IInvitéIl s'agit d'un très bon hôtel. L'intérieur est très propre et grand. Le lit est confortable et le toilette est bon avec le jacuzzi. Vous verrez des cangurous et des cocktails en dehors du cottage du matin et du soir. Mes enfants profitent très du séjour. Mais vous devez soit cuisiner vos propres repas, soit conduire à manger.

LlymaNous avons eu plusieurs questions avec notre séjour de 7 nuits. Certains ont été adressés et réparés immédiatement. Une chose que nous recommandons de confirmer l'arrivée ou lors de la réservation. Manque de vue - nous avons réservé la chambre à 1 chambre. De ces photos il a semblé un plancher à plafond de grandes fenêtres avec vue ouverte, mais nous avons été attribués à une chambre située dans les planchers du patrimoine (2nd) qui les fenêtres sont 1.5m élevées, de sorte que les pieds doivent se coucher pour voir la vue. La salle de bains n'a pas de fenêtre. Questions que nous avons rencontrées 1) la lumière de la salle - ne travaillait pas la première nuit quand nous nous sommes connectés à 11 h. Nous sommes en retard avec un toddler, donc nous avons mis sur le signe « ne pas gêner » mais quelqu'un a frappé la porte à 8 heures, pour nous atteindre pour « corriger les problèmes ». Ils ne sont pas sûrs de pourquoi ils ne peuvent pas nous laisser une note sous la porte. 3) si nombreux volets - le restaurant petit déjeuner a de graves problèmes de plaie. Il y avait plus de 10 vols volant autour du buffet et des tables. Nous n'avons pas eu l'impression de manger là après une visite. La durée du repas, nous nous sommes retirés du vol. SSRuss83I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

IInvitéRoom has everything needed. Clean and tidy. Walking distance to T4. Very reliable shuttle to other terminals. Only that upon arrival at check-in, the only staff at reception seems to prefer us to use the self check-in machine than assisting us directly. A warm smile would have made it more pleasant.

BBreakingcowGreat stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and any requests were handled quickly. The location was convenient, close to shops and transport, but still quiet at night. Breakfast had a good variety and the facilities were well maintained. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

DDaphh02The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

IInvitéA place for rejuvenate and value for money. Location: we did not rent a car, but can go there from CBD by train (30 mins) and bus (10 mins). If you catch the 496 bus from Laventon, it takes a 8 mins walk to the hotel off the bus stop, If you take 497 from Williamslanding, it takes 18 minutes, but you can shop at the centre (Coles, Aldi, K-Mart and Chinese supermarket), eat at different restaurants, and have manicure or massage. Facilities: the unit is well equipped with cooking utensils, we cooked our breakfast. There is no buffet breakfast but a la carte menu at the country club. The country club has gym and swimming pool too. Nearby attraction: we went to Werribee zoom, Weribee Park, Werribee Mansion, Joseph's resturant. The zoo has a safari bus which is a great attraction. Staff: the staff is helpful. We requested a lake view room one day before. They helped us by calling the cleaner as our check in day is a public holiday. Much appreciated.

Ne pas recommander aux voyageurs internationaux qui ne peuvent pas avoir assez de frais sur leurs téléphones pour remplir 3 formulaires, puis télécharger et mettre en place une application qui nécessite des connexions constantes à l'internet et à Bluetooth. La réservation exige plusieurs méthodes incertaines de partage des détails de la carte de crédit et des documents d'identification, ainsi que 2 formulaires pour remplir les détails personnels et une application à télécharger pour accéder à l'entrée du bâtiment, de l'ascenseur et de l'appartement. Aucune de ces informations n'a été donnée à moi avant la réservation. Je n'aurais pas été ici si j'avais connu l'ampleur de la transmission insécure des informations personnelles et la quantité de l'administration et du travail requis pour juste check-in et séjour une nuit. Je travaille dans cet espace et connais les risques. L'exigence d'une personne d'envoyer des photos de carte de crédit et des images d'identité par courriel est totalement insécurisée, ce qui est bizarrement inconnu avec la sécurité excessive d'entrer dans le bâtiment. VVSingLocation: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
