Endroit très agréable où séjourner avec un super onsen attenant. La chambre était confortable et les enfants ont apprécié les lits en mezzanine. La nourriture était correcte. Les vues étaient également bonnes.

Juste sur la route était un restaurant qui vendait du poulet à pain délicieux parmi d'autres plats. 7-11 boutique de confort était également à environ 3-5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le salon est très confortable et très confortable. 很棒的溫泉體驗～長輩及小孩都玩得很開心～房間整理的很乾淨～床很大兩大一小睡也可以，也可以另外跟飯店借嬰兒床、澡盆也有。飯店六樓的景觀台看出去很漂亮👍唯一的缺點是早餐沒有太多菜色可以選，菜品是冷的，應該都是事先準備好的。不過總評住起來是很棒的。

Le propriétaire est chaleureux et accueillant. L'hébergement est propre et bien tenu, la réceptionniste offre un service professionnel et le camping Tiger Tail Grass dispose de nombreux espaces verts. C'est un endroit idéal pour camper et j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved.
There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl.
Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

IInvitéI liked the retro decor of the hotel which extended to the rooms and also the facilities. The library and communal kitchen on the 8th floor were also very nice. There is even complimentary coffee at the kitchen for guests which was nice. Staff at the front desk were all helpful and friendly. They were able to complete the check in and check out procedures efficiently.
There are however some points which I felt I didn’t really like with regards to the placement of furniture in the room. I booked the twin bed room (2 beds) and one of the beds did not have any side tables. I felt that this was inconvenient for me as I like to place my spectacles at my bedside but not on the bed itself as I was afraid of squashing them when I sleep. I ended up using my luggage as a side table. The other thing is the lack of any hooks to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. The only hooks available in the room were outside in the room. I found this a bit inconvenient.

IInvitéNous avons eu une grande séjour à l'Hôtel Kindness Day. Le personnel était très gentil et le parking privé sous-sol était un plus. Nous aimions les petits dîners gratuits, la crème glacée et le verre au bar un joli touche si vous ne voulez pas rester dans votre chambre. Le petit déjeuner a eu beaucoup d'options, et tout était bien organisé malgré les foules. La vibe relaxée et le check-out tardif l'a fait encore mieux.

TtweenyfishThe room was spacious with places to put our luggages. The bed was oddly off centered but that created space for the luggage :) There were international electrical sockets so I didnt have to use my adaptor.
The toilet has an odd configuration. Instead of a shower curtain, u get a ”toilet seat curtain” that u are supposed to pull to keep it dry when showering (water still gets splashed on it if it is not pulled well). The most inconvenient part of the room was the lack of a dry area to wear clothes after showering. Water pressure and temperature are great.
Location wise, the hotel is very near the western market, shen nong street. We were also able to walk back from the Tainan TRA station when the buses had ended at night. There is a free shuttle bus to the THSR Tainan station which stops about 3mins walk from the hotel. We only discovered this on check out, so good to enquire with the hotel before checking in.
The staff were generally friendly, when asked, they gave some suggestions about where to eat nearby. They look slightly unsure, possibly because it was ***** new year period. They were also helpful in booking taxi, massage and sending up additional clothes hangers. I did converse in mandarin though.
We can get bedroom slippers and bottled water for free at the lobby, so that was very nice.

IInvitéJe recommande vivement. Les réceptionnistes sont sympathiques, la chambre est propre et l'arrêt de bus est en face de l'hôtel. J'ai juste eu un petit problème avec la douche : l'eau chaude et l'eau froide sont inversées, mais le problème a été résolu très rapidement.

L'appartement était ancien et avait été nettoyé sommairement. Malgré le nettoyage, on pouvait encore voir des déchets et de la poussière de la veille.
Il n'y avait pas de fenêtres, mais la chambre était spacieuse et convenable. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent.
L'hôtel se situe à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Tainan. On peut aussi prendre le bus, mais le trajet dure également environ 15 minutes. S'il faut attendre le bus, autant marcher.
La laverie ferme à 22h et il n'y a que deux machines à laver ; il faut donc faire vite.
