The room cleaning service was terrible, the guy only fixed the bed and left all the garbage and didnt bring any towels or water, we had to ask for a second cleaning. The room smell was horrible as if it was moist for a long time, and the twin beds were not comfortable at all.. other than that the valet was good, the reception were nice, access to the beach was convenient, shower water was hot and we got an upgraded room with salon for free.

The internet /wifi service was bad, even after highlighting the issue nothing happened and we couldnt use the services Overall it was good

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

We enjoyed the stay as a group of 3 families. All 13 of us enjoyed the stay. Kids had nice time at pool and beach. Staffs were courteous and friendly. Restaurant staff especially Najdin were really accommodating and helpful. We recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Oceanic, the team were excellent and so hospitality. Ian & Hamad in particular looked after us, everything was super smooth and beyond our expectations!! We visited to cycle in the area, the hotel provided a support car, led by Hamad, full of refreshments, directions and safety… We’ll be visiting again soon

The server ei kyar was soo nice and kind, she had a smile in her fac. And the food was pretty good and the coffee was nice too .

Great location and see views. Outdated rooms. Buffets much below average. Ok for cheap package tourism but disappointing for independent travelers. Overpriced too. Good service by the employees who were super keen. Given however that there are still limited options around, it remains a safe choice.

Best hotel in the Khorfakkan with best mountain and sea view beach is very big and clean food was also delicious room is clean specially thanks to bell men Mr Ali and Mr Hamad friendly and welcoming they help us with luggage there was also one person from reception Mr Alla very helpful and person thank you 😊
