This hotel was amazing, situated slightly outside the main square (5 mins walk) it was a really modern hotel that had an amazing spa. I stayed for 3 nights and it was super comfortable. I used the spa just about every day and it was never overcrowded. The prices were reasonable although the breakfast was a little expensive in comparison to the local cafes. I would definitely recommend

Les plus : - Très bon emplacement, au nord de la vieille ville, dans une rue fort calme. - Magnifique hôtel avec chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. - Merveilleux petit-déjeuner : excellents produits, crudités, charcuteries, sushis, céréales… - Une carte pour choisir son plat d’œufs (omelette, brouillés, bénédicte…) ou poissons… - Très beau Spa. Les moins : - Un peu de difficultés au petit-déjeuner pour obtenir le plat d’œufs avec le reste et pouvoir ainsi synchroniser son petit-déjeuner comme on le souhaite. - Difficulté avec la douche qui tombait et qui aspergeait alors toute la salle de bain et, malgré le ‘Do not disturb’, 2 personnes pénétrèrent dans notre chambre : explication musclée avec le Directeur de l’hôtel --＞ fort heureusement tout finit bien par une poignée de mains et un dîner offert au restaurant de l’hôtel. Conclusion : je recommande fortement cet hôtel qui est merveilleux malgré le petit désagrément indiqué.

Cet établis*****t, – et c'est indéniablement l'un de ses points forts –, est idéalement situé à 2 pas du Rynek et cependant dans une ruelle au calme. Les parties communes, au un style art nouveau, sont belles et très bien entretenues. La décoration des chambres est soignée mais l'équipement est assez sommaire pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. Le point tout à fait insuffisant est la partie petits-déjeuners. La salle est splendide, mais le buffet, si l'on peut appliquer ce terme, offre un choix à peine digne d'un 2 étoiles et de bien piètre qualité (de loin le pire depuis des années en ce qui me concerne). On peut commander différents types de préparation d'œufs, mais il faudra souvent s'armer de patience. Idem pour les cafés. La gestion est désorganisée, confuse et finalement peu agréable. Quant à la réception, elle n'est pas très chaleureuse, pour le moins indifférente. Les prestations et équipements ne sont pas ceux d'un 4 étoiles, ce qui tranche avec l'hôtellerie polonaise qui est globalement de très bonne qualité.

Le centre de la vieille ville de Krakow et le sentiment historique de cet hôtel sont très bien situés. J'ai aimé le petit déjeuner dans la magnifique salle à manger grande et légère. Ils ont aussi un grand restaurant sur le site, avec une belle cuisine de l'Europe orientale faite à la maison. Nous avons dîné là les deux nuits que nous avons séjourné là. Très recommandé!

La chambre est grande, il y a un endroit pour mettre la boîte, mais le lit n'est pas grand, pas loin de la vieille ville et de la gare, probablement au milieu. Il y a une école de musique dans l'hôtel et il y a toujours des étudiants du collège qui pratiquent le piano et diffusent de la belle musique. Je ne sais pas si le climatiseur de la chambre est en panne, pas trop froid, la maison est assez à marée, l'autre est ok, il y a le petit-déjeuner, mais la variété ne peut pas manger beaucoup.

Grande vacances de semaine. Visitez Cracovie pour une semaine de vacances avec une autre famille. Beauté d'hôtel avec vue sur les chambres. Chambres très propres avec très joli design. Réservez une chambre de vue sur la rivière avec accès au salon club. Grand salon avec une boisson d'après-midi et des snacks offerts. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur jamais eu. Grand variété et grand service. L'emplacement est le meilleur de la ville près du château de Wawel et à quelques minutes à pied de la place principale. Cracow est une belle ville.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre moderne et propre avec une salle de bain spacieuse. Le centre de la ville est situé à 2 minutes de marche de l'hôtel et un supermarché local est à 5 minutes de marche. Vous resterez heureusement ici quand nous visiterons prochainement Cracovie.

This was a great find - very new, and very keenly priced. My room was spotless and comfortable and I particularly liked the painted sky ceiling. It’s situated by a railway line and tramline but the triple glazing was pretty effective. It’s also within easy walking distance of the old town, and there’s a big shopping mall across the square. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and the staff were polite and helpful.

Such a clean apartment and the location is excellent!!. Some confusion on arrival regarding gaining access to the apartment and obtaining the access codes and key card.I suggest you email the property on arrival .In advance we arranged an airport transfer with the property which was brilliant although the property is situated in a pedestrian zone. Vienna House Andel's is a marker for taxis as it is just a very short walk to Central Palace across the square...and a good pick point for Uber which were very cheap and punctual. You need to email the property if you need fresh towels or the room cleaned as there is no reception. Such a beautiful apartment which was so clean and well maintained. Just right for a short visit. Central Palace is situated right across the square from Galeria Krakowska which is a massive shopping centre with a great choice of places to eat. We had breakfast in Nakielny restaurant a few times and would highly recommend this place. There is Starbucks on the corner of Central Palace too. Leaving the apartment turn left pass Starbucks and walk straight under the tunnel and you will be in Market Square in about 5 minutes which has plenty of restaurants, horse drawn carriages and is buzzing in the evenings to sit and have a meal or drink and listen to the various street entertainers. Would definitely recommend Central Palace as a great place to stay in Krakow.

A good sized and well located hotel, it’s just a short stroll from the main train station and a few minutes’ walk to the old town. Décor wise it feels quite dated, both in the reception area and the rooms, but everything was clean, tidy and in full working order. The room was just about an adequate size, we had requested a twin which came with one double bed and one single, and there was little or no room to the side of each bed with one being up against the wall and one against the windows. Two singles would have worked a little better perhaps. There was also a small sofa and a small round table. The beds were very comfy and our room was facing on to the internal courtyard so no noise from outside at all, although being adjacent to the lift we did get a bit of noise from that, but nothing too intrusive. The temperature in both the room and the rest of the hotel was far too warm, quite hot in fact. There was an air conditioning unit in the room, but using energy to both heat the room and then cool it seems ridiculous. The shower was on the small side, but hot and powerful. Other facilities included tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, TV and a safe. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet affair, with the only hot options being a frankfurter style sausage and scrambled egg. There was a good cold spread though, with meats, cheeses, tomato & mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and a few mixed up concoctions – presumably the Polish equivalents of coleslaw and potato salad, but whatever they were, they were quite pleasant, and also some cereals. What was very much lacking was any prepared fruit (just a few whole apples), yoghurts (none at all) and pastries (just bread and rolls). Overall, I thought this was a pretty good hotel given the price, it’s a very good location, staff were friendly enough and I’d have no problem with recommending it if you’re on a tight budget.

Vienna House est situé idéalement à proximité de la vieille ville (juste le boulevard à traverser et vous y êtes), de la gare (train direct jusqu’à l aéroport) et du tramway. Lhotel est moderne et confortable. Belles chambres spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Chauffage un peu juste mais après demande la température a été augmentée. Personnel de la réception agréable et efficace (reservations excursions, demandes ponctuelles...) Restauration Tres bon petit déjeuner Déjeuner/dîner: notre package comprenait un repas. Nous y avons donc déjeuné le dernier jour. Repas bon mais assez standard sans grand intérêt. Cracovie propose de nombreux restaurants originaux et excellents bien plus intéressants.

Le petit déjeuner est très européen, et c'est aussi un aliment européen très courant. C'est fondamentalement suffisant pour un apport alimentaire équilibré. De la gare à gauche, il faut moins de 3 à 5 minutes pour voir cet hôtel. La bonne direction de l'hôtel est très pratique pour le site pittoresque de la vieille ville. L'hôtel est maladroit dans les années 1918, très historique

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits et l'hôtel était étonnant. À environ 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial et à 5 minutes du centre. Les chambres étaient propres et vraiment grandes avec des lits confortables. Le personnel était très aimable et utile et nous laissons nos sacs avant de nous rendre à l'intérieur et nous asseoir au restaurant quand il était fermé pour attendre un taxi nous ramasser à la maison. Nous n'aurions pas choisi de rester ailleurs si nous rentrions parce que notre expérience était si bonne.
