It was a simple and cheap hotel with breakfast included, situated right în front of Marina and some km from center.

Hard to write review about the hotel which we paid but never got into! We tried to cancel it because of visa problems, but hotel refused to return money , so nothing so far .

樓下就是十字路口，十分的吵鬧。歐洲的汽車普遍比國內的噪音更大，轟隆隆的，還有很多比拖拉機聲音還大的摩託，晚上十二點還有公交車和其他車的聲音，早上六點就被吵醒，完全沒有睡眠體驗。 房間空間十分狹小，雙人間的東西都沒地方放，沒有洗衣機衹能手洗，陽台不能掛衣服，淋浴頭是歪的，屋裡燈光十分昏暗。 早餐很一般，前台是個老大爺，禮貌性一般，整體設施比較老舊。酒店上傳的圖片很多是虛假宣傳，根本沒有游泳池。 如果是2-4個人從國內去科斯島旅遊或者度假，推薦住民宿（注意有的民宿沒有空調，需要跟房東確認好）或者度假酒店，設施一應俱全，温馨又方便，人均價格算下來還比這家便宜。

Hôtels très bien situés, à proximité des supermarchés, de la plage, du port de plaisance de l'autre côté de la route, à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville, belle taverne au coin de l'Artimese. St, appelée Candeza. Hautement recommandé. Hôtel très fatigué, homme âgé de jour à la réception misérable, nettoyage de la chambre pas aux normes, draps déchirés et tachés, a dû demander à être changé au bout de 5 jours, car il faisait 35c+ et ils étaient sales. 5 jours plus tard, j'ai enlevé le lit pour un deuxième changement, mais ils ont juste remis les mêmes draps sur le lit. Le lendemain, j'ai encore enlevé le lit et l'ai empilé sur le sol, ils ont compris, notre salle de bain n'a pas été touchée pendant tout le séjour, la douche est une blague. , rideau que vous ne pouvez pas fermer donc le sol est trempé, les nettoyeurs vident la poubelle et la vadrouille, c'est tout, le réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ce qui était un avantage mais le joint était crevé dessus donc toujours une flaque d'eau à côté. Nous séjournons toujours dans des hôtels économiques car nous voyageons fréquemment et préférons passer des vacances supplémentaires plutôt que de payer une fortune pour un hôtel cher. Nous avons adoré Kos mais nous ne reviendrions pas dans cet hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné au Kos Bay Hotel en septembre. Nous avions déjà payé les vacances avant de lire les critiques et nous sommes horrifiés par ce que nous avons vu, il y avait un mélange de bons et de mauvais commentaires dont la plupart étaient dérisoires. Nous étions vraiment inquiets d'y aller, d'autant plus que beaucoup de commentaires concernaient l'hygiène. Nous avons décidé de mordre la balle et de lui donner une chance, et puis-je dire, nous avons été agréablement surpris. La chambre était basique mais propre, le petit déjeuner était composé de viande, de fromage, d'œufs à la coque et de pain. Il y avait aussi des céréales et du yaourt nature avec des fruits et du miel. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est ce qu'il est, un hôtel basique à bas prix mais il ne mérite pas les mauvais commentaires qu'il reçoit.

Very basic hotel with an even more basic breakfast. Probably OK if on a budget and only staying one night. If you want any information they are totally uncommunicative. We had a query and it took 4 email contacts over 20 phone calls and a text message before they finally picked up the phone.

If you like dirt and a complete lack of hygiene, this is just the hotel for you! Otherwise, read on: the room was dirty from the first day and remained so until the last (not to mention the ants in the room), they never changed our towels, nor did they solve the problem of the shower that kept leaking water (so much that it made the bathroom unusable), except for trying to change the hand shower (and only after we pointed it out to them for the third time). We are surprised that this hotel is still open, I don’t recommend it at all. For the same price or a little more you can certainly find much much better. We are sorry to say all this but it is the truth and we write it so that no one can find themselves in this same unpleasant situation.

Things we like ✅ ●Location is great! 20 minute walk from the harbour, right opposite the marina, close to Old Town and 5 minutes if that to paradise beach. ●Fabulous breakfast. Lots to choose from. During our stay (1 week), this diminished every day. By the last day, it was very poor. No coffee, no juice, lacking in bread, eggs and jams. Condiments were often empty. When asked why and for more, the male older member of staff just said 'it is cheap, it is finished'. ●Free air con. However, room gets VERY warm as there is no window. Guess this is why air con is included. ●Acceptable for a short stay. Things we don't like ❌ ●Cleaning is poor. 4 squashed and dead mosquitos on the bathroom wall when we arrived. ●Balcony very dirty. Covered in soot from the cars below. Never cleaned. I used a towel to clean this and it was filthy. Images attached. ●Room is VERY warm as there is no window. Thank goodness though for free air con! ●Very uncomfortable mattress. No bed Protectors and it isn't a proper mattress so a weeks stay was a challenge! ●Being watched and followed when taking breakfast items. Staff ate horrendous. ●THE rudest staff members ever. So called managers never smile, never greet you and go out of their way to be nasty. Never greeted, never smiled. Never said good morning. Followed us around during breakfast. Grunting, miserable and incredibly unhelpful. ●No toiletries. Not even hand soap. ●No new loo roll given to us during our stay. Had to ask and when asked, the complained about staff member was very rude indeed. ●Towels small and meagre. ●Bathroom drain did not function properly so the floor was always drenched for hours after a shower. ●Pressure and temperature hit and miss. ●Got a blanket as was cold during the stay, on our penultimate night, the cleaner came in, didn't clean the room but took away the blanket!? ●Downstairs toilets often without loo roll and very dirty. Like a forgotten space! Sink full of sand and dirt. ●Fridge turns off when card no in slot and when you are out so everything gets warm, the room gets VERY warm and it takes a while for the fridge to power up and get cold again. Suggestions ●Read the reviews! The most recent ones are VERY poor. ●Train/hire new staff. ●Renovate the bathroom. ●CLEAN! ●Hire an English speaking member of staff. A friendly one ideally. I have made a formal complaint to *********** about the male 'manager' here and cleaning issues.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Agree with some of the other reviews here, but we're really not fussy about it. We got exactly what we paid for which was a very cheap 2 star hotel. The manager really is a grumpy man who doesn't say much and always looked annoyed. But he checked us in 30mins early as we were just waiting patiently in the lounge area. Shower temperature and pressure was good for us in room 13 but part of the shower head was snapped so you couldn't hang it up and had to hold it. Just a minor inconvenience. There was the occasional smell of poop in the room. Breakfast was exactly as others have described and hasn't changed. Yogurt, honey, cheese, ham, breads and rolls, olives, cereals, Nutella cake and lemon cakes, coffee, orange and apple juice. Having breakfast on a budget hotel was great. Our room was on ground floor near the road so it was quite noisy at times but not as terrible as some mentioned. The room had Air con which worked great. Fridge was always on and never switched off for us. Good location with about 10 min walk to the beach either direction and a really good friendly shop nearby along the main road. Beds were okay. Not uncomfortable. Sponge/foam mattresses so no old springs stabbing you. Overall decent experience. We were out and about every day on tours and exploring and barely spent any time at the hotel besides breakfast and sleep. If you want a luxury hotel experience, then I'd look elsewhere.

I called them at 4 AM for a room because we found a cockroach in our hotel hotel and we wanted to leave and the night receptionist was really rude and greedy … he wanted to make the most money that he could out of us! He said that we had to leave the room at 11 o’clock and I told him we want to keep it for one more day. He said he didn’t know if they had availability for the next day. Probably I woke him up with my telephone call! Tragic.

Please do not stay at this hotel. I arrive one week ago. The owner was rude from the get go, arrogant unpleasant and unhelpful. Face like thunder from morning to night. When I walked into my room it absolutely stunk of pooh. My Aircon was not working and despite asking for somebody to look at this it took a whole 24 hours to get somebody to me. I did not get one fresh tail or toilet role in 7 days. Breakfast wasn't bad . Fresh but this is the only thing I would say was decent about my stay. No swimming pool at the hotel but that was expected as I knew this when I booked. My mum and step dad stayed at the hotel bahamas, 8 minute drive I was grateful enough to have been able to stay at their hotel during the day to eat and use the facilities swimming pool ect. Billy the owner his brother costas a family owned business allowed me to spend my days at the hotel it was an amazing experience the hotel is beautiful clean and the people are so kind. Thankful to the hotel bahamas , I would have had a Terrible holiday if not. Thank you Billy. Do not ruin your holiday by staying at the kos bay hotel. It was disgusting the staff are rude rooms filthy and you will not even get a slice of toilet roll to wipe your ****. The showers spit out the smallest amount of dribble it would take an entire day to fill a bath. Do your self a favour and stay at the hotel behamas. Best hotel by far
