IInvitéL'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai jamais séjourné à. Excellent personnel! Que ce soit les employés de concierge au niveau 1, ou le personnel d'enregistrement au niveau 20, ou le personnel de petit déjeuner, tout le monde est poli et utile. Fantastique service et installations. Le petit déjeuner est étonnant. Tout est parfait, et je encourage vivement les visiteurs à Kaohsiung à rester à l'hôtel H2O !

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel location is perfect for getting around, connecting to the Kaoshiung MRT, the local railway & the HSR @ Zuoying. Although the room is compact, the lounge is a great place to chill, have tea/coffee & ice cream that's complimentary. Each day we are even offered a complimentary beer, juice drink or Perrier mineral water. The facilities include free use of the washing machine & dryer. The staff from the reception to housekeeping, and breakfast staff are service oriented, helpful & courteous. The breakfast spread is generous & food is topped up when it runs low. Will certainly stay at Kindness Hotel again if ever I come to Kaoshiung.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très confortable, très confortable et très confortable.
Le magasin qui avait été abandonné était bien rénové. Nous avons reçu le plafond quadruple de la terrasse. C'était un bon espace pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (en dessous de 5yo). La chambre était bien décorée et se sent luxueuse. Les enfants aiment certainement le plafond et le bain.
Les cons de la chambre étaient :
- quand on monte et descend le toit, il y a un peu de bruit.
- il n'y a pas de courrier de jour, donc nous n'avons pas osé ouvrir les fenêtres trop larges (les gens dehors nous peuvent probablement voir)
- Comme l'emplacement est très proche de la station KLR, vous pouvez entendre le train passer par (un peu)
Les chambres sont confortables et confortables.
La réception est 24/7 I think, there's 2 lave-linge rooms with 1 washing machine and dryer each. Il y a des snacks dans le hall, un distributeur d'eau pour l'eau froide, chaude et chaude sur chaque étage.
La location est juste devant la station Kaohsiung Light Rail Line Penglai Pier 2. Pour sauter, il suffit de prendre 20NTD pièces. Il est proche du musée Hamasen de Taiwan Railway and Pier2 art centre (où est la terre boisée). La zone est surprenantment calme et proche de quelques enfants.
En général, nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux et nous aimions revenir à cet hôtel.

IInvitéLes chambres de cet hôtel se trouvent au 25 e étage de la tour 85, emblématique de Kaohsiung. Cette tour peut surprendre parce qu'elle est en partie abandonnée, on peut être saisi par l'impression de vide que donne l'immense ”palier” au 12e étage comme un hall de gare. Mais ne vous laissez pas désarçonner par les apparences. L'accueil est très amical (réception au 12e), les chambres très confortables, très propres et la vue )de notre chambre en tout cas) est époustouflante (sur l'ensemble du port, la mer au loin). Les accessoires sont peut-être un peu vieillots et le bâtiment est en perte de vitesse, certes, mais grâce à cela on peut jouir de ce luxe (une très grande chambre tout confort au 25e étage d'une tour) pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. Je recommande chaudement !

The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

CCrabisgood888Overall the hotel was very nice. It was modern. The check in staff was very helpful and at least one person on staff always spoke English. Note that the staff at breakfast were super cute older ladies and they don't speak English.
Pros: Modern design. Newer hotel. Large beds (stayed in a standard quad room). The twin bed rooms were also bigger and nice. The shower was really great. It was super high pressure. Bidet for the toilet. Big bathrooms. You can turn on the vent and dry clothes that you hang to dry. The 13th floor area is nice with snacks through the afternoon and evening and coffee. They provide free sparkling water and regular water for the rooms. Very well designed with great storage since there wasn't much floor space.
Cons: Location wasn't really next to many food areas. There's a Starbucks. You have to walk around 5-10 min, which is fine, but it's not the usual vibes you would imagine having in Taiwan. Unlike Taipei, the city is a sleepy town. A lot of businesses are just randomly closed during work hours and regular business days. There is a 7-11. The night market nearby is small. The breakfast needs a little help. After 2 days, it's the same food over and over. We were there for 7nights, so you can imagine it was a bit tiresome. I hope they can provide more variety. Even the soup only changed once. So 6 breakfasts it was miso soup. 1 breakfast was a corn soup (good, but never came back). Another major con is the hotel has no direct email address, so you can't contact them directly. I had to speak with the Leisure group hotels via FB messenger. They never responded via the Line App.
We chose this hotel because it's newer and had the room arrangements that we needed for our group (12 rooms). Big buses can wait outside for you. You can't make much noise in this hotel. We got warnings every day and that was just when we were hanging out in the lobby waiting for the elevator.
Overall the hotel was good value and great for a soccer team since we had the 13th floor for our team meetings and for hanging out at night.

Yym0303C'était un très bel hôtel. Les salles de douche et les toilettes étaient impeccables, et les sols séchaient rapidement, ce qui garantissait une bonne hygiène et évitait qu'ils ne collent. Il y avait des réceptionnistes différents pour le déjeuner et le dîner, mais ils étaient tous très aimables et serviables. Au deuxième étage, un chauffe-eau faisait également office de fontaine à eau, et nous avons pu emprunter un thermos. L'eau était un peu fraîche, ce qui était très pratique pour avoir de l'eau chaude pour le café. Le portail principal était fermé à minuit et s'ouvrait grâce à un badge attaché à la clé. J'ai trouvé que la sécurité avait été prise en compte.
