Hôtels à Kunming avec petit déjeuner

Ayant un train à prendre tôt le lendemain matin, j'ai cherché un hôtel près de la gare. J'ai vu celui-ci sur Ctrip, les avis étaient bons et il venait d'ouvrir, alors je l'ai choisi. Dès le matin, j'ai reçu un appel de la réception. Ils ont ajouté mon WeChat, m'ont envoyé l'itinéraire et des conseils touristiques, ce qui était très attentionné. En arrivant à l'hôtel, ils m'ont d'abord montré la chambre. Notre type de chambre était juste à côté de l'ascenseur. Les équipements étaient complets, mais l'espace était un peu petit. C'est bien pour une personne, mais si vous avez des enfants, il vaut mieux prendre une chambre plus grande. Pour une nuit de transition, c'était suffisant. L'hôtel est neuf, toutes les installations sont neuves, c'est assez confortable et le service est excellent. Tout le personnel vous salue et vous souhaite la bienvenue. Le petit-déjeuner est également assez varié, délicieux et savoureux. Sur nos 7 jours de voyage, nous avons pris tous nos petits-déjeuners à l'hôtel, et celui-ci était le plus agréable. Il est très proche de la station de métro et de la gare, à moins de 10 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. La prochaine fois que j'irai, je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel.

Vraiment excellent ! Je voulais juste un hôtel confortable, et c'était parfait pour y rester sans sortir. Le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 13h, il y a aussi un snack de nuit, et le goûter de 15h à 18h. J'ai l'impression de n'avoir presque pas mangé dehors. Les installations de l'hôtel sont aussi très bonnes, la vue depuis le toit la nuit est absolument magnifique. La chambre que j'avais réservée avait une excellente luminosité, et le personnel de l'hôtel est super accueillant. Si je reviens, je choisirai cet hôtel à nouveau. Un point que je dois mentionner, c'est que comme j'étais au 31ème étage, j'ai eu la surprise de voir un coucher de soleil absolument sublime depuis le couloir en revenant l'après-midi. C'est vraiment incroyable, ça vaut le prix ! 👐

I rarely write any reviews, but my stay at the Doubletree was extremely worth documenting. Coming out of a 24 hour long trip, this hotel and its staff Yedda, Daisy, Jack and Mr. Wang immediately made me feel home! First of all, arranging airport pick up was extremely smooth. Mr. Wang waited for me patiently at a clearly instructed parking place, so there was no confusion. Next, as soon as I arrive at the hotel, there were staff members helping me with the suitcase and guiding me to check in. Then Yeda and Daisy showed their extreme hospitality by providing an amazing room on a higher floor with a view, helped me charging my phone, providing me with freshly baked welcoming snacks. And Jack walked me through on connecting my phone and laptop to the hotel WIFI. Due to my work schedule, they’ve accommodated me with late checkout. Room is huge and clean with full amenities.. even a scale! And yes! I ate both of the rice noodle dishes!! Thank you for going above and beyond taking care of me on this short trip.. I’ll be back and will looking forward to seeing Mr. Wang, Yedda, Daisy, and Jack again soon!

En tant que passionné d'hôtels à mes heures perdues, j'ai choisi cet établissement pour ma lune de miel en solo afin de profiter des paysages du Yunnan, et pour sa commodité. Les installations sont très récentes et l'emplacement est absolument excellent ; l'hôtel est à trois ou cinq minutes à pied du métro. Entouré de plusieurs centres commerciaux haut de gamme, il est très pratique pour manger et faire du shopping. Il y a une pâtisserie en bas, et si vous ne voulez pas sortir, commander à emporter est aussi super pratique. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris une demi-heure plus tard qu'à l'Intercontinental, ce qui est très appréciable pour les lève-tard. Le service est très chaleureux ; les bagagistes sont serviables et m'ont aidé à porter mes bagages jusqu'à ma voiture, et les hôtesses de la réception sont également très attentionnées. Si j'ai besoin de quoi que ce soit, le service en chambre répond rapidement. C'est parfait pour les voyageurs d'affaires et ceux qui recherchent la commodité, une tranquillité d'esprit totale ❤️.

For an overnight stay to be in close proximity to the airport, this hotel was perfect! I really liked our family room. It was very clean, new and modern. We had a nice view from our room. Complimentary airport transfer was easily arranged at 5am with takeaway breakfast prepared for us. There is no drive-thru for us to alight with our luggages. Our driver had to drive to the basement carpark which was dark and extremely confusing. Then we had to go through a narrow passage to find the hotel lift. Which was challenging with 2 toddlers (5 and 2 years old) and 4 large luggages and stroller. Hotel staff also doesn’t help with the luggage- this can be improved. This was the most challenging part for us.

J'ai dû prendre un vol tôt pour un voyage d'affaires, j'ai donc spécifiquement réservé un hôtel dans cet endroit très pratique, car la société de réservation de voitures en ligne ne trouvait pas le panneau de l'hôtel dans le hall des départs. troisième étage, donc il ne pouvait plus monter au troisième étage. Je suis descendu au deuxième étage et je suis venu me chercher. C'était une bonne critique. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est juste à côté du contrôle de sécurité. très pratique. Il convient aux personnes pressées et qui n'ont pas le temps

Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, l'accueil à la réception était incroyablement chaleureux, la chambre était propre et sans odeur, et tous les produits de toilette étaient fournis. J'ai été agréablement surprise par le petit miroir réglable à côté du lavabo : se maquiller était donc très pratique ! L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des restaurants et du métro. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

Mon séjour au Sheraton a été fantastique ! La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, bien éclairée et impeccablement propre, sans aucune odeur. La literie du lit Sweet Sleeper était douce et confortable, et la salle de bain avec sa douche et ses toilettes séparées était très bien pensée. J'ai même reçu des fruits de bienvenue frais. Le personnel de la réception et les concierges étaient attentionnés et efficaces, l'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans encombre, et mes demandes ont été traitées rapidement. Le petit-déjeuner offrait une grande variété de plats chinois et occidentaux, avec des ingrédients frais. Les installations de la salle de sport et de la piscine de l'hôtel étaient excellentes, et l'ambiance générale était paisible. Que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou des vacances, cet hôtel est parfait et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Reception Chaos and The Window Saga Check-in was rushed and incomplete—no luggage assistance, no WeChat information, no translation tools. The real problems began when I reported my window wouldn't close. With one receptionist managing everything, guests competed for attention in survival-of-the-rudest fashion. She'd abandon helping me whenever someone else interrupted, forcing me to wait while she handled whoever was most insistent. Hours of frustration followed. The maintenance worker actually said it ”wasn't really a problem” since ”most windows are like that in the hotel”—an alarming admission. After being dismissed and deprioritized repeatedly, I finally got another room. This one had a working window but noisy neighbors and poor soundproofing that broadcast every car horn. They sent an apology fruit platter—genuinely the best I've received in China, beautifully arranged. But fruit platters require far less investment than proper staff training, adequate staffing, or basic maintenance. The Bright Spots: Room and Breakfast The stylish room with warm atmosphere and spacious layout was genuinely nice, though the window view wasn't appealing. The bed was acceptable. The breakfast team was easily the best part of this hotel—truly professional unlike virtually everyone else. Day one featured fantastic food, skilled preparation, and competent service that stood in stark contrast to other departments. Even when choices declined on days two and three (less refilling, fewer Western options), the cooking team remained the most professional staff I encountered. They also shut down before 1:30 PM despite posted hours. Housekeeping Failures During housekeeping, I left my robe and towels out to be changed—they were clearly used and wet, obviously needing replacement. They didn't change them—they folded them and left them. I had to ask them to replace items like shower gel, basically had to tell them everything. They also moved my pile of dirty clothes for some reason and mixed it with clean clothes, putting everything on a chair. Maybe these staff should respect personal space and belongings? One housekeeping staff member in the morning delivered mineral water but was impatient and unfriendly. Infrastructure Issues This aging property needs renovation. The hotel is pretty old—windows not closing, minor things not working or getting detached from walls. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly, giving you burning water on your face when you don't expect it. Shower pressure from the handle was pretty good, but not sure what the top running shower is for—low pressure, useless. Elevators were very slow. I ordered coffee—it was delivered to reception but they didn't call or message me and didn't use the robot to deliver to my room. I went downstairs at some point and took it. No explanation, no apology. Final Verdict Two genuine strengths: stylish rooms and a professional breakfast team that understood hospitality. This only highlighted how dysfunctional everything else was. The chaotic reception, incompetent housekeeping, dangerous infrastructure, and absent service standards make this hard to recommend—despite nice rooms and excellent breakfast staff. Would I return? No. Would I recommend? Only if everywhere else was fully booked.
