Meilleurs Hôtels de Kastoria, Grèce

Nous venons à Kastoria tous les ans. Vu les commentaires publiés sur Trip Advisor, nous avons décidé de changer d'établissement pour notre séjour cette année en essayant cet hôtel. Que dire... Ce dernier se situe à proximité du centre-ville (quelques kilomètres par l'unique route desservant de Kastoria). L'établissement est très beau, bien tenu (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans le coin). Décoration très agréable. Parking très pratique. Chambres vue lac spacieuses et bien aménagées avec baignoires et beaux balcons. Insonorisation (sur l'extérieur) très correcte... Propreté impeccable, rien à redire de ce côté-là. Personnel un peu froid, mais professionnel. Un gros plus a précisé : protection sanitaire exemplaire (mise à disposition de gants pour se servir le matin au petit-déjeuner, masques obligatoires dans les parties communes, stickers pour préciser les distances obligatoires au sol, gel hydroalcoolique présent partout etc.) . Nous avons en revanche été déçus sur plusieurs points (dont certains sont inacceptables pour un hôtel de cette catégorie). La literie, d'aspect sympathique s'est révélé être fatiguée. D'autre part, lorsque vous restez plusieurs jours, on ne vous recharge pas le frigo des 2 minies bouteilles d'eau présente le premier jour. C'est mesquin. Pire, l'établissement juge bon de ”couper” la climatisation à cette période. Bilan, quand votre chambre se situe en hauteur (comme la nôtre), il fait obligatoirement chaud à l'intérieur en fin de journée...et ce, quelle que soit la saison ! Ne pouvant pas activer cette dernière pour obtenir un filet d'air toute la nuit, nous avons été obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre... Et là, catastrophe : comme l'hôtel donne directement sur la route principale de Kastoria, c'est un balai quasi-incessant toute la nuit de véhicules qui s'invitent dans votre chambre... Bilan, nous n'avons pas fermé l'œil durant les 2 nuits de notre séjour. Un comble pour un hôtel... Cela a été signalé lors du check out. En dehors d'un ”sorry”, ça n'a pas eu l'air d'émouvoir la réceptionniste. Cette réaction est plus que regrettable et pas du tout à la hauteur de la réputation d'un tel établissement. Pour le reste que dire : carte du restaurant restreinte (COVID 19 ?), SPA fermé (logique avec le COVID), bar sympathique et correct coté tarifs. Bon petit déjeuner, dans la norme, mais sans plus : certains établissements sur Kastoria offrent des prestations supérieures voir nettement supérieurs dans ce domaine. En conclusion, bilan en demi-teinte : nous retenterons sûrement cet hôtel l'an prochain, mais si certains points ne sont pas corrigés d'ici là (climatisation non-fonctionnelle, etc.), ce sera cette fois-ci pour la dernière fois.
