A récupéré la voiture de la société de location de voitures à l'aéroport et est arrivé à l'hôtel en plus d'une demi-heure. Les conditions routières sont très bonnes. L'hôtel combine manger, boire et s'amuser, et le style de décoration des contes de fées. Les enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient très copieux et le goût était bon. C'est le deuxième séjour, et la différence de prix est très élevée en basse saison et en haute saison.

Ces dernières semaines après beaucoup de réticences nous avons failli changer d’hôtel .les commentaires lus ces derniers temps concernant l’hôtel nous ont fait résister mais on a demandé à notre agence de nous changer de chambre au début nous avons pris chambre entrez de jardin et nous avons changer pour une suite junior vue jardin et à notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre familiale .nous sommes arrivés le 1/9/2023 a 11 h nous avons eu notre chambre a 13 h nous avons été accueillis pa NUR et UGUR chaleureux et souriants ils nous ont donnés beaucoup d’explications je tiens également sa remercier MUSTAFA GAGLARET OKSANA à la réception.on a fait le tour de l’hôtel les jardins sont très bien entretenus .nous sommes passés à la pâtisserie nous avons pris des petits gâteaux et un café .la chambre est propre très bonne literie très propre beaucoup de rangement et produits de toilettes shampoings après shampoing crème tout est disponible la télévision avec télécommande marche alors que dans d’autres personnes disaient le contraire frigo rempli la salle de bains double vasque douche et baignoire 2 peignoirs fournis beaucoup de serviettes chambre propre .le personnel chaleureux et souriant .je tenais à mettre ce commentaire pour les gens qui hésitent j’écrirais un autre commentaire à la fin de mon séjour ou je donnerais plus de détails je suis là bas jusqu’au 11 septembre chambre 2816 .j’aurais aimé rencontrer kaya car je lui ai envoyé plusieurs mails

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la villa pour 2/3 personnes, tres reposant et confortable. Très sécurisé également. Les villas sont vraiment extraordinaires comme sur les photos. Le rêve ! Bien entretenu et tout équipé. La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse incroyable, très serviable, arrangeante et disponible pour vous aider dans quoique ce soit. L’emplacement est top, à 1km du centre commercial et parc d’attraction Land of Legends. Il y a également quelques commerces à côté à 400m pour faire vos courses. Allez y les yeux fermé, detente garantie dans un endroit luxueux. Il y a uniquement le vis-à-vis qui pourrait être amélioré.

L’accès est simple, le personnel très accueillant, la nourriture est diverses, variées et d’excellente qualité. L’hôtel n’était pas pleins donc assez pratique pour recharger les batteries. Les serveurs autour de la piscine très serviables ! Je recommande !
