Hôtels près de Iwaonupuri à Kutchan

Les chambres doubles habitées, il y a en fait quatre lits pour dormir quatre personnes. L'hôtel est très nouveau et propre, la plaque de neige a un espace spécial, le bain est unifié dans le grand casino, et le bain est utilisé pour le public, tout est très propre et très propre, la zone publique est très chaleureuse à 12 heures. La porte de l'hôtel est la gare et le supermarché, ainsi que le magasin Rosen, le supermarché de pêche et la propriété locale sont bon marché. La gare de la porte peut être assis directement dans la chaise. Nous sommes également directement à la porte de l'hôtel, depuis le parc de ski de Liuchuan, et nous rentrons souvent dans le parc de snowfalls de la 2e vallée chaque jour. C'est très pratique.

La location est bonne - (1) 2 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de bus de Hirafu (2) légèrement en dessous de 2 minutes à l'arrêt Momiji, qui est l'un des arrêts de bus gratuits de Hirafu qui vous permet de voyager convenablement autour de la zone. La chambre était spacieuse, la nettoyage était au sommet et avec toutes les installations nécessaires. Le cadeau de bienvenue nous a vraiment surpris. Le personnel était ami et hébergé. Le service de navette à la gare la plus proche était également disponible. Globalement, nous avons apprécié notre séjour 😊

I have been staying at the Green Leaf off and on for over 10 years. It is an excellent location for ski-in, ski-out, but unfortunately the hotel services have gone downhill. I had two rooms, and the Wi-Fi never worked in either room or the routers could not be fixed. Limited Wi-Fi was obtained by using a neighboring room. The room radiators which was convenient for drying gloves and ski clothes, I was informed, have been permanently turned off. Most disappointing of all is the morning breakfast. My family and I had always looked forward to it, but it has continued to get more frugal and sparce every year and is now comparatively poor from what it was 10 years ago. The hotel is trying to save money in the wrong way. It is obvious that the entire setup is now being outsourced. The supervisor in charge is very nice and personable, and doing his best with what is available, but the food quality is very average, and even the personnel are no longer Japanese. There used to be a nice coffee station as you exited the buffet room. It is gone. Real cream for your coffee, gone. Nuts, grains, and raisins for yogurt, gone. Assorted cheese section, gone. Assorted multigrain breads, gone, and the general food quality has become cheap. The Goshiki Restaurant, from 2nd hand sources, all expressed their disappointment with this evening restaurant in the same way as the breakfast. If food is not a concern, then the Green Leaf will be fine for you. If food is important for a nice ski-in, ski-out vacation, then you might consider a neighboring hotel instead.

Il est situé dans une forêt tranquille, à environ 10 minutes de route de la station de la vallée de la neige. Je pense que la partie fondamentale de l'hôtel est très vieille, mais elle a été mise à jour moderne. Lorsque vous entrez dans l'hôtel, la forêt? Le séjour est normal parce que ça sent comme ça. Je vis dans une chambre luxueuse de style japonais et occidental, mais la chambre est grande et large, je dors bien sur le maïs. En outre, l'eau de la montagne de la mer est très délicieuse. Vous pouvez vous promener dans la salle en chemises et aller au lieu de dîner pour un buffet à moitié, y compris des buffets de poissons, des plats de pâte, des porcelets ou des poissons. Ils sont normalement délicieux et les types de buffets sont nombreux. À l'entrée de l'hôtel, je peux faire une performance sur le terrain à 19:30 ～ piano et petit timbre, environ une heure et 20 minutes, c'est aussi très bon. Le scandale chaud est un peu épineux, généralement avec des piscines intérieures et extérieures, des sauna et des piscines frigorifiques (change des hommes et des femmes à 22h00), le petit-déjeuner buffet inclut de nombreux plats japonais et occidentaux. Fait. Généralement, c'est un hôtel calme, facile, délicieux et confortable à la musique sur le terrain.

Japan is one of a very small number of countries where I consider hostel-style accommodations. The Grand Cabin Rusutsu did not disappoint. I stayed in their shared room, in the style of a simple capsule hotel, with shared bathrooms and other facilities (there are also 'private' rooms but I believe they all share the common facilities). The capsule is quite private, with your own individual blind, a light, one 110V and one USB (A) socket; see attached photo. Shared facilties are impeccably clean (no idea how they do that). Surprisingly, although I was in a room with 19 other people, everybody was extremely polite and considerate. Most of the time you barely heard that there were other people around. The staff is very nice and friendly. Shuttle goes 3 times in the morning to Rusutsu resort (8,9,10am) and back 3 times back (I always took the first one, at 4pm, not sure about the other times). The Lawson conbini 2 minutes away is super convenient for food etc. There is a restaurant on the first floor which is open to the public. This is the 'grill your own meat' style. I tried it once and it was OK. I was the oldest guest (by quite a margin) but I did not feel out of place. Had nice conversations with some of the others, about half from Asia (various countries) and the other half Westerners (Aussies, Canadians and a single American). Costwise, it is an enormous bargain compared to the Resort itself. In particular of course for solo travelers. If I come back to Rusutsu I will for sure stay there again!

Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

Bon hôtel avec accès à la ski-in/ski-out. Il y a de nombreuses chambres à l'hôtel, mais le personnel (réception, garde-house, etc) a réussi à maintenir un bon niveau de service tout au long de mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner buffet a une grande sélection de nourriture. Les bus à la navette à Hirafu/Kutchan commencent à partir de cet hôtel, donc ne vous inquiétez pas de ne pas avoir de sièges. Il y a une nouvelle zone de Niseko Village derrière l'hôtel qui accueille quelques boutiques et restaurants de détail, offrant plus d'options pour la nourriture maintenant, plutôt que ce qui est dans l'hôtel.

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.
