Hôtels 2 étoiles à Kunming

C'était mon premier voyage à Kunming avec mon bébé, et j'ai longtemps cherché un hôtel convenable sans succès. Puis j'ai découvert cet hôtel qui venait d'ouvrir, et j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de mon séjour. J'ai été particulièrement touchée par l'accueil à la réception. On m'a aidée avec mes bagages, vu leur volume, et on a même eu la gentillesse de me fournir une brosse à dents pour enfant. Du café fraîchement moulu était offert chaque matin. Confortablement installée sur le canapé, bercée par la douce chaleur de Kunming, ce fut un véritable moment de détente. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, ce qui facilite grandement les visites. Je suis exigeante en matière d'hôtels, et le confort est primordial lorsque je voyage avec un enfant. J'ai adoré l'ambiance, le service et la décoration rafraîchissante. J'espère sincèrement que cet hôtel continuera de s'améliorer et de gagner en notoriété !

Un choix de premier ordre pour une escale de voyage ! L'emplacement, juste à côté de la gare, rend les déplacements incroyablement pratiques, éliminant tout stress lié aux correspondances. Le personnel de la réception est chaleureux, généreux, professionnel et attentionné ; l'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés de manière efficace et rapide. Les environs offrent un excellent réseau de transports, avec toutes sortes d'options disponibles. Mon séjour a été paisible et confortable. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois !

Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

Minus one point for cleanliness as I was in a smoker's room - as a non-smoking person the smell was bothering me. Other than that everything was great! Various breakfast options, many restaurants right next to the hotel, free laundromat. I had a problem finding it but it is literally right next to Vienna Hotel. 5min walk from Kunming station.

L'emplacement est super pratique, en plein cœur de Jinmabiji, avec plein de restaurants juste à la sortie et le métro tout près. La propreté est impeccable, le design est bien pensé, l'ambiance et le style sont vraiment uniques. Le service est excellent, on a eu une super conversation avec le gérant qui nous a donné de très bonnes adresses pour manger et visiter les environs, il était vraiment adorable !

L'emplacement est très proche de la gare TGV et il y a un point de prise en charge spécial pour les voitures. L'hôtel est situé au bord de la route et est facile à trouver. L'environnement est toujours très bon et le libre-service des entreprises est possible. L'hôtel est entièrement équipé d'installations intelligentes. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à la gare TGV, je viendrai toujours à son restaurant

Il bénéficie du meilleur emplacement et du meilleur rapport qualité-prix de Honyeo-si. Bien que l'intérieur soit plutôt petit, il est suffisamment confortable pour une personne seule et offre tout le nécessaire. Les cintres sont également grands, ce qui facilite l'organisation. Il n'y a pas d'odeur de cigarette, et le personnel du comptoir et les femmes de ménage sont très aimables et veillent à la propreté de la chambre. L'emplacement est idéal. Situé en plein cœur de la ville, vous pourrez facilement laisser vos bagages après vos achats. L'entrée de l'hôtel est bordée d'une allée de restaurants, ce qui facilite les petits-déjeuners et les en-cas. La station de métro est également à seulement trois minutes à pied. Je ne pense pas qu'il existe beaucoup d'endroits où les voyageurs seuls puissent bénéficier d'un tel confort à ce prix et à cet emplacement. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Essayez d’évaluer objectivement : 1. Transport : Près de la gare de Kunming Sud. Kunming est une gare de transit incontournable pour le tourisme du Yunnan. Si vous ne prévoyez pas de vous enregistrer à Kunming le lendemain et que votre itinéraire pour le deuxième jour commence à partir de la gare de Kunming Sud, cet endroit est très bien situé. Il ne faut qu'une dizaine de minutes pour s'y rendre en voiture. 2. Service : Il y a un service de navette depuis et vers la gare de Kunming Sud. Le propriétaire a un bon sens du service. Il a non seulement envoyé un message à l'avance pour informer le client du lieu de prise en charge, mais il a également aidé avec enthousiasme avec les bagages et a fixé une heure pour la prise en charge du lendemain. C'est l'hôtel avec la meilleure attitude de service du Yunnan. 3. Équipements : Il y a un ascenseur, mais il n'est pas facile d'attendre, car il y a beaucoup d'hôtels privés dans tout le bâtiment, et chaque hôtel a beaucoup de clients. L'heure de départ le lendemain matin est relativement proche. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pouvez l'obtenir en un seul voyage, mais si vous n'avez pas de chance, vous aurez besoin de deux ou trois voyages. Cependant, notre hôtel semble être meilleur au 9e étage, et les étages inférieurs ne sont pas si bons ; il y a des boutiques de petit-déjeuner et des restaurants en bas, qui peuvent essentiellement répondre aux besoins du voyage ; 4. Installations et environnement sanitaire : Les chambres de l'hôtel sont vieilles et petites, avec des installations complètes mais vétustes. La famille n'a pas pris de douche mais s'est seulement lavée le visage et rincée la bouche. Il n'est pas recommandé de prendre une douche confortable et de se laver les cheveux. 5. Le rapport qualité-prix est relativement élevé, adapté aux amis ayant un budget limité ou de faibles exigences

Despite the convenient location, comfortable beds, and all-important quiet sleep we managed to get, the hotel's communication to arrange our pick up from the train station at night and what turned out to be a self-check-in was just dismal, clearly needing more training to ensure better organisation for future guests. The following constructive advice is to help the hotel improve and for (particularly foreign) guests to note: 1. Ask for guests' phone number and inform the driver well in advance of our arrival, instead of waiting till the very last minute to do so. We reached out to the hotel via WeChat the day before and rightfully received detailed instructions (in Chinese) to find the driver (the pick up service is actually outsourced to a separate company using 3 different vans), but once we found the van, the driver angrily insisted we call the hotel to identify us by confirming our phone number - we were not allowed to board without the hotel's confirmation, which should have been done directly with the driver well in advance of our arrival. 2. This hotel is not manned after hours, let alone 24 hours, so please make it known well beforehand that we will have to check in ourselves if arriving after hours, and provide clear instructions on how to do so instead of communicating them through the phone while guiding us using the security cameras. It is not the guests' responsibility to do your administrative work (to report ourselves to the authorities by scanning the police QR code and filling out our details) at 11 o'clock at night when we have an early morning train to catch the following day. The hotel should allow guests to enter the room as soon as possible upon arrival, not have us wait half an hour while they struggle with what was clearly their first time checking in foreign guests - worse still over the phone - insisting that this be done before we could enter our room. 3. If the hotel truly wants the patronage of foreign guests, they will have to prioritise our convenience and comfort over theirs by actually having someone check us in in-person. Remotely doing so to save costs is as absurd as expecting foreign guests to communicate our details over the phone, sending photos of ourselves, our passport details etc. via WeChat, and then finding our room card and the room by talking to someone over the phone in Chinese. At the very least, these requirements and instructions should be clearly produced and communicated beforehand so that nothing is improvised. We hope the above experience helps improve what is a decent hotel providing good value for money.

Great location close to many amenities !! No issue with WiFi working greatly, been watching films every night !!! Great stuff, very friendly and helpful , stayed for few weeks, never had any issues !! Walking distance to various shopping malls and night markets !! Fruit market and vegetable markets very close by !!! Very convenient transport links, buses, tube taxis, rent electric bikes/scooters, etc…! About 10 minutes, walk to the great gym with a swimming pool !!! Many Great Dental Hospitals, fixed my teeth while staying, managed to install crowns !!! Also, if have time can have a good quality implants !! Very close to Kunming Zoo, other parks a temples…!
