My first impression on entering the reception was that the lady checking me in was miserable and snappy, it is only when she noticed my response to this did her demeanour change. I did note this has been mentioned on previous r I was booked into a DELUXE room! There was nothing deluxe about this, on entering the first thing I noticed was the bed had no valance and straight away I noticed stains on the bed base. The full room was unclean and thick dust along the skirtings, especially under the TV turn table, there were drink spillages down the wall and the carpet was un-hoovered and badly stained. The bathroom was unclean and I did find odd the toilet roll holder being on the opposite wall which cant be reached when sat on the toilet! The shower was so unclean I did not want to get in it. The balcony is badly fitted and had a hole in the left corner and rubble. I convinced myself it had simply not been cleaned between guests and requested another room which I got (209) unfortunately this was no better and even had stains on the base sheet and the bottom of the shower base had holes and was in need of repair. No expresso machine as advertised for deluxe rooms. For £120+ I would expect to see a much better standard given I can pay that for a Premiere Inn and get Breakfast & evening meal for that. The only thing I did like was that it had double doors opening onto the balcony where I sat watching the planes coming in. Due to how unclean both the rooms were sadly I did not trust to order the food as my thoughts were if the bedrooms were so unclean what state was the kitchen, so I ordered takeaway. The dining room reminded me of a working mans club The lady getting me the second room was suitably apologetic. The lady getting my drink who checked me in made me feel uncomfortable when I asked to see what wines they had which meant she had to remove the cupboard door. If there was a wine list this would have been avoidable however given I was buying a bottle I would not have expected to be made to feel I was asking too much of her. 1 Needless to say I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone

L'hôtel brillant est toujours si gentil de rester à. Facile d'arriver et comme je travaille dans le transport, il est idéal pour moi de rester près de mes lieux de travail. Le personnel est grand et toujours accueillant. L'hôtel est toujours propre. J'ai jamais eu un problème quand j'ai resté ici. 

Grand hôtel, grands gens. Manque de formation et de mécanisme pour obtenir des rabais appliqués à la nourriture et aux boissons.. Il ne m'interrompre pas de rester un grand hôtel pour nos vols réguliers. Il serait idéal si des rabais d'adhésion pouvaient être appliqués sur le check-out.

Vous êtes ici pour une nuit avant notre vol de £10 pour vous garer en tant qu'invité est tout simplement choquant ! ! L' hôtel est très confortable et vous avez été informé que les repas de soir n' étaient pas disponibles mais que vous pourriez manger dans d' autres hôtels si nous les contactions pour réserver un table , ( nous sommes à la première porte à côté ) Après le retour à l' hôtel , les gens mangeaient du déjeuner ! ! 2 gin et tonics £26 prend le mick ! La chambre est de base mais confortable avec tout ce que vous avez besoin , Petit déjeuner , sonde l' un des petits déjeuners les plus pauvres que je pense avoir eu , Il fallait attendre que les aliments soient mis en place comme ils étaient sortis , à quel moment nos autres morceaux étaient froids et il fallait à la micro-ondes !

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous avez trouvé une chambre qui était prête, alors que nous étions quelques heures plus tôt. J'ai commandé un G&T et j'ai commandé un pint de Boddingtons Bitter. C'est là que ça va mal jeune. J'ai pensé pour la jeune fille derrière le bar qu'elle était clairement hors de sa profondeur. Nous avons dû demander Lemon et il n'y avait pas de glace. Le menu du restaurant était le même que le bar. Nous avons réussi à rester au restaurant pendant 5 minutes, il y avait quatre ou cinq tables de la même catégorie de jeunes hommes, tous criant et jurant. Ma femme n'est pas violette, mais elle s'est levée et a dit : « Je crois que nous laisserons les enfants dans le terrain de jeu » Nous sommes retournés dans la zone du bar et à cette époque, plus d'agents étaient en service. Il faut que la chrétienté soit accueillie à Corrina. Je pense qu'elle était de la Roumanie. Elle a pris une bonne note de la situation et du personnel et nous avons réussi à obtenir un repas et des boissons » Comme je l'ai dit, je regarde Corrina, elle était le seul membre du personnel qui avait des compétences organisationnelles ce soir.
