Les chambres de cet hôtel se trouvent au 25 e étage de la tour 85, emblématique de Kaohsiung. Cette tour peut surprendre parce qu'elle est en partie abandonnée, on peut être saisi par l'impression de vide que donne l'immense ”palier” au 12e étage comme un hall de gare. Mais ne vous laissez pas désarçonner par les apparences. L'accueil est très amical (réception au 12e), les chambres très confortables, très propres et la vue )de notre chambre en tout cas) est époustouflante (sur l'ensemble du port, la mer au loin). Les accessoires sont peut-être un peu vieillots et le bâtiment est en perte de vitesse, certes, mais grâce à cela on peut jouir de ce luxe (une très grande chambre tout confort au 25e étage d'une tour) pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Je recommande chaudement !

The place seems very new. Everything was really good, comfortable beds, good light,nice shower. The staff is really helpful. The location is ideal, close to arty area.
They give complimentary water and coffee.
Really clean, just there was a few long hair near the sink
No lift, but the star is helping with the luggage.
I would definitely book again if I come back to kaoshiung

En outre, SOGO et POYA sont à d'autres sorties, qui est pratique. Le personnel est gentil et gentil. La chambre est propre et confortable.

Whether it's the concierge employees at level 1, or the check-in staff at level 20, or the breakfast staff, everyone is polite and helpful. Fantastic service and facilities. Breakfast is amazing. The hotel itself is clean you can leave the luggage before your check in. I like the common area next to the reception. It's nice and having snack and drink for Hotel guest. Quite impressive. YYipKennyBel hôtel ! Installé dans un endroit très pratique. À 5 minutes du marché nocturne de Duanfeng. Il y a FamilyMart à côté de l'hôtel et le café en face est également bon. Il faut 10 à 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la Kaohsiung Arena et le grand magasin Hanshin. L'hôtel est soigné et propre. Si vous êtes une famille de quatre personnes, vous pouvez disposer de deux lits queen. Petit déjeuner inclus. Un bon choix en effet. Le parc à côté est également un bon endroit pour la promenade et les loisirs. Vous pouvez vous rendre à la station de métro Arena à quelques pas.

The hotel’s primary advantage is its superb geographical positioning. Situated merely minutes from the Kaohsiung Main Station, it serves as an ideal nexus for those utilizing the MRT, TRA, or high-speed rail links.
The environmental sanitation is excellent. The premises are consistently clean. The front-of-house team is warm and professional.
A major benefit for long-term residents is the complimentary laundry service offered. In such a densely populated area, having this essential convenience available without extra charges is a valuable asset.
The breakfast offering, while understated, provides a fruitful synthesis of local ********* cuisines.
The primary longitudinal challenge during my stay was the internal sound attenuation. The current insulation between rooms allows for notable auditory bleed, which may detract from the experience of light sleepers. Enhancing the acoustic barriers would elevate this establishment from a high-quality inn to a premier boutique experience.

DdkworksThe only good thing this hotel offers you is a stunning view of the Kaihsiung skyline, however cleanliness and staff could be improved. The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel, but in fact it only offers 3 star experience; hotel staff looks not welcoming, the rooms are quite outdated, the aircon cannot be switched for heat - it was super cold in the room and they turn the aircon for you before you check in - why? It is 15 degrees outside, why your aircon is at freezing mode?

Yym0303C'était un très bel hôtel. Les salles de douche et les toilettes étaient impeccables, et les sols séchaient rapidement, ce qui garantissait une bonne hygiène et évitait qu'ils ne collent. Il y avait des réceptionnistes différents pour le déjeuner et le dîner, mais ils étaient tous très aimables et serviables. Au deuxième étage, un chauffe-eau faisait également office de fontaine à eau, et nous avons pu emprunter un thermos. L'eau était un peu fraîche, ce qui était très pratique pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour le café. Le portail principal était fermé à minuit et s'ouvrait grâce à un badge attaché à la clé. J'ai trouvé que la sécurité avait été prise en compte.

CCrabisgood888Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English.
Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space.
Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App.
We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator.
Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.
