I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

Un très bon hôtel en plein centre d'Erevan, à deux pas des principaux sites touristiques et restaurants. De nombreux commerces et bureaux de change se trouvent à proximité. Lit immense et confortable. Excellents petits-déjeuners avec un large choix. Les seuls points négatifs : l'hôtel ne fournit pas de chaussons jetables ; il faut apporter les siens. L'hôtel ne fournit pas non plus de brosses à dents ; il faut apporter la sienne ou en acheter dans un magasin à proximité. J'aurais également préféré que le petit-déjeuner soit servi à partir de 7h00 plutôt que de 7h30, car les agences de voyages locales proposent des excursions qui commencent très tôt. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous avons constaté une odeur d'égout désagréable. Cela était probablement dû à la présence d'un voisin dans la chambre voisine. Nous pouvions entendre ce voisin parler fort à travers le mur. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Location près de la gare centrale, vous aurez environ 30 minutes à pied pour aller au centre-ville. Très confortable lit, bonne réception. Recommandé si vous êtes en activité ou pour le loisir dans la ville.

Endroit formidable, propre et confortable, personnel agréable et serviable ! Nourriture délicieuse. À recommander absolument !

Не очень понятно, где находится отель. Вроде бы не далеко, отель находится во дворе, но не комфортно идти. Попросили пораньше заселить, пошли на встречу. Однако номер дали на 3 этаже и тяжелые чемоданы пришлось поднимать самим, тк лифта нет в отеле. Завтрак хороший, обслуживающий персонал внимательный. Номер 31 - проблема с душем. Вода растекается по всему полу, нужно менять насадки, тк вода бежит в разные стороны. Второй вид насадки невозможно включить. Короче, очень не понравилось. В номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, бутылка аоды на человека

Transports pratiques et accès facile. L'hôtel est facile à trouver. Une piscine est disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, bien équipées avec café, réfrigérateur et bouilloire. L'hôtel propose des excursions. Entièrement satisfait !

Ne vous trompez pas par le point de classement de ce lieu. La seule chose qu'il mérite est des gens qui y travaillent. Ils nous ont aidé à aller au troisième étage avec des bagages. Et oui, l'hôtel est au troisième étage et seulement les escaliers! Le lit n'est pas un lit d'hôtel professionnel, la madrasse est douce et a des vagues dans elle, donc vous devez choisir la position correcte de votre corps pour attraper la partie droite, les coussins sont très bon marché et très douce, les ne tient pas votre tête en tout cas. Vous pouvez sentir l'odeur de sueur mélangée avec d'autres personnes parfum par le parfum. C'est détestable. L'ensemble du bâtiment et la chambre en particulier ont un odeur très forte de fumer. Je suppose que les gens y ont fumé pendant de nombreuses années et ont arrêté dans le passé le plus proche, donc l'odeur est vraiment forte. Le bruit est si fort, comme si vous dormiez dans la rue. Tout en tout il est possible de rester quand vous conduisez longtemps et vous êtes arrêté dans un motel bon marché par la route quand vous ne pouvez conduire plus. Pas approprié pour rester en ville, même si c'est un séjour nocturne. A moins que vous ne soyez pas bien avec toutes les choses ci-dessus.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
