came in too late and they still knew my Roomnumber🤣. I also loved the interior design, but all needs to have a renovation or upgrade. Hopefully next time no weddings or loud wake up music

IInvitéNous avons visité cet hôtel il y a 2 semaines, le réceptionniste nous a saluté avec un sourire, le processus de réservation ne prend que quelques minutes, il y a un lobby confortable pour attendre et une très large piscine. Nous avons réservé une suite parce qu'elle est la plus grande chambre pour nous prendre une photo de maternité et il y a un bain avec une vue de la ville de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est bon et surtout indonésien traditionnel, vous devriez essayer leur porridge. Kit dentaire utilisant de grande qualité avec la paste dentaire marque. Checkout processus très rapide et après cela nous allons passer bar avec 3 minutes de marche. Nous vous remercions en particulier pour vos services amis, et nous reviendrons si vous avez une chance.

Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. SSutobrotI booked 3 bedrooms suite last week. At first, during check in I had to wait for almost 2 hours until i got my room, the TV i had was quite broken it kept turning off after 5 minutes using. The gas as well, it leaked. We called the maintenance staff, they were all super fast response. The vibes were quite old, but the air conditioner was awesome. We were almost freezing. I loved the breakfast, they open until 11 a.m. definitely will consider to stay here again
