Forgot to take pictures but we had a very very lovely stay there.
Location is ideal. 5mins walk to the sea, night market, supermarket and a fresh morning market (Chongqing market) from the hotel.
The lobby is spacious, clean and modern, with different facilities you are allowed to use - bicycles, water dispenser, microwave and a snack corner.
Front desk is 24hours so it is easy and convenient for all travellers.
We are happy to recommend this place to everyone who comes to Hualien.

We stayed couple of nights and arrived by mid day the hotel receptionist ms HO was kindly to let us checked in early and with her warmest welcome and her best services making us felt at home , highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice hotel with good location ( night market is 5 mins walk ) walkable to town and 10-12 mins by Taxi from the airport

It OK but there are a few problems. Even after 3 pm you need to telephone the manager to come and open up, so you need a SIM card you can call with. The rooms are fine they have tried to make them beach shack style. However the large expanse of dark brown floor leaves them feeling characterless and not so cosy. There are no bottles of water provided. There is a water machine in the lobby but I had no bottle. There are not many shops etc in the immediate vicinity. Overall it’s OK but I’m not sure I would return here.

Pine Garden is 1.2 km from Unique inn, while Hualien Cultural Creative Industries Park is 1.1 km from the property.
Un gîte très propre et calme, j'ai cherché et comparé de nombreux endroits, et je suis ravi d'avoir finalement choisi celui-ci, le lit était très doux et confortable. Et c'est vraiment la première ligne face à la mer, on peut admirer la belle mer depuis la chambre. Même si le temps n'était pas très beau et que nous n'avons pas pu voir la mer bleue, le son des vagues nous a accompagnés pour dormir, c'était vraiment une sensation très spéciale. Cependant, ce qui est assez inattendu, c'est que pour une chambre au 8ème étage, l'ascenseur ne va que jusqu'au 6ème. Il faut monter deux étages avec les bagages, et l'escalier est petit et étroit. Les voyageurs avec de gros bagages devraient en prendre note ~~ Je recommande tout de même vivement Yunique, la vue est magnifique et c'est proche de Dongdamen ♡

La chambre est aussi propre et l'isolement est bon.
Le petit déjeuner est chinois, les légumes de riz et les légumes de riz, ou bien les légumes de riz.

Bon endroit pour rester au centre de la ville.
L'hôtel dispose de nombreux objets intéressants dans le foyer/lounge qui sont super à regarder autour, la chambre était confortable , propre et dispose de bonnes installations.
Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement bon, plein d'options délicieuses et tous les pipes chaudes - à base d'Asie, ce qui était exactement ce que nous voulions.
La réception a été utile pour le check-in et a répondu à toutes nos questions .

IInvitéOne of the better (if not the best) hotel chains I’ve stayed at in Taiwan. I’ve visited Taiwan about 10 times and stayed here for 2 nights, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience.
They provide free bicycles (3 hours limit), which is useful for getting around Hualien. Breakfast has a good spread, and there are complimentary ice cream and drinks available in the lobby around the clock. We didn’t realise they also offer late-night supper from 7pm to 9pm, which was honestly as good as a proper dinner buffet, with a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes and even live entertainment.
The room was spacious and well maintained, with no hygiene concerns. Shower water pressure was good. Noise levels were generally fine, though louder sounds like furniture movement could occasionally be heard.
The hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store, restaurants, KTV, and a cinema, and it’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. You can also cycle to the night market within 15 minutes, making it super easy to get around the main area without getting a taxi.
Overall, a very good stay and very good value for money. While a gym would be nice, I would definitely consider staying at other branches on future trips.

IInvitéBien stratégique location Hôtel. La chambre est lumineuse. Mais la chambre est très pauvre. Même si j'ai demandé de nettoyer la chambre, la tante n'a pas nettoyé. Elle juste amenée le lit très rapidement et change de toile. Ne jamais vider le sol, la poussière et les cheveux sur le sol très évidemment. Donc ne vous attendez pas qu'elle vide le lit si vous demandez de changer la feuille de lit. J'ai eu des bugs de flea/ lit. J'ai pensé que mon eczéma flambait. Mais une fois que mes deux parents ont aussi connu le même. Et j'ai remarqué que la feuille de lit avait quelques points un peu. Alors oui, il est des bugs de lit. J'espère que la tante de garde-fous peut le faire mieux.

IInvitéThis is a nice hotel. It is clean and welcoming. I did not try the food there. The seaview is not really worth as it is too far from the sea, but the rooms are a good size. The staff were friendly.
Just make sure you message the staff 24 hours in advance to book a free transfer. They would not provide a same day service.
Overall, a good hotel. About 3km from downtown. I did not mind walking, but taxis are cheap.

IInvitéUpdates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time.

2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked.
Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable.
For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast.
Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

@@travel_with_the_sunIt's clean, it's close to the train station, where you can rent a scooter to explore Taroko National Park, also have a gas station next door to refill your scooter and you are next to the main road to go to the National Park. There is enough stuff to cook yourself something. Communication with the landlord on self check-in went well and I could check-in earlier because my bed was free, actually I was the only guest in the dorm on my first of two nights.
It was calm and the entire hostel & bathroom was very clean. I liked, that you can buy razors, one-way towels, toothbrush kit for a small fee, even if I didn't need it.
The only downside, and that's why I gave it -3 stars in amenity was, that the mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a bit of strange moisture smell, but I could get used to it quickly. If there would be a thicker, less hard mattress, that place would get total points.
On the back door / balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. (The picture attached is taken from the road, but if you crop the lower half, it's what you see)
