« La chambre était spacieuse et calme, offrant un séjour confortable. Son emplacement était stratégique. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. Cependant, les installations étaient un peu vétustes et auraient besoin d'être modernisées. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le sèche-cheveux : il était vraiment démodé. Je devais appuyer sans cesse sur le bouton pour l'utiliser, et la partie pliable ne tenait pas en place si je ne la tenais pas correctement, ce qui le rendait peu pratique. Ce serait bien que l'hôtel envisage de le moderniser. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour correct, mais quelques améliorations des installations le rendraient encore meilleur. »

« The place is very clean, premium. Super connivence and also located right at the heartland of kunming. All the hotel staffs are helpful and polite. They even surprise with a birthday cake and wishing card for my partner!!! I accidentally leftover some item in the hotel after checkout and the staff-栩叶 is very helpful and proactive helping me to arrange and deliver the item to airport! Super recommend! »

« I had good time in the hotel, during my second stay I had a very nice room, big and with a lot of light (first stay the room was smaller and a bit dark). But anyhow, both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too with Western options! The only thing I would ask the hotel is to have one person in the front desk with fluent English as sometimes comunication was difficult. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and I'd repeat. »

« I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff during my stay. When I found that my foreign mobile data had run out, leaving me unable to use AliPay for payments, the staff went above and beyond. They took the initiative to walk to a shop outside the hotel to verify the situation, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to their suggestion, I was able to visit a nearby bank and successfully withdraw RMB. Their efficiency was evident from the moment I arrived by taxi until my baggage was delivered to my room. I am grateful for their support and professionalism throughout my stay. Thank you for making my stay so positive .though I just ordered 2 boiled eggs they kindly accommodate me with combination of veg  , Though I request for fruit bowl which is not available at room service , they manage to give me with a compliment . and the price is reasonable for room service .  by local eatery if you turn left from entrance walk down the stairs . And their shopping mall is connected through third floor . I manage to do some last minute shopping at supermarket to bring back as souvenir . The gym is fully equipped and high tech . Highly recommend this hotel . »

« La chambre est de bonne taille et est propre et bien entretenue. La position de l'hôtel est grande car il se trouve à pied à la rue Nan-ping, à la rue nanqiang et à l'ancienne ville shopping n centres. L'hôtel donne une grande vibe. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très vaste Le personnel, en particulier le gestionnaire Sam Chen, est très professionnel, il a suivi les réactions /requests et a pris l'initiative de revenir avec une solution. Je resterai certainement ici quand je serai à Kunming. »

« Lors de l'enregistrement, le sourire de Rebekah à la réception était chaleureux et amical. Le processus d'enregistrement a été extrêmement rapide et j'ai à peine eu à attendre. J'ai également été impressionné par les salutations chaleureuses de Xiao Deng, le directeur adjoint du hall, lors du départ. Lorsque j'ai pris l'ascenseur jusqu'à ma chambre, j'ai remarqué que l'intérieur de l'ascenseur était tout aussi luxueux. La combinaison de miroirs et de métaux lui donnait une impression de modernité et d'élégance. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses, décorées luxueusement et avec goût. Un lit immense est recouvert de draps et de couettes les plus doux. Une fois allongé, vous n'aurez plus envie de vous lever. Le service de l'hôtel est impeccable, qu'il s'agisse du service de chambre ou du service de restauration, chaque employé a fait preuve d'un niveau extrêmement élevé. Professionnalisme et attitude de service enthousiaste. J'ai particulièrement apprécié dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, où la nourriture était non seulement excellente, mais aussi joliment présentée comme une œuvre d'art. Le petit déjeuner est riche et varié, qu'il s'agisse de spécialités occidentales ou locales, il peut répondre aux besoins des différents convives. De plus, l'hôtel propose également une variété d'installations de loisirs, notamment un centre de remise en forme, un SPA, une piscine intérieure, etc. Chaque service me rend heureux physiquement et mentalement. »

« Mon fils de 15 ans et moi avons séjourné à l'hôtel Jinjiang au début de mon voyage dans le Yunnan et à la fin de mon voyage. C'était la première fois que je visitais la Chine. Nous ne parlons pas le mandarin Emplacement : très proche de la gare de Kunming, à environ 10 minutes à pied en portant les bagages. Proche de tout, à environ 2 km ou 15-17 RMB en taxi du centre commercial Shuncheng, de la rue piétonne Nanping, de la mosquée Shuncheng, du restaurant halal (à seulement 5 minutes à pied du restaurant), du centre commercial et du grand magasin à proximité. Service : excellents services, ils ont fait des pieds et des mains, en particulier la directrice Mme Mei. Elle m'a beaucoup aidé à organiser la visite. Tout le personnel a été serviable en m'aidant à prendre un taxi, à me montrer le restaurant halal à l'arrière de l'hôtel, à me montrer le chemin de la gare. L'hôtel offre également des fruits et de la soupe de bienvenue à l'enregistrement. Propreté ; très propre Rapport qualité-prix : hôtel 4 étoiles mais très abordable avec d'excellents services d'hôtel 5 étoiles. J'adorerais y séjourner à nouveau à l'avenir si je visite le Yunnan. »

« Il s'agit d'un hôtel assez récent, bien situé, bien qu'assez éloigné des autres attractions de Kunming. Il est assez confortable avec des chambres bien meublées et une bonne gamme d'équipements. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offre un grand choix. Le personnel est très serviable et le service est bon. Le lit était confortable. Tout semblait assez propre. Par contre, il y a des travaux de construction à côté. On pouvait dire que certains clients avaient fumé dans l'hôtel et, la nuit, on entendait des pas dans le couloir et au-dessus. »

« I had an amazing experience staying at the Fontoo Hotel - beyond five stars. The most impressive part is the hospitality from the hotel staff whether it was at the front desk, or the breakfast restaurant, or room service, or the hotel manager, everyone is very kind and proactively providing the best service to their customers. The hotel is elegantly designed, the room is decent and clean, and the beddings are very comfortable. The breakfast has a huge variety of food and are delicious (they switches up menus across the days so you will never get bored). They also deliver evening Yín Ěr Tāng (Snow Fungus Sweet Soup) to your door. Conveniently located at a central place where you can walk to the mall (Wang Xiang Cheng), supermarket, restaurant, bakery, McDonald, Starbucks etc in a few minutes. Also close to public transportation and easy to get taxi or ride share. Special thanks to Xiao Xia, Xiao He, Wan Bao and Xiao Yang at the front desk for making my check in and extension of stay process super smooth and pleasant. I arrived a few hours earlier and asked whether it was possible to check in earlier. Although the room I booked was not ready, they went above and beyond to offer me a free upgrade to a room that is immediately available. Thanks to the restaurant staff Qin Ling for helping me pack breakfast to go while I was in a rush. Mostly, I’m thankful to the hotel operational manager Mr. Tao for checking in to ensure my stay is pleasant, accommodating parking for my family’s visit, and providing timely response to my questions. There are many other staff I met during my stay who are very friendly and supportive - everyone is amazing and striving to provide customers the best service. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. You will be amazed. »
