IInvitéSans photos de la chambre, toutes les nouvelles sont prises par les lits, etc. La réception offre également des produits de lavage pour enfants. Rappelez-vous que cet hôtel est juste derrière la gare sud de Janeyang, ne vous en faites pas dans un camion à bord. Le chauffeur m'a amené à l'hôtel international de Vienne, dans la ville de Janeyang. Il n'y a pas de mots ”international”. Il n'y a qu'à partir de l'aéroport. Il y a un bus spécial pour prendre l'aéroport.

IInvitéLorsque je suis arrivé au Chengdu Tianfu Airport Cloud Enjoy Hotel avec de grandes attentes pour un séjour agréable, j'ai rencontré une série de problèmes frustrants qui ont grandement compromis mon expérience.
Tout d'abord, le service à la réception n'est pas satisfaisant. Lors de l'enregistrement, j'ai été choqué par l'attitude indifférente du serveur stagiaire. Son attitude manquait de chaleur et de convivialité et ne m'a donné aucun sentiment d'accueil en tant qu'invité. Cette attitude froide était inconfortable et m'a laissé une première impression extrêmement désagréable.
Deuxièmement, l’environnement de la pièce était loin de ce à quoi on s’attendait. Même si j'ai essayé de baisser la température de la climatisation au réglage le plus bas, la pièce est restée à 27 degrés et était toujours extrêmement chaude et étouffante, ce qui rendait difficile de se sentir à l'aise toute la nuit. Cette situation a grandement compromis la qualité de mon repos, ce qui est vraiment décevant pour un hôtel qui se targue d'offrir à ses clients un séjour confortable.
Dans l'ensemble, les services et les installations du Chengdu Tianfu Airport Cloud Hotel n'ont pas répondu à mes attentes en tant qu'invité. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra prendre au sérieux les commentaires des clients, améliorer les services et les installations et améliorer l'expérience de séjour des clients.

IInvitéLa chambre était soignée et propre et très rentable. Si vous voyagez le matin, l'hôtel vous préparera un petit-déjeuner à emporter. Le service de prise en charge et de dépose à l'aéroport faisait un peu défaut. Le soir, nous avons pris le bus du Tianfu International Hotel de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Il circulait toutes les demi-heures. Nous avons raté de peu le bus à notre arrivée et avons attendu. pendant un moment. Plus tard, le bus est arrivé à cause des sièges, pas assez, quelqu'un derrière qui n'était pas monté dans le bus a commencé à se disputer avec le chauffeur. Une fois le bus arrivé à l'hôtel Tianfu International, il ne nous a pas emmenés jusqu'à la porte de l'hôtel. La navette était également pleine. Le bus suivant a dit que cela prendrait beaucoup de temps, nous avons donc dû marcher jusqu'à l'hôtel la nuit, même si. ce n'était pas loin. Mais l'hiver est très froid et l'expérience n'est pas bonne. Le jour de l'An n'est pas une haute saison. Il est difficile d'imaginer que si c'était une haute saison, vous ne pourriez pas du tout monter dans le bus. L'hôtel doit s'améliorer à cet égard. Cependant, au niveau de la distance de l'hôtel, il n'est pas trop loin pour prendre un taxi. Si vous prenez un taxi par vos propres moyens, c'est assez pratique pour ce prix, cela vaut la peine de rester si vous avez suffisamment de temps.

C'est vraiment bien, l'assainissement est très bon, la taille de toute la pièce est très convenable et l'agencement est bon. La literie est bien utilisée, très près du corps, confortable pour dormir, douce et dure, la climatisation fonctionne bien, et l'équipement est tout neuf. Pas mal! ! ! ! ! ! ! UUtilisateur anonymeFlight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off.
Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers.
Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business.
The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos.
Overall ok for just 1 night stay.
