L'hotel domine cette si jolie ville de Kastoria ... La chambre était immense et très confortable , d'une propreté irréprochable ! Salle de bains pareille ... Petit-déjeuner avec cette vue ... et nous avions aussi une terrasse ... Parking gratuit juste devant lhotel ...

Πολύ άνετα, μεγάλα πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια/ωραίο μπάνιο, γευστικό και πλούσιο πρωινό προσέφερε πολλές αλμυρές και γλυκιές επιλογές, ζεστό περιβάλλον από ζεστούς ανθρώπους,ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από όλους!!Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

Ηρθαμε πριν 7 ημερες στην Καστορια και στο Εναστρον και ψαχνω τοσες μερες να βρω τις καταλληλες λεξεις να μην αδικησω αυτον τον υπεροχο χωρο που αξιζει χιλια μπραβο .Δεν ξερω τι να πρωτογραψω.Η τοποθεσια του που ειναι καταπληκτικη με θεα απο ψηλα της πολης της Καστοριας, τα μεγαλα ευρυχωρα και πεντακαθαρα δωματια τους με την απιστευτη θετικη αυρα λογω χρωματων, το πρωινο τους που ειναι τελειο , το προσωπικο ευγενεστατο εξυπηρετικο οι ιδιοκτητες πολυ ομορφοι ανθρωποι και αυτο φαινεται απο το αποτελεσμα.Μπορω να γραφω για ωρες για αυτο το μερος.Εχω παει σε παρα πολλα μερη και ξενοδοχεια αλλα ειναι το πιο τελειο για μενα απο ολα.Ο σεβασμος στον πελατη και ολα τα υπολοιπα τους βαζει στον νουμερο ενα.Σας ευχαριστουμε για την εμπειρια.

Βρεθήκαμε για ένα τριήμερο στην όμορφη Καστοριά και μείναμε στο Έναστρο... έχω επισκεφτεί αρκετά ξενοδοχεία και το τοποθετώ στα καλύτερα που έχω πάει. Καθαριότητα, ευκολίες, φανταστική θεά και προ πάντων ηρεμία... ανυπομονώ να ξαναπάω.... Υ.Γ. Και πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό....

Enastron is located on a hill that provides the best view anyone could ask for but it is also a 10' drive to city center! Breakfast was amazing and I had the best coffee ever tasted in a hotel.. Our room was cute ,spacious and clean , of course. The stuff was so warm and friendly! Overall an amazing experience, so we would definitely recommend! We will be back for sure!

Fantastic location overlooking the lake. Very friendly owners and staff giving you good directions about the area. Delicious breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom with hot pressurized water at all times. I will definitely visit again.

We definitely thought this was not a 4* hotel - 3* at best. For example, there were almost no toiletries provided.... only some generic shampoo in a wall dispenser. The breakfast was very poor - lukewarm coffee, deep fried croissants, honey in tiny pre-pakaged pots (in Greece!). The decor was all glass tables, chrome and laminate flooring. We had noisy aircon that leaked all over the balcony, broken lightbulbs and the chambermaid left her cleaning products in the bathroom. This was also the only hotel on our 3 week trip to charge for water and make the fridge unusable by packing it with paid-for items. The hotel is a long way out of the town - car is essential - and surrounded by unloved stray cats. It was a soulless place. Functional but below the standards expected of 4*. No tea or coffee making facilities. Management also unfriendly.

This is a characterless hotel that doesn't live up to its rating. My bedside light was broken, the (noisy) aircon unit left the balcony flooded, the cleaner left cleaning equipment in the bathroom, the fridge in the room was so stuffed with items being sold to guests by the hotel (including bottled water, the only hotel I stayed at in Greece that did not offer free bottled water) there wasn't room enough for my things that I wanted to cool. Finally, the breakfast was poor - many items to choose from, but not many of them appetising: I ended up skipping breakfast altogether. On the plus side, the hotel was fairly quiet, and so far away from the town there was no chance of being disturbed by its (very) distant nightlife. I would rate this a 3-star rather than a 4-star hotel.

Definitely not 4*. Had a touch of the Pyongyang about it - as if someone had built a hotel with all the basic elements intact but no soul or character. There were almost no toiletries provided.... only some generic shampoo in a wall dispenser. The breakfast was poor - luke warm coffee, deep fried croissants, honey in tiny pre-pakaged pots ) in Greece!). The decor was all glass tables, chrome and laminate flooring designed to appeal to Mafia fur traders. Noisy aircon that leaked all over the balcony. Also, broken lightbulbs and the only hotel on our 3 week trip to charge for water. Also, have been harassed by management for this review when put on ***********. They have subsequently cancelled the booking (after our stay) in an effort to suppress the review.
