The hotel is new and modern. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and very helpful. We arrived at the hotel at night and had not had dinner, we were informed that there was a restaurant service that was not yet closed and we were helped to order and deliver it to the room. This hotel is highly recommended for transit or for people looking for a hotel near the airport because it is close to the airport and there is a free airport shuttle service. Thank you. 👍👍

Stay was very enjoyable due to the following reasons:
1) Close location to airport with free pickup and dropoff for early flights. Recommended to stay hear if you have an early flight the next day.
2) Competitve pricing for loft-type of accomodation. The accomodation was also very well-equiped and very spacious.
3) Sraff was friendly and approachable and provided clear instructions on pick-up timings, etc through WeChat.
Only comment was the limited affordable food options nearby, hence i preferred to travelled down further via cab to spend the day.

比起其他的全季而言，這家新酒店的大堂公區特別大，整體設計風格簡約，木質的裝修元素搭配柔和的暖光，營造出一種寧靜温馨的氛圍，讓人瞬間就放鬆了下來。下午在大廳等朋友的時候，點了一杯茶空間的桂影扶疏，吹着空調，聽着純音樂和朋友聊天，安寧的氛圍特別讓人輕鬆。
走進房間，第一感覺就是乾淨整潔，房間佈局合理，空間寬敞舒適。房間配備了智能客控，還有一個小冰箱，床上用品柔軟親膚，睡起來超舒服，一覺到天亮。
衞生間乾濕分離，特別注意的是，衞生間的門是有把手轉動的👍👍👍洗漱用品品質都很好，尤其是沐浴露和洗髮水，味道淡雅好聞，用着也很舒服。房間裏還配備了免費的礦泉水和茶包，想喝茶或者喝水都很方便。
酒店的早餐也很贊，種類豐富。熱菜、涼菜、粥品、麪包、水果一應俱全，味道也都很不錯，吃得飽飽的，開啟元氣滿滿的一天。

I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest.
Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel.
We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in.
Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable.
The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

L’hôtel est très proche de l’aéroport de Tianfu, et le service de navette depuis et vers l’aéroport est excellent. C’est un choix idéal pour tous, et j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Il est en ville, mais sûr. Le restaurant chinois voisin est délicieux et très abordable. Le service était excellent, comparable à celui des autres hôtels quatre et cinq étoiles où j’ai séjourné.

IInvitéThe one night stay was okay. The service desk was prompt to our response. Airport transfer was okay. The location was quite isolated, there is a slope from their registration office to the room so dinning out is definitely a no no. They need to tidy up thr garden, the overall garden is quite messy. There is nothing around the hotel, it was really a “stay in the room“ for resting.

- Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport
- Breakfast was amazing (11/10)
- There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket
- The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy.
Negative
- Difficult communication with hotel people.
1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol).
2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally
3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…)
4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all.
5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out.
- Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

Heureusement, je suis allé en ville tard le soir, et il y a de nombreux restaurants autour. Pouvez-vous croire il y a un ascenseur touristique. . . Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment bon, ça vaut le coup de rester.

C'est vraiment bien, l'assainissement est très bon, la taille de toute la pièce est très convenable et l'agencement est bon. La literie est bien utilisée, très près du corps, confortable pour dormir, douce et dure, la climatisation fonctionne bien, et l'équipement est tout neuf. Pas mal! ! ! ! ! ! ! Cela vaut la peine de rester! ! ! ! ! ! !
