Le propriétaire est très accueillant. La chambre est globalement agréable. Les transports sont pratiques : le métro est juste en bas et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Tout a été parfaitement préparé avant l'arrivée de moi avec mes deux collègues. Je voudrais remercier Mlle Hu de la réception, non seulement parce qu'elle m'a aidé à organiser le transport de 30 kg, mais elle m'a aussi aidée à acheter un outil spécial en ligne et a été livré en 20 minutes. Sans son aide, je me mettais en difficulté. C'est pourquoi je remercie tout spécialement de laisser Hu. Bien sûr, d'autres employés de l'hôtel sont aussi chauds. En bref, c'est un bon séjour et un voyage dans votre hôtel. J'attends avec impatience de revoir votre hôtel dans un avenir proche.

L'hôtel occupe les derniers étages d'un immeuble de cinq hôtels et offre une vue magnifique sur la ville. La chambre est propre et le lit très confortable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'oreiller à mémoire de forme et j'y ai très bien dormi. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Wuhan.

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Très bien placé, locaux propre mais parfois bruyant.

Cet hôtel est extrêmement pratique, étant situé tout près de l'aéroport, ce qui a grandement facilité nos déplacements. À notre arrivée, quelques problèmes sont survenus et nous avons dû changer de chambre à deux reprises, mais le service client est resté excellent du début à la fin. Le personnel s'est montré patient, réactif et d'une aide précieuse pour résoudre rapidement tous les problèmes. Les équipements étaient un atout majeur : la salle de sport était bien équipée et le service de blanchisserie gratuit très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner était également un point fort, avec un excellent buffet proposant un large choix. En résumé, malgré les petits désagréments initiaux, l'excellent service et les installations ont rendu notre séjour très confortable et agréable. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.

Je suis très satisfait, avec de nombreux points positifs : 1. Le plus grand atout est le service. Le personnel de la réception est très accueillant et propose du thé et de l'eau dès que vous vous installez dans le hall. On m'a attribué une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyée par erreur, et en attendant qu'elle le soit, on m'a offert un joli cadeau : un parapluie, une bouteille thermos et un masseur. 2. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de la rue piétonne et de la plage fluviale. 3. L'hôtel est relativement récent, et je préfère les hôtels récents ; ils ont tendance à paraître plus propres. 4. La chambre avec vue sur la rivière offre une vue magnifique et il est très agréable de s'y installer et de discuter autour d'un thé. Outre les deux bouteilles d'eau minérale offertes chaque jour, une grande bouteille supplémentaire est même fournie pour le thé. 5. La douche est grande, avec un pommeau puissant, ce qui la rend très confortable. 6. Les toilettes sont des toilettes intelligentes toutes neuves. Une salle de bain propre est un élément que j'apprécie particulièrement lorsque je choisis un hôtel. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à des amis et je séjournerai certainement à nouveau à Wuhan lors de ma prochaine visite.
